I did! I just put a ticket in and scopely support corrected it! They merged the two superstars together

It's more common around boss battle but the team is investigating it.

May I ask, where did you send your support request? by mail? through the website or through the game? The bot answers me and does nothing (

send the support ticket through the game. just make sure you choose the right options in the chat tree and somebody from support can fix it.

I have already sent through the game and through the website, and wrote a letter... can you tell me what answers should be chosen to solve this problem? maybe I'm choosing the wrong ones?

I wouldn't go that route. I'd go a route that allows for more free form comments. missing items/rewards typically gets you to that area.
