TMNT ARE HERE!

What I liked:
- PRESENTATION: The overall presentation of the contest was cool. The character designs, animations, and overall theme were fun.
- FREE CHARACTERS: The ability to unlock Kofi early in the contest was great. Xavier was also essentially a free character if you engaged in the contest. Both are reasonably solid free characters.
- WEEK 1 PRIZEWALL: Some good resources were available for players who wanted to take that route with their medallions.
- NEW SKILL PLATES: Although most players didn't have much 'pizza' currency unless they had amazing RNG luck, the selection of new plates entering the game is great. Opening new combinations and movesets for characters is always interesting.
Mixed Bag / Could be Improved:
- COMMUNICATION: With previous 'crossover' type events having characters or content that has since disappeared, it would have been nice to have some communication about whether TNMT will return for another contest or shard availability, etc down the road. There was also a lot of confusion about currency and prizewalls. A full 2-week blog at the beginning of week 1 could've helped players better understand the contest and set their goals.
- CONTEST TIMING: Daily showdown contests were a nice way to make some extra progress in the contest. The timing for me personally is rough with reset coming at 4 am. It would be nice to see variation in this start/end time, especially when the contest resets daily.
- NO SHARD AVAILABILITY: Having 0 shards for characters after any contest is always a disappointment because players are starting from scratch in any future contest, loot, or prizewall. Even a token amount of shards of these characters would've been
- PRIZEWALL BALANCE: The balance of the items on each prizewall was off. Rey and the new moment should have been available on both prizewalls. I finished with quite a lot of currency for the Week 1 wall and nothing really exciting to choose from, while Week 2 had many good items but very little prizewall currency. What I Disliked:
- PAYWALL: Most of the community compared this event to the Rocky contest we had. Players were generally okay with being priced out of getting Seth (Tech Rocky), but most expected to be able to recruit Rey (Apollo) without having to spend a huge amount. Requiring a $100 starter pack just to see Seth on the prizewall also seems unnecessary.
- BLOG INFO: Incorrect information on the blog for week 2. It was very disappointing to be left over 3 million points short of what was promised from the tours.
- WEEK 2 PRIZEWALL: The cost of Rey on the prizewall and the structure of the spend contest was laughable. From what I remember, the Rocky contest was very well received but unfortunately, the changes made this year were unfavorable for the players.0 -
overall the contest was fun but there were a few frustrating aspects that took away from the enjoyment.
I fully expected that Leo wouldn’t be obtainable without a lot of luck so that’s all good but I did expect that being in a top faction that spends would mean that Rey would be obtainable but dispite being in the top 5 of the event, the vast majority of my faction did not get enough pizza for Rey. It feels like there was a mistake with how many points were awarded for spending loot coins. There’s obviously something wrong with the design when the #1 placed faction is barely halfway to the final milestone. It’s a shame that you couldn’t have realized it his earlier in the he week and made adjustments to support a more enjoyable experience for the player base.

First off I liked this cross over with TMNT. Would love to see another ghostbusters one, i think you guys missed out on the Frozen Empire hype. But they are coming out with another cartoon. Maybe you get can get the rights back.
Reinvent older cards and revamp them to make them relevant. People will still spend for the fuses or new players that don’t have the cards. A lot of cards are useless now. Even if you do nothing but raise their coach and trainer ability.
I feel that the blitz event could have used more milestone rewards, even as bonus rewards such as tp and coins to level up new turtle characters. As well as more access for ftp players to acquire blitz tickets.
TMNT is a cool event should have been a month long contest, by itself. I was expecting Queen Nia this month as well.
But GHOSTBUSTERS, ROCKY and TMNT are good events. If you ever do mutants again, or make them cool again-maybe a marvel super hero event. Marvel cross over is always good for business.

