Game doesn't need effort only need luck

I've been playing games for more than 2.5 years, why do I never get anything in loot pull cases chest from all this check my full 2.5 years full logs I am still playing despite having such bad luck

  I agree If I win a giveaway this month. One cannot be considered lucky once in a 2.5 year
