I feel as if the MLC was off to a pretty decent start. Having 6 star gold is exciting and having a way to get the tokens using coins was a pretty good idea. The biggest set back so far has been the entire Final Boss Rock glitch issue. This past feud was a tough grind for many people as 100 million for the last milestone was a tough obstacle to reach but definitely attainable if grinded out long enough. All in all so far I’d rank this MLC a 6/10.

Offcourse it costs almost all our coins for ONE 6 star gold token. Be realistic! Only people who spend money, get ahead in the game.

MLC is better than before but you can increase the number of shards attainable for every mlc superstar.
Second make it available to get loot coins through in game coins. It will be much better for those who don't want to spend money to get loot coins and it will make game more interesting and rewardable and may increase number of players.
Third you can make mlc contest points more rewarding by playing events.
Please remove these contest superstar to get specific rewards and make it available with any superstar. That will make game more balance.

Master Manager bi-weekly contests continue to suck. There have been FOUR of these in a row that want 10x bonus for Yellow TP. Did you know there's other colors in the game? Why not just have the 10x bonus for the first 20,000 TP spent on any color? Are you really expecting people to spend 40,000 Yellow TP every 2 weeks?

I feel as of late, the game has made a lot of unnecessary changes and most are not for the better. As far as the new format of the MLC, it misses the mark on many accounts. For starters, it leaves nothing to the imagination. Part of each MLC is the unknown of what’s to come as far as new superstars. With the new format, you get less characters each month and are fully aware at launch as to whether or not you can even achieve said character. You’re also aware as to whether or not you’re willing to spend on said character. It’s hard to be excited to play the game when you already know the outcome. I also have noticed that in-store offers have dramatically decreased in value. What once was a $100 offer with typically 100 shards of a higher tiered character, has become the same offer but with 35 character shards. Why would we be inclined to spend our hard earned money on the same offer at about 65% less value? My understanding, although admittedly I am not a business owner, is that paying within a mobile game structure should be to get you ahead easier and/or faster. It should not be a requirement. The direction that this game has consistently made throughout the years is clear, you want this game to be pay-to-play. That is something that most simply do not and will not do. I hope that things take a turn for the better, otherwise as a day one player, I am getting to my breaking point. Feuding is another issue. You have completely removed the incentive for people to spend their precious time feuding. Why would someone bother to waste 20+ hours of their weekend with no chance of even getting a new character? Some of the things that I’m typing seem so silly as I type them. We shouldn’t have to beg for you guys to do the right thing.

this games just introducing all you fools for new ways to earn money and you’ll end up in the end getting the poster for it to be relinquished this games a set of false advertising scammers and all they did now was introduce more ways for you all to spend money on worthless items

I wrote a very detailed post that didn't post for some reason, so I'll just say this: I don't love a lot of the changes. The framework is there, but the execution is already feeling less than ideal. I also would be lying if I said I didn't find it kinda funny that Scopely said they were eliminating the coin/TP contests aside from feud prep but then the Manager's Madness literally involves heavy spending of coins and TP.
There's so much here that can be good, I genuinely believe this, but it needs ironing out.

These bulls**** midweek events are getting more worse and worse... We ask you for less SD and what happened? You throwing this fu***** blitzing point on us, forcing us to do 100 blitz fights... For God's sake.. This is a damn mobile game, no second job

I think maybe you can give more shards of the rock and the others characters because for us f2p players even if the 400 shards of compensation is still think that maybe we f2p still don't get the characters, for me I came back to play the game in 2023 and I can paid to the game so I never able to get New characters from the months campaign , the rock was the first characters that I get you stole from me , I now it's a bug and it doesn't fair to the other players, but that Is still not fair to all the others players that get him , and only 400 shards of the rock wasn't enough so I hope that you see this and made the game more good from f2p and give more chances to get the new characters and I think that you can do this not only on this but on future campaigns to , will be a great thing and made the f2p more happy about the game and less complaints

He is not a "free character" just like all the other cards they release throughout a Mlc. There is only 1 free and that is the character you get at the beginning of any Mlc.

Prizewall for the last midweek event sure were atrocious, maybe even more ridiculous than usual. I got maybe 1600 medallions and can barely buy anything. Why are you charging 4999 medallions for Happy Corbin's gear? 4999 medallions for gear that was given away in a free milestone last year, for a character that will not be at all relevant in the 6SG meta? What are you guys doing when you come up with these prices?

