I think it is necessary to make the old hof more competitive

I think there should be more shards given for rewards it's very hard to collect 3000 shards unless you already have that person featured

the prize wall seems underwhelming. A couple of guys in my faction have mentioned it too.

I was certainly not a fan of the talent up milestones set up this month being so drastically different. Also not great the way they advertised the new Hof Molly to be way more powerful than she is got people to buy her gear but then nerf her really makes it seem like everyone working on this game doesn't care about their player base which is going to cost them money in the long run I know several people who have quit spending due to some of the shady things that these events keep doing. I highly suggest on the better loot that they're being no shards only posters that would help a lot and to not include ridiculous amounts of old out of date posters that have no actual value anymore. I also think that the three characters we can redeem from the store with the milestone loot from the contest during the month should all be ones that are used in the event the only one to be used so far is the Hall of Fame Snoop Dogg and of course I redeemed the Hall of Fame Kevin Nash. But if the issues with the loot is not addressed people are going to continue getting tired of the terrible value of what they receive after spending $100 on loot coins I know several people that have quit spending entirely because when they do spend a hundred all they got was old out of date posters 90% of them already being unlocked and if it's not that it's just a few shards usually of someone you also have already hardly ever for a character you're missing if these issues were fixed it would increase the amount people spend on this game significantly

very lack lustre event, the prize wall is poor, to gain enough medallions for anything half decent you need to have the premium guys, king Gunther, Ron Simmons ect, but if you already have them then the prize wall is really poor.
event itself not loading the sb task properly and then not announcing it was poor form, people could of wasted energy completing that task ect and nothing has been done for them.Tours are normal to be honest nothing shocking in there.
The tasks to complete in sd itself seemed better thought about as there are plenty that break black multi and red gems even at hof level.
If pw was better or rewards were better from milestones than would of made for better event

Gotta legit give this showdown a big ol "DAMN"!!!!
Scoring, CSS, milestones. All get a A in my book. I'm loving the commitment to the recent changes in scoring across all events. Giving priority to effort gives every player the ability to use their best and most upgraded posters. This in turn makes you feel a sense of accomplishment regardless of the rewards but makes reaching milestone rewards feel even better. I know alot of players dont care for the HOF posters and events but that doesn't mean that its a bad event overall. I'm enjoying it and thats all that matters.

Wow we can't even max out the solo contest for free? My faction did all thier tasks and still can't claim gold milestone which has the remaining points to max the solo contest. So now faction contest are p2w? This is terrible our solo points are locked behind that paywall. Absolutely garbage prizewall and garbage contest that we can't even max

Love so much this game, but it seems to me that the game leaning more and more toward those who are putting a lot of money into the game.
Kind of sad that the f2p player can't get the gold chest milestone in this event or get enough token to get something helpful from the prizewall.
It's almost impossible for f2p player to have a good roster. All the good stuff (good posters // shards) are not available for those who don't spend a lot in the game.
Still think it's a good game, but frustrating and discouraging at time.

This showdown event sadly was a bit disappointing compared to previous ones. It had some nice aspects but I feel the negative outweighed the positives.
Positives:
- Allowing for any/all male Superstars to be used until the final "tier" was a great decision. It allowed for those who do not have super strong HOF characters to still be able to max the leagues for event progress
- Have the energy remain at a max of 16 and not reduce to a lower amount the higher league you reach.
Negatives:
- The prizewall was very lackluster as it pertains to possible rewards/payouts
- The inability to hit the 700k DAM! solo contest points without having some of the rarest HOF superstars in the game did not feel right. Most other showdown events at least have 1 or 2 superstars that aren't extremely rare for newer players. If the characters are going to as rare as they were, I feel having the showdown coins being worth 2x (toward event progress) instead of 1x would have made it feel like something I need to play more. Once I reached a specific milestone Saturday night, I knew it was pointless to really play much more as I was not going to be able to hit another tier anyway.
- Essentially requiring players to spend to reach the gold chest milestone in the DAM! Solo contest isn't a change I feel is great at keeping newer players engaged.
- The Sunday CSS characters all being ones that basically no new players would have (which made reaching the gold chest almost impossible without spending)
Overall I'd rate the event at a 4/10 as it felt very spend heavy and more designed for players that have been playing for years with the CSS characters selected. It had some positive aspects to build off of but I think the negative aspects greatly outweighed the few positives sadly.

