A few days I discovered that Kevin Owens Greatest Hits character had lost the 99 extra points to starting. It was a game bug or a downgraded when the character is evolved?

  The 99 MP only lasts for two months. The month they were released(February) and the next month(March). It's not intended to be a permanent boost.
