Shard conversion and Faction boss

We are now at 6SG era and we still short of amount of shards from you guys that we need to get superstar to 6 star. The only place we get shards is boss shop which opens once or twice in a month and that shop also does not guarantees the shards we need as it's always random and the other place is key loot and that also completely random when we do 55 pulls cuz last 10 pulls doesn't guarantees that 20k shards cuz most of the time we get 20 shards so this need to be sorted out as we are in 6SG era and from 6SB to 6SG that requires a lot of shards and you guys are not able to deliver that cuz you guys has been living in that 6SB era.

And the another thing is the kind of bonus we get from you guys for boss mode is terribly low nowadays plus it's always yellow, green and purple gems and i don't even remember when we last got red or black gem bonus for boss.
