He’s fun to use, but also easy to beat in my opinion.

If you don't have ZAJ, Ziggler showboat works well for the +4 choose yellow gems.

he's a bit slow but he's one of the best characters in the game. His sub prevents the opponent to ever get off his move and xpac as a coach really helps you get off the two red moves.

I agree with Ziggler as coach to make 6 yellow gems. What does XPAC offer?

XPac as a coach generates extra red MP for each match
so matching 3 gives you 4 MO
matching 4 gives you 5 and so on

Andre used to be amazing,but now he's just too slow,and since he's a showboat he doesn't feal much damage,yes he has a long sub,but after that,he can't do much,and seeding that alot of people now have low cost moves (ie. Mr socko/Andrade do not care if you take their mp,along with many others).

Andre SB is good if you have a low roster, but there are so many more better
if you have Slic Ric, get him as high as you can as quick as you can!! I wouldn’t be taking Andre any higher than 4B at best (I haven’t used him in probably 1.5 years ... genuinely)

Andre is a great beginners showboat but he does not hold up well past 4 star silver. His gem damage is just not enough. Slic Ric & Hacksaw are both better showboat legends era guys

Andre's days of use have past him by unless they offer some new gear to increase damage

He does a job for me at show boat at the minute until I can get my Matt Hardy past 3so which he is at present

Showboat Andre is not worth the resources in my opinion. There are much better out there. I'd save my tokens, TP and coins.

Andre for me is a saviour in feuds...where i can take on 4star gold even with andre at 4 star bronze

That’s the exact setup I use. He pairs well with my Jake the Snake technician.

Andre is good, matches take a long time as his damage doesn't hold up as he progresses. I use y1 r2 r1 with striker sting (red mp) and showboat ddp (destroys more yellow) and x pac as a coach (matching red adds red mp) I put sub on yellow gems to make them reinforce gems that way when you destroy them they will still be there. You can also put them on red gems to help refill red moves.