I must say that I'm kinda disappointed at how this MLC has been developing so far. The only main goal of the month now is getting the shards for the chase and that's it. There's zero incentive to get beyond Milestone 30 in the individual MLC besides gathering resources because you assured us there's no finishing it without spending. A huge chunk of folks realized this and unlocked Rocky in the middle of the month. Even without the 400 fragments freebie because of your mistake, people would have still been able to unlock it fairly easily.
Now, I haven't taken my Rock to 6 Gold yet (it's gonna be a while how are you dripping the tokens), but I feel like it's very disappointing for a chase character, it's damage output should be way higher. Not gonna tell you to make it as powerful or more powerful than the paid characters, but feels like previous chase characters at 6 Silver were more powerful or interesting than Rocky without needing so much juicing up with plates and trainers.
Feels like an OK freebie to free players while you keep giving absolute destroyers to those who pay, which, fair, but again, this Rock had the potential to be so much more but it isn't there.

This mlc . Apart from the Rock final boss mistake . Compensation was correct choice imo .
Pros . Less characters a month and more focus on 4 all month . 2 guaranteed if done right and work for the other 2 .
More structure to the month .
Cons. Too much belts in the prizewalls . Would prefer more shards and more of the new skill plates . Also the new set brought out a few months ago for example the booyaka,corporate crown etc . Basically more variation.
Flash fueds are challenging but could do with a few more normal css with the rare . So f2p player base have a chance of better rewards for themselves and efforts .
On a whole . Starting to like the changes and also up for new challenges ,instead of same every month

After a month of playing this new MLC format, I think I'm ready to leave the game behind. This isn't an airport and who gives a toot about me leaving, but here are the main reasons you could take as feedback.
- The fiasco of the first week giving half the player base The Rock and having to remove it or it would destroy your plan for the month.
- The miserable and completely non-fun Master Manager competitions. Yeah, the TP and Coin requirements are no different than the previous contest but who thought it was fun to repeat 50 matches and have no CSS for it?
- We can't finish stuff now without paying or having specific paid characters, which pretty much sucks all the fun out of it. I understand you need to make endless money, but that shouldn't mean "we must monetize those who don't pay". They weren't paying for a reason, they would not start magically investing money in the game to finish a contest with dubious prizes.
- Getting the chase character at the middle of the month completely nullified any efforts to finish the MLC knowing already we can't complete it without opening our wallets.
- It's miserable for free players to spend all month collecting shards for characters we have no shot at getting. No, the resources from the shard contest do not equal it.
- What's the point of leveling up characters we want/like if we always have to be ruled by the CSS requirements or the new Meta? Gem damage is everything now, if you liked Movement, bleeding, or submission damage, screw us I guess.
- You said you weren't going to ask for 6 Gold characters for now while filling the contest with tough-as-nails dudes on special tours.
Just make the game fun and not a chore, please.

sooo, the new leagues and road tours are long overdue but thank god they’re here. The 4 day wait for ftp players to get the free card is ridiculous considering the kick off tour ends after 3 days.the absolute mess that was the free rock should never have been dealt with the way it was, especially as you had triple h and Charlotte still to roll out you should’ve just dropped the final boss for everyone. The shard stripping alone was a ridiculous idea and I’m about 80% sure I’m missing 3-400 but because I never got a screenshot before they were removed that probably won’t get addressed. All in all this event had potential, then scopely happened.

I liked the new setup for the MLC, my only constructive criticism would be that the amount of resources needed for the master manager contest are a bit harsh, and mainly the amount of a particular color TP. The amount of solo MLC points appeared to be fewer then past contests. In order to make things fair it would be nice to be able to get the tp from the master manager tours back through the MLC! But overall well done on the new format!

Although i didnt max the mlc. Im happy to achieve the chase this time. so i dont feel like im going backwards in my progression.
Happy to have more prizewall currency as well as prices lowered. Happy that props are weekly! With requiring more rare css to pass tours to have to struggle to use the outdated ones, props are much needed!

The entire new structure is terrible...how you decided and managed to make it measurably worse than it was the last time you changed the MLC setup...I have no clue. You are not giving correctly scalled coins or tokens amd it sucks that you are like yeah we will give you shards here but not here until next week. Stop whoever is in charge of this shit and either smack him or fire him.

