In any line of business, if a mistake was made the company takes ownership of said mistake. So if I go into a clothing store and a pair of jeans cost $100 but the tag shows $50, the company honors the price on the tag. It was a mistake made, you fixed it to stop the bleed but those who received The Rock should be able to keep him. I'm not going to talk down on you guys because there is enough of that on this thread but you are supposed to do right by your customer base that has supported you since inception. I took The Rock up to 6ss and would prefer to keep him but at least provide my resources back in a timely fashion. I can use those tokens for someone else. As someone who has spent thousands on this game, I am disappointed and don't have high hopes for the "compensation" packages you are going to provide.

yesterday I won the final boss the rock in the game and today the character is not appearing in my inventory I wanted to know why this is

I did not get Final Boss, but this is your issue. Whatever damage the glitch caused to your plans for the MLC is your issue and for you to figure out. Once it reached someone’s roster , there should be no talking it back.

Feels like the handling of the rock issue was poor at best, along with the changes to the new month long contest are making it near impossible for free to play players from maxing.

Wow scopley , you always use the phrase in the interest of fainess... but the sad reality is you have anything but in mind. My first fued match I have 4- 6sb an 1 - 6ss on my fued team... my opponent 4- 6sg all maxed out and 2- 6ss all maxed out... where the match making fairness? OR how about showdown now first match or all of them to move up everyone is 6sg in an opener. Let's not talk about people who spent money and won the new Rock only to be told you didn't win him so we are nit giving you your money back but here's 400 shards for our screw up. Quit , I repeat quit using the phrse " in the interest of fairness" because the inly interest you have in mind in your bank account. If you had fairness in mind you would make all your whales simply fce each other with the 6sg they bought up and leave the common players alone.

After last months reneging of the MLC formula that had been working for months and the latest final Boss fiasco. Player morale seems to be at an all time low. I myself am so unmotivated to play that I didn't even want to write this. I just don't care anymore. You've all but completely ruined the game for so many of us.

Final boss event is too gd. But just need a more points to defeat 6sg.beacuse it'll take too much time to beat them.

I have been playing this game since 2016 and have seen some major, as I'm sure you could imagine. I like that the initial chase superstar for the month seems as though it's actually obtainable for once and if I do manage to collect "The Final Boss", it will be the first time I do since their inception.
The feud prizes seem to be going from bad to worse and honestly are downright pitiful. There was a time when I cared about a part of a top 100 faction hoping to win a new superstar, now I'm content simply grinding away for the contest prizes only and I don't care at all about my faction's overall placement.
I am currently league 17 and for reasons I'm unsure about, as of writing this I have 484 feud battle wins. Over 200 of those have been recorded in the last two months. Which leads to the obvious question; How is that possible? When I have battled, extensively, in almost every feud only having missed maybe one or two, if any at all. I read in the MLC news that targets were going to be adjusted to something more reasonable with the start of this month's MLC.
Long term players should be rewarded based on the number of all-time days or even hours spent actively logged on. And rewarded for their years loyalty & assistance in building the game to such a level as it is now. I think something along the lines of our own individual pick of one superstar from the entire roster at 6-star gold.

nice to see what you put in bags is just for show. Thinking NO ONE would pull the final boss is insane.
unfortunately the whales will continue to drop thousands on this game and you will continue to make mistakes and make us pay for it. If you go Into a store and something is priced wrong.. that’s too bad. These errors are so common we figure they would stop at some point. Those who pulled him, should have kept him. The odds were in our favor and you screwed up.. nope, roll it back and too bad for u.. but we gave you your coins and tokens back.. yeah, I hope so. Those 400 shards are barely anything considering most of us lost out on other shards we acquired. I am sure I had more before the screw up but nothing can be done.. own it and people will appreciate it. But only 5% of players who play really have any say and they get everyone anyways so they don’t care1 -
Final Boss Contest -
This event was just unfun all around. The bag drops at the start of the event was a joke. The solution was not a solution. People are missing Final Boss Shards. Like whom comes up with solutions really?
Feuds during a holiday weekend is just annoying. Feud has gone from worse to even MORE worse. 175k warscore points for beating a 6SS is just ridiculous. Then you take the 300k we used to get and moved it to defeating a 6SG. Scopely I don't know if you know this but some of us still do NOT have a 6SG. Once again having just a blitz ticket in milestones is not worth wasting my time grinding. I hit 60 million warscore and walked away.
Since I did not waste Mothers Day feuding, I only had 10 blitz ticket entries. I completed 10 blitz and in the 40 bags not 1 single medallion. Waste of time doing those. Glad I did not push for 100 million warscore.
Tours were just goofy. You required those without the new austin to beat hell mode with tech foley or trickster hogan. Considering we are in the 6SG meta, I can't just move these old posters up to 6SB or higher to complete a tour. I don't expect you to understand that as I am sure you just want us to buy resource packs or fuse ups, every time. Since I was not able to complete hell mode with a bonus poster, I missed out on the weekend ignot. At this point, what is the reason for trying in any more events?
Challenge tour on event release kept freezing on me. Hard mode froze 8 times. I opened a ticket with screenshots and proof of the props I needed to use, and you support team send me 100 med kits. Horrible support. You really need real time support.
Disappointment should be the name of this MLC. Better yet, call it the "The Next Disappointment". Also, your "freebies" don't help the matter when you make this game barely playable.

So let me get this straight first you bring 6 gold into the game and THEN you change points in feud that was once what you got for taking down a 6 silver and decrease the points for taking down a 6 bronze and silver????? Are you actually serious???? Do you know how hard it is to take down a 6 gold???? What are you doing to this game everyone once loved so much????
So you think taking down someone with this much HP is worth what taking down a 6 silver was a week ago????