It seems like the overall feedback of the previous weekend SD has been ignored and doubled down on.
It's no longer possible to hit the gold chest in the solo event unless you have the super rare recent characters. I was able to complete the tours (barring the Farooq one) with bonus characters, completed the solo tasks that didn't include Goldberg, Farooq & Gunther and bought the weekend £4.99 pack but it still isn't enough to get the gold chest. The prizewall is ridiculously over priced and lacking in quality.

I see we're back to the good old days of making contests impossible to finish and seeing if the player base will notice. We notice.
I dont understand why the focus can't be on making a great game rather than constantly seeing how unplayable it can be made before your playerbase starts to revolt but I guess that's just the company philosophy.
It's really disengaging to look at the milestones and know that no amount of gameplay will make a dent in reaching the next one. Increasingly that also is true of faction milestones. This is at least two showdowns in a row where we have maxed out all the categories but still have not hit the gold chest. Poor design.

Positive Feedback:
- Showdown Experience
- No major issues encountered in Showdown! Matchmaking felt balanced, and the mode ran smoothly without crashes or lag, which kept the grind enjoyable.
- Bonus Progression
- The Limited-Time Tour’s extra rewards (Superstar Shards) were a great incentive, and the milestones felt achievable with consistent play.
Areas for Improvement:
- Prizewall Pricing Consistency
- The cost of certain items (e.g., Queen’s Tiara) has increased drastically compared to previous events.
- Old HoF Superstar Shards Availability
- wanted more shards of Perfect in the prizewall….so that new players can obtain them faster.
- Suggestion: Add rotating shards for older HoF characters to the prizewall or milestone rewards to help players catch up.
Additional Suggestions:
- Friendly Challenge Feature for Showdown Defenses
- Allow players to test their Showdown defense setups with faction mates in a non-competitive mode (no rewards/penalties). This would help refine strategies without risking trophies.
- Example: Add a "Friendly Duel" button in factions where players can battle each other’s defenses using their own rosters.

Feels like the same feedback is being posted every showdown event and nothing is being done about it, what would be really great from you guys is a community feedback Q&A where you respond to the feedback and at least tell us your intention with why certain events are structured the way they are.
It does feel even with rarer superstars and hitting bonus milestones, there's a huge void in medallions. I maxed the faction event, hit the gold chest in solo, ranked fairly high in showdown which was only enough to hit one bonus milestone. Hit every bonus in the tours, and I'm still 35 medallions short of Goldbergs silver gear.
I have no problem with showdown itself, it's one of my favourite game modes and needs players to strategies to rank up. It was good that the HOF requirement was at the highest league so players could at least climb through the leagues to score points.
The prizewall is one of the biggest frustrations, not enough medallions to be earned even when you do everything possible. And what is available just isn't a lot. I was hoping for some more shards from the HOF releases from the last couple years to be more available since they're getting outdated, but that hasn't been the case.
Overall this event gets a 3/10. Just the same copy and paste showdown event, a below average prizewall and tours where in some cases there was no f2p bonus option, from other comments it looks like gold chest was unobtainable, which is disappointing for the community. The biggest improvement I would like to see is more customisation and choices in the prizewalls.