Okay so after being able to examine some of the changes more closely, I'm going to structure this post with the Good, then the Neutral (could be good, could be bad depending on execution, but as a player I'm deeply concerned and I'm posting about it now only because I want to try to help Scopely with more effective communication moving forward, especially with so many changes at once), and the Bad in that order:
The Good:
-Near as I can tell all the new characters are quite good and have some good utility, and I like their designs!
-The Gold Tokens are insanely expensive, BUT having them available biweekly for coins is an awesome, awesome development IF and only if the in game economy really does continue to scale. It makes it feel rare but attainable, which is fair and good.
-Three new leagues at once is really cool! As a player who's been League 21 since basically the day League 21 dropped, it's a welcome change.
-LOVE the addition of the road tours, especially if the Rewards scale as much as it seems like they might. I'm begging y'all on bended knee, DO THIS MORE OFTEN.
-I like the idea of the supershard contest a lot. Getting rewards for collecting the shards throughout the month is great in concept. Love that.
-Being guaranteed a 6sg superstar at the end of the month if you max the MLC is, again, great in theory.
-Making the previous equivalent of the end of month superstar a 2k shard unlock FAIRLY significantly reduces my concerns about the obtainability, but not completely (more on this later).
-Unless I'm nuts, the in game resources available from the MLC prize wall have been beefed up pretty substantially, either via the amount in the offers, the prices of the offers, or both. Two thumbs up from me on that one.
-I can see, in theory, it being kinda fun getting shards for 3/4 different superstars throughout the month as opposed to just one plus one each weekend.
-I personally dislike the reveal of all the new Superstars at the start of the month overall, BUT one positive of that is, if someone is a spender, they could theoretically structure their spending around a particular weekend far in advance if there's a new Superstar they really want! That's kinda cool I guess.
-The free monthly SS getting a gear is pretty cool! I like that touch.
The Neutral:
-I understand the blog indicates there's enough to unlock the Final Boss via shards without any Premium Shards, however, first off, the blog really doesn't make it clear what counts as premium shards and what doesn't. Are non-premium shards in the context of the charts ALL available without additional spending? If so, it'd be really nice to have that explicitly stated/more clearly laid out.
-I'm sure this bit will become more evident as I and others get more used to the new "rhythm" of the MLCs, assuming the format doesn't change again, but for this month, it is going to be really really difficult to tell whether or not one is on pace to shard unlock the "non-premium obtainable" Chase Superstar or not.
-I love the idea of the in-game resources/daily claims scaling up to the new meta, but I have major questions as to how effectively Scopely will do so, because again, nothing is explicitly stated in mathematical terms aside from one-time League up rewards (which is appreciated, don't get me wrong!), it's all just really excited press release style text that amounts to "trust me, bro". I'm not going to totally drag Scopely for this because I think there have been many overall player-forward improvements to the game recently (most notably the availability of more resources and tokens in event rewards which really DO seem to have been upscaling, and the overhaul of the SD shop which is a beyond welcome and, in my opinion, pretty well executed change), but I still have concerns.
The Bad:
-Making the free SS unobtainable for the first 4 days without spending is just…pretty bad. I'm not even complaining for myself here, I absolutely always purchase one of the start packs, but I'm still gonna go to bat for my F2P friends here. Bad, bad call.
-Again, not guaranteeing any new MLC superstars for maxing is, IMO, a bad move. Keeping it OR the 6SG loot tokens would be the way to go, IMO. Again, 2k shards for a month is, based off previous gameplay experience, extremely obtainable, so that part isn't bad, but I don't like that being the absolute only way.
-Seemingly, the removal of previous month's chases from the weekly loots (and shards from the briefcase), I loved that idea and y'all already did away with it? Very disappointing.
-The change of max level mid-week pulls from 23 to 69. Previously, you could guarantee yourself one max pull if you bought all BSPs and saved for the month, and/or one $100 offer would grant THREE max pulls, which made the mid-week loots feel like a lot more tempting and bang for the buck, but now that's out the window. Immensely disappointing, especially considering a max pull guarantee could theoretically be nothing but tokens. Unless it had 6sg tokens in there, that's pretty inexcusable and a major downgrade.
-Unless the economy scales up a LOT lot, like I'm talking somewhere in the neighborhood of 5x, the price in coins for the 6sg tokens is absolutely BRUTAL. Currently, daily rewards for coins for a top league player is probably on average approximately 5m coins a day. That means, even if you didn't spend coins on ANYTHING else, you'd need to save up for over a month of daily rewards for a SINGLE 6SG token. That's bad scaling, especially considering such a big deal was made of the scaling improving in the blog entry.
-The MLC climbing milestones don't scale nearly hard enough. The really "meaty" ones are pretty good, but as per example, the milestone at 448k gives, in terms of guarantee, 3.3m coins and, and I wish I was making this up, 100 total TP. Don't spend it all in one place! Similarly, one of the potential rewards in the HIGHEST LEVEL MLC bags is a set of 7 25 TP bags. Multiply that by 10 and I might be okay with it. As is, it borders on insulting.
Well, I'm exhausted, I'm sure I forgot something, but I think that's plenty of feedback for now, right? :)
