  1. Higher rate on the featured pulls

  2. Different characters each week at high rate drop (ex. I did a 55-pull in week 2 looking for Bubba Ray Dudley or Devon The Dudley Boys and didn't get either on a single pull)

  These are still RNG, but key pulls have improved a lot over previous iterations. A 55 pull gives you more guaranteed high rarity than before