For me I love the Showdown events as a whole as it gives us something to shoot for. However, a second straight monthly showdown event I failed to get to the final milestone before the bonuses, despite not wasting any of my showdowns or allowing a time frame that I did not collect any. Here is my feedback:
SHOWDOWN Event & Premium Event
Overall, I feel the showdowns as a whole including the normal daily ones should be a freefall that allows you to play as much as you want. This could be by watching additional videos or ads after you are done, or by unlocking more by visiting the portal to claim more after you finish using up the ones slotted. This is a great event that would allow everyone a chance to grind including the newer players and F2P players so that can chase better rewards.
Only other issue I felt an additional bonus character or two of lower quality players should have been included with King General, the two new HOF and Vader HOF. Could have been the last two A characters of the previous two months or other ones that you had to work for to get. Again I get you want people to spend and you have those players but the level of play is so off from the players who have the money to spend endless amounts compared to ones who can’t.
As for the premium showdown for the first 24 hours, I completely get it from a business side and feel the additional rewards are worth it. One suggestion I would have for it is to find a way to allow for a trail option that would allow players to basically rent the player for the contest such as:
4 hrs – 8 hrs – 24 hrs.
This would allow everyone a chance to use him for this contest and for some rewards, it would allow the company to make additional money while also not just giving away a better player. It would also allow players to get a feel for the guy which might push them to spend a few more bucks to chase after them with loot pulls.
Main Prizewall & Rewards
As for the shards of both Goldberg and Simmons, I felt they were right in line with most of the previous monthly contests. However, the main prize wall overall a big disappointment outside the opportunity to get the gears for each HOF member. Always appreciate the opportunity to purchase shards to chase characters and had no real issues with the characters offered, it was the rest of the rewards.
Zero 150% belts or even the chance to get them in the 40% - %150 percent pulls for them. Only four skill plates offered, feel like removing the skill plate store, these events should continue to have the lesser quality plates that can be acquired at lower costs while also adding the higher value ones such as Valkyries Crest and Queens Tiara. That the coins and tokens should have rewarded higher quantities with rumor of the next level upon 6SG on the way. In addition I feel like the opportunity to acquire Loot Coins should be added to each prize wall and offer additional options such as 1 loot coin, 3 loot coin, 5 loot coin, 7 loot coin and even a random one where it may be 1 through 40 to deliver a max pull. Everyone would love this and it would drive all players to play more, possible spend more to reach the next milestone but also feel like they are appreciated for playing.Solo Contest
Feel like most of the rewards along the way were inline, just feel like something has to give to reach the last milestone in this case to reach the speech. I love to play the game and even spent a little for loot pulls and stuff to come up just short despite playing/earning each match. I didn’t allow it to overrun or anything and came up well short needing over 50 additional matches to even get close to it. Need to find a way to allow players a chance to grind during the Showdown events without breaking the bank. The website provides ways for the company to earn advertising so allow a cost efficient way to earn 20 addiitonal entries. Use the green cash on the game to be redeemed for more but not a couple hundred dollars for 5 additional plays.
Faction Contest
No major issues with the faction contest. Our faction is going through a reboot and is not filled so it hurt us. That is on us which we will get back to doing better. I did think a fourth option should have been included ontpo of the red, black, and multiply gems or the quantity of total should have been increased. Again the showdown feels like an event that should be geared to allow players to grind no matter if they are a big time spender, a new player, a player just getting better, or a F2P who is willing to chase/grind for better rewards.
Loot Coins/Pulls
While I couldn’t afford a 40 pull I feel the value offered was great. I also felt like a great amount of options to buy loot coins were offered both on the website and on the game. I did do 5 pulls and got basic shards which again that is on me because I didn’t have the extra cash or money to get a 7 loot pull or 40 loot pull.
Overall Thoughts
In the end a solid event, still believe Scopely has a chance to evolve each mode offered and find ways to make it fun for everyone. For the game to continue to excel they need new players, lesser spenders, F2P players to also feel like they have a chance to compete. If not it will just be the larger spenders who can hit the massive rewards and plates spending. Find a reward system that rewards during each contest for accessing the website and game. A few options that could be implemented are:
Scavenger Hunt:
On the website that includes update posts with redeem codes for loot coins or showdown entries, this can be updated throughout the day. This could include social media pages such as WWEChampions Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube. This could be as easy as a post commented on by a moderator.
Green Cash Reward System Updated
Update the green cash rewards for the contests to deliver additional showdown coins, better overall rewards, chance to chase redemptions for loot coins and stuff. Better rewards would mean more people watching videos meaning more advertising income coming in for the game.
Fan Voting (Daily)/Trivia and/Or Mini Games
Lastly use the Fan Voting part of the website to post daily and even multiple times daily to reward everyone for visiting the website. More views and flow through the website would allow for the company to charge more for advertising and opportunities to bring in new money to the game. Have these as timed voting but randomly throughout the day maybe 30 minute voting that randomly pop up the history of WWE has so many options that could be used for both the game and suggestions to make the game better. Lastly an update to the TRIVIA and/or added mini games could reward players to also allow them to chase better rewards.
Not going anywhere and still love the game but feel like it can continue to improve for all.

