Why do the leaderboards go away so quickly?
I didn’t receive my points for faction rewards which would have given me more solo points that would have gotten me medallions to get one more skill plate. The king and queen leaderboards were gone after a half hour, why? Do you want people to forget or not claim them?

if you don't claim leaderboard rewards they go to your rewards or inventory.

Except they didn’t in this case. And I sent in a ticket which was told I didn’t have enough evidence which I could have had if the leaderboards weren’t taken down so quickly. Skill plates can be hard to come by so it’s really disappointing that I did more than enough to get another but instead I got nothing
