This game has so much potential, yet again I feel scopley has dropped the ball. The error with" the rock" bags shold have been taken care of and been more transparent. I am not completly free to play however I spent a total of $500.00 USD last month with the hope I would get at least 2 new cards. It is very misleading when you buy items label 5 guaranteed only to end up with 50 shards.. be honest to get these cards set a value so people have an idea if they want to spend or not I grinded all month only to get the Rock by accident have it taken from me only to get him the day before the contest closes and no other new characters just shards on shards.
I really would like for your company to be transparent if we are not going to get new cards unless we pay excess of $500.00 USD say that please

Good afternoon.
The concept as a whole is a success. Its's a fresh fun idea to have multiple objectives, instead of 1 "reach superstar".
The issue this month, is that the level of difficulty hasn't just reached a new level, it's reached a level where you feel, as a player and a customer, that it's just not worth it to continue anymore.
It is NOT normal to spend over 20$ for a monthly character, have a 6 mil talent roster built over years, spend hours a week grinding, and yet not reach the daily, weekly or monthly objectives. It's suppose to be a game, but it becomes a side hustle with the hours needed to reach the objectives, and yet, some objectives are simply unatainable.
Thank you for taking the time to read what I think is a constructive appreciation of the last month.

The overall experience about the new mlc concept was ok.
It was depressing seeing others recruiting the Final Rock during the first week....even the last week.
Personally only recruited him today, the last day of the contest,... I had to let that beautiful prizewall 6*Waller go,... In order to do so (unfortunately)
The technical issues were annoying, first weekend was a bummer. Last weekend confirmation of bad development.
It was nice to be able to gather shards (I hate shards lol) for 4 superstars, Instead of 1.
The contest rewards were mediocre,... Having required superstars gained importance again. I hate that too tbh.
The flash feud system needs a review,... One should be able to get rewarded more each flash.
Looking forward to next mlc

Overall, I did not enjoy the Boss Battle this weekend. I enjoy this style of game play, as I like to figure out the best set-ups and how to get the most damage against the boss. I personally did not have as much time to play this weekend as I normally do, but when I did attempt to play, I had issues with the game being unstable. It would start battles when I was sitting in the "waiting screen." After loading, it seemed that at least one of the 3 other people I was playing with was automatically gray and not playing with our rounds, so any round over level 12-15 was almost unattainable with only 3 stars. (I did not submit a ticket about these issues.)
I enjoyed being able to challenge with certain stars (like Level 18 with Great Khali) but making all of the awards faction based is not helpful. Not everyone in my faction plays as much as I do, and even more importantly, many of the people in my faction do not have the stars that you required. I don't mind having a faction aspect to the weekend challenge, but I really prefer to have challenges that are geared to the individual.
I enjoyed parts of the chase this month, and I am lucky to walk away with The Rock (Final Boss) and I pulled Charlotte Flair & the gear on Friday. I am unsure how it was possible to attain Triple H unless you poured hundreds of dollars into the game (needing 5000 shards). I do understand the game is part a business and you need money to run the game, however, many times it feels like you are more about the money than the experience of the players.
As for the medallions offered for prizes, I played all of the individual events (minus the Triple H) with the bonus people, and I only earned 1,000 medallions or so. I was unable to purchase anything that I wished, like shards of a special star (like HIM, Showboat Vader, or Powerhouse Austin, for example.)
I enjoy the gameplay, and for me the daily and weekly tours are the most fun. I really enjoy trying to move across the path and defeat the storylines or boss of that level.
One of the hardest things for me (as a person with a lot of high-level superstars) is have 2 talent-ups each month. Along with some regular "ups" that you include during the weekend events and such, it's hard to keep enough TP and such for this.
Overall, I still love the game, and I will continue to play it. Is it perfect? No. Is it horrible? No. But I am afraid that making SO MANY changes and adjustments may come back to bite you in the long run, as you will alienate your base players (those who have been with you since the beginning or for a long time.)