PRIZEWALL:
This was one of the weakest and most underwhelming prizewall in terms of quality and value for money in recent memory. Only 4 skill plate options out of which 3 have been commonly available in the past through minimum grinding does not help anyone. I said it last month and will say it again: Queen’s Tiara- a plate that has been made available in free milestones in the past has no business being priced at 9300 medallions. Jey and Gunther shards were good additions but no shards of previous months’ S tier chase posters such as Lyra, Charlotte, Mercy seems to be an oversight.
Not to mention that a lot of stuff is grossly overpriced. Sheamus’ Crown, another plate which is a common drop from chests, plate cases etc and has been offered for free at numerous instances in the past has no leg to stand on for it to be priced at 3800 medallions. In past iterations, a few decent items have been offered for low medallions but that is not the case this time. This leads me to my next point……ECONOMY OF MEDALLIONS:
I have not spent any medallions so far and I am sitting at 3165 medallions, which is the least amount I am going to be finishing this type of contest with prior to the distribution of medallions from the rankings in faction competition. Through that i will get 750 more which is not enough to get anything worthwhile for my roster.
In past versions of SD contests, the first or second bonus milestone of the main solo contest has yielded 500-1000 medallions but this time around, the yield has been reduced to 310-400 medallions.
Earning less for the same amount of efforts does not sit right with me and other players that I have interacted with and if this continues, this has the potential to build a lot of resentment in players against the product.
SHOWDOWN TASKS AND FACTION COMPETITION:The SD tasks this time around for the faction points were not as bad as the last time, so that’s an improvement. Plenty of options to break red and multiply gems made the scoring possible for most players. However, at the time of typing this, only 58 factions have scored 12M points to max the faction contest and get all “free” solo points from the said faction competition which is not a good look for a game that boasts millions of downloads across all platforms and has a far bigger active player base that engages with the game content every daily. Even if 60 factions max it, thats only 6000 players at the most who will potentially be getting the “free” gold chest in a free manner. Such event designs have the potential of leaving the player base with a feeling of dissatisfaction even after their best efforts and may not be good from a long term perspective. In previous months most factions in top 100 were making it to the 12M target but the number has drastically fallen.
SHOWDOWN TOURNAMENT RANKINGS:
This time the points awarded for getting a good rank in the SD tournament itself were quite low. Even after making my best efforts, the points I got were barely enough to hit the first bonus milestone which felt like a waste of efforts as I am not close to what I would like to get off the prizewall. There is no value for me to spend and get what I want as I am way off the mark and ruby market has not been helpful in a long time since it was tweaked to offer lesser rewards.
SUGGESTIONS:The team needs to strongly reconsider what trajectory they want to choose for this game. As a few others before me have pointed out, feels like the game is going back to the old(not good)days that witnessed strong feelings of discontent against the state of the game. This is the second weekend Showdown contest in a row that has been a let down and a waste of efforts of those who give their very best and grind as much as they possibly can. The feedback that others have provided this time is quite similar to the feedback that was provided last month as well and yet it does not seem like any of it was taken into consideration while designing this contest because many of the flaws of the last one is found in this one as well. What’s done is done and cannot be changed but the next SD event will determine if, in reality, our feedbacks carry any weight or not.
CONCLUSION:
To conclude, a very lackluster contest that leaves a lot to be desired and offered nothing of value for my roster and makes me wanna play and spend lesser than I have.