Initial thoughts: "Turtles, have they completely lost their minds?"
But after getting into it, and seeing the characters, I was sold on it.
This was actually one of the better themes for a crossover in a long long time. Also love the fact that we get more New Gen characters.
The actual event felt a lot like a reskin of "Rocky".
I loved the Rocky event, so this is not to be taken as a complaint. Au contraire.
This 2 week contest should really be divided by 2 reviews:
Week 1 - aka the FTP week.
Tours were really good… Actually really really good, not just "fine enough".
Lots of options for CSS to use. When I didnt have some of the better, more rare ones, I had other older options, leaving me able to have a chance.
This is a textbook example of a good setup.
Boss Battle - 1 day event
This had some rough CSS for sure.
despite not being a top 100 faction, we managed to get all points from the milestones, so hope of maxing is still alive.
Blitz Contest:
With all the other stuff going on at the same time, (Rosey Showdowns, MLC Blitzes, Bloodline tours 50xJimmy Uso ect.) it was nice that the Blitz contest could be completed, relatively easy with leveling up 6 star characters. I actually found myself doing the tasks, even after maxing the contest.
That say alot about the contest design!
Every milestone in the Cowabunga Contest had increasing amounts of Pricewall medallions. Really felt like I was getting somewhere. And a free Donatello at gold chest was enticing.
Contemplating whether to buy Michelangelo early for 25k or not… or holding out for Donatello.
This abundance of Prizewall currency, had the same feel to it, as during Rocky or Z Gunther events. (Halloween Havoc Weeklong).
6 Star Gold Token bundle and TP was also at a reasonable price.
TMNT Ressource Loot from the Michelangelo tour was an utter miss for me.
1.2% drop chance is ok I suppose, but felt a bit anti-climatic to do 40 pull, and get just econ™. (Trademark Goldie). Luckily this was just a tiny side part of the contest.
Week 2
Showdown galore! Yet another super busy week.
Love that it felt like getting rewarded for doing the grinds in the SD.
Maxing the SD Contest was achievable by FTP, if you had enough of the contest characters. huge plus!
Really disliked the Premium 6th milestone having 1.000.000 points for the Cowabunga Contest. Felt super "money grabbing" that the Premium week 2 influenced placement in the FTP week 1. Im sure you would have made the same amount of $ without having those points in there.
Would have liked to see some pizza slices in the top milestones of the SD contest, but can understand the desire to make them strictly Premium.
Steelcage rules:
I can see this being a feature to stay. Im ok with the feature.
It should be an occasional thing, and definitely not as often as crammed into last week.
I dont mind stuff getting disabled for an event. Part of the game, is figuring out how to overcome new challenges, and this is just another day at the office. We adapt for Boss Battles and Stipulation tours as it is, so no game-breaking mechanic in this.0 -
Overall I think that this was a very good and fun event. That is not to say that there weren't any negatives which I will point on here, but first for the good.
Positives:
- I love the integrations and I love TMNT. I do hope that this continues with not only the turtles but with other shows as well.
- I think that a lot of the requirements were very good and as long as you played you were able to get a lot of great rewards.
- I love that you gave us 2 characters that could be obtained and that were good cards.
- I also like that we were able to use auto clear tickets to grind for pulls that gave items, coins and a chance at a card.
- I like the way that gem and move dodge was reintegrated. It makes it very interesting and another way to play the game.
- The addition of the steel cage rules and restrictions allows for a lot more strategy and engagement that makes the game even more fun for me.
Negatives:
- The first and biggest for me was that the prizewalls, the pizza slice one specifically, were overpriced for some of the items as well as for Rey. I understand that not everyone can get everything but still I think the costs were set too high.
- I think we are getting better with communication but would still like it to be better, it is getting better so it is less of a negative but still wanted to put this here.
I did not too many negatives which to me is a very good sign that things are getting better. I like many others love this game and just want to see it continue to thrive and be a fun experience for everyone in the community.

First off let me say I absolutely love the idea and the cross over events specially the TMNT. Talking about the event as a whole the majority of the event was hit for me but there were a few misses
Idea : As I mentioned absolutely love the cross over idea for TMNT. Would definitely welcome more such events
Characters: Love the turtles, Loved the design of all the 4 characters. As I expected the training/Coaching abilities are awesome and that is something I definitely look forward to in the themed events. I also loved the new mechanic of dodge re-introduction which helps even if the poster isn’t T1 to sustainably use it in competitive game modes. I feel woods was a let down from trainer point of view seeing as how kofi and rey twinned on power gems as trainer and coach respectively would have loved it better if woods had a training ability for X2-X4 multiply gems would also have helped people not having matt hardy
Milestones (Main event): Milestones were really well structured for the week-1/Main event and was F2p and medium spender friendly. The medallion spread could however have been less bottom heavy
Milestones and structure (Rey faction spend event): Contrary to main event milestones of Rey event was a miss for me. I think the idea of a faction spend event was decent however the execution was lacking I think tweaking the faction loot spend multiplier to 400 would have done the trick, it would still require every faction member to spend $100 which in my humble opinion is a decent ask. When the top faction in the event board doesn’t max the event that definitely isn’t a positive indicator
Steel Cage Tours: While I like the premise of getting creative and using different characters the tours weren’t the best use of it, especially since it blocked entourage and didn’t offer any boosts. It was very frustrating, especially since the opponents are not bound by the same steel cage rules as the player. I think either specific CSS boosts should be provided or opponents should be bound by same limitations as players
Steel Cage SD: Contrary to the steel cage tours steel cage SD was really enjoyable specially with the boosts helping players to use different posters in new and effective way
Rey Prize wall: The rey prize wall was really decent with skill plates, moments and rey with reasonable pricing
Overall Prize wall: Was slightly disappointed by the overall prize wall, except for turtles it really didn’t offer much value, would have welcomed come moments and rare plates on the wall.
Loot pulls: Overall pretty disappointed with the odds on the loot pool, I spent upwards of 120-150 loot coin and hardly got 1 new character and I was missing at least 50% of posters in loot
Seth Rollins (Leonardo) Chase: I think this was probably biggest bummer for me, I brought the 100 dollar offer for 50% prize wall thinking this would reduce the prize from 1.29 mil to half, I think it should be clarified somewhere. Secondly I tried chasing the medallions but even doing everything I am falling short. The woods loot having medallion was plus but it was uncertain if there are other such loots. I feel similar to chase layout information of MLC, there should be an overall availability chart for all the currency that is required for the main chase, it would help people like me make informed and better spending decision. I held off quite a lot in spends cause my sources of getting medallions and quantity was uncertain, going by whatever comes and then seeing what you land up with is not how I would want to play. So very disappointed that despite having all the willingness to chase down Seth I couldn’t and would appreciate a better road map or at least total medallion availability for the top prize
Overall loved the event and with few adjustments this could really have been absolutely fantastic event. Cheers!

