Paid Loot pulls removed too??!!
I understand removing the rock that was obtained from the glitched bags but taking paid loot pulls too?! And no easy way to reach support to sort it out before feud?

same here I paid for pulls won a 6star bronze final boss and they took it away

they should not be able to remove items obtained by spending. Period.

All they do is send you a copy and paste message about known issues with bags and that’s it.

That's wrong for the people who paid and got him, to not have him and lose the benefit for extra fued points and top line bonus….. I can imagine how great it must feel to get that 6SB pull and then to be yanked away and unusable in the biggest event to have him in…..WRONG

Anyone that has spent anything on this event should file for fraud with their banks.

update…the ones removed that were pulled are being returned. Mine just came back

I had already done a few mega pulls. You took all my shards from mega pulling and that i had earned through the week. So if i wanted rock for blitz or feud you now expect me to start from zero. This is unacceptable. You just cost yourself a customer.

if they would have sent this out in game most of these forum comments would have not been here. People do not check by messaging in game customer server who is doing a top notch job ever since Guersan was hired. They have the most up to date info.

I think that since Scopley changed the dynamics of bag distribution percentages, they had to have adjusted loot pull drop ratio as well. Further compensation is to provide a full max 40 pull loot coin to all players

not. People were close to shard recruit. Now if you want him for feud or blitz you’re starting from zero shards, and they arent giving those shards back till monday once the event is over

I take it all shards that were taken will also be restored ,as these should not have been touched in any shape or form . Also no apologies whatsoever to the community . Just the usual tr6 brush it under the carpet