DAMN Showdown
Positives
- Not a lot to say on the positive side as it's the same old rinse and repeat formula at this stage.
- Nice to add the Silver Gear in Prizewall for the newly released HOF so for those F2P, I guess we could snag this instead of having to shell out $20USD which I didn't mind at all.
Negatives
- It's a Damning Showdown alright, again the CSS Requirements for Showdown is outrageous, asking for all the new superstars along with the new Gunther. Getting to that 700k solo points feels like such a far reach and only reserved for heavy spenders. Why not make it so that people could get there by grinding SD coins. I recall this was possible in the past and it seems as though this has changed up again and making it so underwhelming.
- Prizewall is again underwhelming where there weren't that many a great options. For shards that I need to recruit are so far off and expensive so the easy choice was to take the Goldberg Silver gear.
- Plates in the prizewall again seemed quite underwhelming with not many options to pick from and felt very lackluster.
- SD points from the ranks seems appalling when it comes to the amount of fight we need to ensure we stay high up. Obviously if I could get the 700k points from the milestones I would but because this is locked up with either spending on energy or have those rare superstars then you're only left to try and rank up but even then anything outside top 10 doesn't feel like it makes much difference in point value.
Nothing much else to say as mentioned earlier its just a rinse and repeat event from every other month. More options for HOF shards would be nice especially the rarer ones like HOF Hogan, Warrior, DDP, Macho and Vader rather than the ones that are common such as HHH, Nash and Rey.

Showdown Competition: Hall of Fame M/M. Open on slot 1 offense was great.
Limited time tours css was fair.
Prizewall: The gears and the Valkyrie plate was the only good thing on prizewall.

Prizewall was horrible... I finally hit big and got Simmons 1st 24 hours and the rewards were not as good as they use to be for sure. Sorry.
I don't have any of the top tier Hof so there was no way for me to top out even finishing top 50 in sd.
More tours . More cash.
0 -
Appreciate the price reduction (medallion prizes) in store. Hoping more shredder shards will be available.
0 -
Good event overall, but the prizewall needed more rare plates
0 -
A lot of times with these special characters, they are almost impossible to get. I enjoy the ability to gain items but it would be good to have a shot at getting a guy like Ron Simmons

Positive Feedback:
Showdown Experience
- No major technical issues encountered in Showdown! .
Bonus Progression
- The Limited-Time Tour’s extra rewards (Superstar Shards) were a great incentive.
Areas for Improvement:
Prizewall Pricing
- The cost of certain items has increased drastically compared to previous events.
Pay to Win
- To get the high solo milestones, you need to have paid for top tier super starts. There should be a way of achieving the milestones though effort rather than cash
Match Making balance for the first few hours
- Until players start, the matchmaking is way off as everyone is a 200 point. This means making progress is extremely hard
Suggestion:
Build the milestones by adding a wider range of conditions so players can't stick with the one superstar who is OTK. Remove the ranking system and energy and make it more about the grind than the rank0 -
I was not a fan of the prize wall. I had what I thought was my normal performance in a weekend event (about 4k medallions) but couldn't even get shards for some of the upper tier characters I still needed to recruit. (HOF Foley and Yeet Uso) so I had to load up on Striker tokens. Not a bad consolation prize, but in an era where higher end shards feel like they are difficult to obtain, it's a bit disconcerting to go through a weekend event and not make any progress in that area.

The contest was good. But the prize wall was stupid cause I did everything but last two milestones in thr solo contest and all but one in the showdown contest and couldn't buy nothing good off the prize wall plus the limited showdown energy kills all free to play players with any hope to place in leader boards with people who spend there life savings on this game for energy and whatever crazy stuff u put for sale

Not an event that I would give a lot of praise on. Our faction completed all the tasks and still fell short of the gold chest. Meaning you either had to get to 1.8 million in solo part or your faction hit the gold chest. I’m fine with that but if the faction completes all the tasks we should be able to reach gold chest without spending.
0 -
I had to play very strategically to make sure I could get all the solo bonus tasks in. Eg. You needed to break multiply gems. There aren't many HOF people that use them to begin with. Once you got the top level you could ONLY use HOF people. I'd rather see no requirements when special gems are involved.
The prizewall wasn't the greatest in my opinion. I'd like to see more options for shards in lower amounts at lower prices. That way people who are not big spenders can chip away at getting new superstars.