Stop putting MEM Rock in tours and blitzs with his trap move setup he's impossible to beat like does anyone at scopley think before they do. Gonna miss out on a bunch of solo points because of this cheap ass move set where even a 5sg Hogan can't beat him

So my feedback for this contest would be that maybe there should be at least a 2 tier system in place for people like me who just started can catch up to those that are so far ahead. I love playing the game and I don’t mind spending some money on it but I cannot afford to whale on the game. So if there was a beginner tier that earned more new characters faster to allow us to compete in these. Like I cannot get the stone cold bionic redneck and mankind so I can’t use them to help. And none of my superstars are over like 15k talent level so the events where they are 30900 or something like that are impossible. I love the game and contest. Thank you for the great entertainment. Just suggesting a new tier system to make it more fair for early players.
Plus I would increase the keys and loot coins and such for us early players to allow us to get what we need from there. Just a thought. My in game info below. Thanks again.

While we all knew 6SG was coming, the launch of it has had a terrible impact on this event, and I think that's gotten lost in all the outrage over the Final Boss Rock bags.
- Changes in scoring. Most people are not running lineups of 6SG's in feuds, there are still lots of 6SS'es… and now they're only worth 175k instead of 300k? Almost a 50% drop??? We all have to feud longer to hit the milestones now.
- Those that do have 6SG characters are all HOF characters, who got to cut the line day 1 because they didn't need the same tokens as everyone else. AND you decided that HOF Gold characters need a 30% HP boost for some reason??? There are HOF Rey Mysterio's running around with 100 million HP already. We already have to feud longer to get the same amount of points (see #1), now we have to hope we can take down characters with 9 digits of health…
- The immediate moving of difficulties on event tours. Instead of the Hell boss being a 6SB with two 5SG's before it, now it's a 6SS with two 6SB's before it. This is AWFUL if you're going for CSS bonuses. A 6SB Hollywood Hogan has no chance against a 6SB MEM Rock firing off his 1 MP trap move every turn, much less a 6SS Final Boss Rock with his yellow sub charged turn 1. While I know the meta is shifting, yall have forgotten that it is not easy to take a character to 6SB (much less 6SS) just for CSS bonuses, because there's been a severe lack of 5-star diamond/emerald tokens leading up to this month, AND you need shards if you don't already have enough for that character.. And even if you do take them up, these CSS characters could be outdated compared to opponents more built for later metas. We need difficulties to revert back for a little bit until we've had time to build up other characters. Although I guess this is Scopely's way of saying we all should have blown hundreds (or thousands) of dollars chasing the new Steve Austin card.
I'd also like to point out that it's 3:15 PM PDT on Sunday and we still haven't gotten our compensation for the missing CSS points for "recruiting Final Boss Rock" or the 7 premium medallions. What's the holdup there? Is this an attempt to get people to buy loot coins if they came up short of the gold chest, not realizing they're supposed to have an extra 500k points? I wouldn't put it past Scopely…

I personally enjoyed this faction feud. And this event is so far better than last month's IMO.
Just real quick though, can FTP players get a 3rd premium token in order to get Grayson Waller?

This weekend was terrible. First you screw up the bags, then you take hours to make any sort of announcement, then in the middle of the night you take away all the rocks and shards that were earned with no response. The shards taken should be explained. I have 800 fewer than the shard collection contest. In the bags I pulled him twice which would be 1 poster so no shards there and then a duplicate 3 star bronze. Shouldn't that be 200 shards taken back not 800? You guys can just never explain anything and just expect us to trust you guys. This is like the third week in a row there's been a big controversy in the game and barely a word from the community manager. Trust is non existent at this point. The 400 shards you gave in the mail box sound nice but odds are those are probably being taken from future events. Hopefully I'm wrong but the direction of you have to spend heavily to progress makes me doubtful.

Players of this game are the biggest bunch of sheep. Every week we see long diatribes about how useless and incompetent the Scopely devs and customer support team are yet they take every bit of abuse and injustice and try carry on giving them money.
This game has to be the biggest con the world has ever seen and I love the entertainment on these forums more than the game itself. So many babies just crying but continue coming back for more. Bravo!

The weekend contest was OK.
The tours were great very challenging and rewarding.
The actual feud was fine, matchups could be better CSS were not awful. I feel like the want to push higher in feud is limited by the rewards. Blitz tickets just are not effort/reward balanced.
The blitz itself was good no issues super fast and rewards were what we have come to expect.
As far as "BossGate" goes I have no issues there either. Though in the interest of fairness the victory tour rewards should have been part of the compensation.

no real reason to play beyond maxing the warscore event anymore. everything worked and was fun but that goal is now gone and it doesn't make sense to push forward once maxed.

although disappointed in the rock situation in game, i understand why the solution was what it was.
the feud felt back to “normal” a bit.The 6SG added a LOT of time. I wish we could all have the 2X opportunity.

the only issue I had the event was maid harder by cutting the 6ss pts as only faced 6sg about 8-10 times. Still hit the 100mil.
but toke whole lot longer.
also the compensation given out for the rock bag issue was worse than pitiful compared to previous similar situationsOther than that everything else was fine as usual.

If this is how you want the game to work from now on, there's a lot to learn. A lot of uncertainty that could be solved with more efficient communication with the players.

I like the feud I do wish when it comes to the secondary stars of the month they are more assessable. Would love final boss rock

I feel as though you are giving away as many shards per feud as you did before, plus the blitz after would be nice if we could earn those tickets a little easier and throughout the early milestones