Im not a fan of boss battle in general. It relies too much on faction mates with the rare css. I feel for them if only a handful of guys can carry 80 others. People can get resentful, sitting in a lobby waiting on faction member to carry them. Some guys go out of their way, but its not fair on them. In saying that i thought the contest was great overall.
What i enjoyed:
The scoring and individual css was somewhat open and challenging, good distribution of points solo.
The css for boss was reasonable, e.g the levels to get boss wins.
The prizewall has some reasonable items, tokens etc...
Happy to see fury 2 medals obtainable. (Previous contests puts fury 2 medals like way up in the bonus milestones)
Suggestions:
Add 4 ways of dealing damage to the boss. E.g. colour gem, specialty gem, colour specific move/submission/effect and lastly boss breaker e.g rage does 100x damage. That way everyone can contribute to the boss battle.
The time for boss battle needs to be longer. Giving time for those that live in different regions time to work together. E.g guys with rare css are only available in a certain time period. Hence my earlier point to distribute the damage varieties.
Add a TU portion for those to make up for faction minimums as well.
Overall i liked the event.

This whole month has been one crazy Ride
First thing do not make the players wait almost a week to get the free mlc character that's ridiculous
The Rock situation was handled so poorly especially for the people that pulled him they got no compensation for that everybody else did and the people that pulled them got something but it wasn't real compensation very poorly done
Rest of the month went fairly well until the last weekend
This faction boss event what is it a total dumpster fire you couldn't really get involved kept getting booted very difficult to defeat the boss and yet there was no compensation for this horrific weekend
Overall the new format was pretty good like I said earlier just don't make people wait a week to get the character that's supposed to be free for the month
If you make mistakes like you did for the Rock just give them to everybody makes it so much easier and your staff doesn't have to work overtime
Faction boss needs to work properly so people are not wasting their time but it's much better as faction event and it should stay that way there's no need to have individual competition for a faction boss it should just be faction the way it was this weekend much much better

Simply the roughest boss battle among the other.
Strating with the connection isse and a loby issue almost 6 to 8 hrs were unplayable. No issue discussed nor mention any where in in-game.
This kind of battle was meant to be for higher roster and top factions. Low roster suffers alot. It almost unplayable for them. Which is not good universally for all the players. New players and roster was the most affected by this Stuff.
Also buff given to the players was minimal..it should be 1500 or 2000% buff to gem colours or gem type. It was 500% purple gem damage was so less that lots of players affected. Also 120 black destroy shield was too much. They need to look out on it.
Other stuff like solo contest and tours are well planed, faction contest was bit much harsh to faction who are not in top 30-40, the CSS need to befor lower talent or lower factions.
Prize wall was good with good resource.
Pull was missing excitement this week as only gear was the new one to go.
Overall it needed more correction next time to be enjoyable to majority of players not the only whale ones for sure.

I'm not doing this for the chance at the gear. I would much rather that this feedback gets read than I care about trying to win something. If you can fix these issues and bugs, that is worth more than any gear I could ever win. With that being said:
4 people in my faction have or are removing the game off of their phone and leaving because of the constant issues with glitches in this game.
This Boss Battle was a mess. It took 6 hours to completely fix, and if not for your community of players all trying different ways to get around being locked out matches and having to repeat scenarios constantly, I think more than just 4 from my faction would be leaving the game.
The milestones were fine, the CSS's were fine, and I will say again, this format for Faction Boss was the right call. It is always more engaging to play 50 matches as a team than it is to play individual matches in a faction event.
But something has to be done about these glitches. It is making it look like you do not know what you are doing, which is causing everyone to throw on tin foil hats and speculate, which causes rifts in your gaming community, which ultimately leads to people searching for different games to play. Please, for the love of this game and this community of players, commit yourselves to do better. You have a game that is by leaps and bounds above many other games I have played in theory. I would love to be able to say in practice instead of in theory. Help us.