I like the crossover theme, but felt this could've been it's own MLC, there was a lot going and and it detracted from the actual MLC itself.
The prizewall I felt could have used some more options, the buses were nice but it could've been good to get some other moments or plates to give more players options.
The steel cage tours were OK, but you've introduced this new concept and the first thing you do is put people up against 99mp opponents, so if you're wondering why there's a lot of negativity around it, maybe you should've made the first interaction of this mode a fun, and fair (as in non-99mp opponents) - this was a massive miss in my opinion.
Overall a cool event with the new TMNT posters but the steel cage rules and the mass amount of showdowns was exhausting and not enjoyable at all.

hello
i played this tmnt event for 2 weeks it was great but i found some flaws which i will talk about
the best thing about the competition is no.1 week 1 was not difficult no stress at all right contest at the right time week 2 daily new sd with diffrent css + not too much css and good css strong character so easy to play with css so no stress both week + earn enough free point to his bonus milstone event ss design is great also this all is good part of this event let s talk about the flaws i found and how they could be fixed in unique events
1 solo contest free regular milstone stuff are good but bonus stuff not there not unique stuff same like other normal event tokens and medallions only in high bonus milstone no unique guraanteed bonus strap no coin bundle no heavy token
daily sd rank reward are not valueble less amount of pionts + no medallion
faction loot coin competition 1st of all out of the box calculation no chance to max this faction event to get rey + there should have been other ways besides spending loot coins to score points like spending money other way should be spend every 1 dollar give 100 point purchased direct competition points also spend those premium pizza medalion to get more point loot coin give diffent point in all days some days less some days extra point example day 1 gives gives 300 per loot day 2 give 350 day 3 180 day 4 200
and f2p should also get a chance to score event if it is small spend regular medallion 100k to get 1k premium point
less chance to max
when the event is completely dependent on spending the opportunity time should have been longer this event should have been started in the first week itself if it was continued for full 2 week then it would have been better and there would have been more opportunity to finish it
superstar recruiting possibility where you are running a unique event there should be chances to get the superstar example Rey available in loot and premium prize wall seth available in loot + in the unreachable prize wall there are a there are no option of shard here it was not not free you would have kept premium but there would have been another option all shards pull diffrent offer of those 2 ss stamp card bonus solo milestone pizza medallion prize wall in all diffrent type offer there was no guarantee even spending Rey available in prizewall luck faction contest to get ok but seth could have been kept in shard as well
regular and pizza medallion prize wall regular prize wall have too much resources during the during the whole mlc there are a lot of Resorces available on prize wall there prize wall but there was no need for it here if you put ok pizza medallion only rey and new ulimate plate no old ultimate plate no mp plate should have been here beacouse this prizewall is completely premium so every one should get good stuff i also waste my 110 pizza medallion waste
thats all i hope my information help you

Would like to see more shards to level up moments like this one. Hope Turtles return just for this.

I liked the TNMNT events these were the highlights of my month for me. Good event and rewards were ok aswell.

First of all thanks for this new exciting events. TMNT event was so far as the best event we collect new poster and all four poster are evey cool and like it.. I want more events like this, it's brings awesome feeling in game and all tours are full of fun and we collect more resources, which we miss from previous events, thanks team for this event.

The TMNT event was amazing . I earned so many points that I forgot to use them onnthe prize wall.
Wish you could make it a month long contest and give us an chance to collect more characters. It's took me to my childhood .
Thank you scoplely

Pros: Everything. Top marks, Old Chap.
Con: Too much prizewall medallions, not enough (good) prizes. Most of the smart people took the 2 cards from the prizewall, but ended up with hundreds of thousands of leftover medallions, and was scurrying around trying to spend them n not waste them.

Love the turtles and the way it was incorporated into the game hopefully more characters will be introduced from the series to expand it and bring back some chances to get some of the first characters again. Bring in master splinter, april and shredder

This event was a slam dunk win I think for the community. If you played the game you got Kofi and Xavier for free along with either 30k TP of each color or tokens needed to take your superstars to the next level. I think that as far as events go this is the way to do them.
My only negative is that the neverending Showdown events did get old, but this gave me a reason to play Showdown every day and work towards new cards.

I can't lie, at first I thought this event was going to be a lame cash grab. Even though there definitely was a cash grab element to it, overall the event itself wasn't too bad. Not too difficult to max SD and the solo element to get the free card. Prize wall was really decent too. Not a bad job, although I do agree with comments others have made, I definitely have showdown fatigue at this point. It just seems to be constant. Please please just bring back some normal bog standard tours! I really miss tours!

I love the 80s cartoon licenses and outside IP like Rocky. It makes the game feel fresh. Fortnite does it, please give them an in-game "Saturday Morning" tag link then do G.I. Joe, you've already got Slaughter.
With these limited time outside IPs, getting enough shards to level up the related Moment is difficult to impossible. Is there some way to introduce some kind of universal shard for Moments to avoid this in the future? I barely maxed my Ghostbusters Moment because there are no shards.
Misc. Stuff:
- Daily auto collect should also auto collect auto clear tickets.
- There should be a Women'S weekly Showdown running parallel to the Men's Showdown.
- The Road should be reworked so that each Tour is a different historical event. For instance, we play through WrestleMania 3 and the last node is Hogan Required VS one of the Andre's. And then later Roads can be Dream Matches (Austin VS Hogan, Piper VS Punk, etc.). There's no reason the Road should feel so random when you can use it for immersion.
Thanks for listening!

Really enjoyed the turtles week one

when does the Star Wars event begin!?

I really enjoyed the event, the nostalgia was at its peak.

The turtle event was a great success in my opinion. 4 new characters, two of which were easily attainable, a new moment, and tons of fun new plates to add to the arsenal. Steel cage rules were an interesting and fun new addition, requiring a new way to play. I was very happy with the amount of prize wall coins attainable, as I got several useful posters and tokens that will propel my roster into Zombies month and beyond . Only critique I have is that 99MP superstars generally make the steel cage rules cake, regardless of nerfs. Another concern I have is the ability to obtain Turtle shards post event. I bought the moment, but can’t level it sufficiently without shards. All things considered, it was a fun event. If selected, I would love to win Turtle Seth Rollins, as he would have a significant positive impact on my roster. Thanks!

loved the new characters just wish didn’t cost so much to level them up

More requirements to fill with overpower turtles sounds good to me. Too many tours might get exhauting to some.

I thought this contest was pretty good compared to some others. The IP was good, wish it was Turtles masquerading as WWE superstars instead of vice versa. But it wasn't a super heavy spend element, and didn't penalize players too hard for missing faction points or anything like that. Contests were realistically maxable. Overall, wouldn't mind seeing more mid week events similar to this.

Thank you Scopely for this crossover ❤️❤️, I really happy to have Kofi as Michelangelo and he is very powerful 😍, I really liked him and I wish to get other mutants also.

Flash Feuds were full of rings and I don't like the one which not allowed us using entourage
Please try to give more medallions in bonus milestone so we can get some of them by spending normal amount of $

It was a really fun contest I really enjoyed it hopefully next time you add those plates in a event where we can get them

BEst event

Really awsome event, possibly next event like this should be played like a normal mlc, and to make raph that expensive was mind boggling, I was skeptical about the event but had alot of fun took away from the monotony of the mlc

Do we really need Ninja Turtles in WWE Champions? It’s a matter of perspective. Personally, I see it as a fun game, not a simulation. So, I’m fine with the Turtles just as I am with other non-wrestlers like Ozzy, Muhammad Ali, Snoop Dogg, the Marshmallow Man, or Goldberg! 😉
The character implementation might not be to my taste, and I find Seth Rollins a bit out of place in this lineup, but that’s okay. The movesets are innovative and enjoyable, and the prize wall is diverse and fair. Plus, two of the four Turtles were easily unlockable, which is a plus.
As long as crossover events like this are used sparingly, I’m totally on board. But… just a bit disappointed you didn’t bring Conor O'Brian as Splinter! 😂🤣😂
