  • Bionic Redneck Debut Contest Entry: Here's My Take!

Excited to see Stone Cold finally getting the recognition he deserves in the game! Here's a breakdown of what I loved and what could be improved:

    Thumbs Up:

     * Faction Feud Scoring System: Going back to the original system is a win for sure. It makes competing more strategic and rewarding.

     * Perk Flexibility: Different perk sets open up a ton of creative possibilities for players to approach matches in their own unique way.

     * Stone Cold Steve Austin (SCSA) Done Right! This long-awaited addition definitely lives up to the legend's legacy.

    Room for Improvement:

     * Server Issues: Let's address these to ensure a smooth gameplay experience for everyone.

     * Visual Glitches: Polishing the feud battle screens with correct information involving how many victories your partner has, would polish everything even more clearly, and eliminate some unnecessary communications

Overall, this contest was an improvement from the Flash Feud a couple of weeks ago.Thank you for listening to the many voices in this community, and improving ,or reverting what doesn't need to be tweaked. A double fisting Austin salute goes out to the team. Finally, a Stone Cold that can destroy in game, like he did during the attitude era.

  • Yet another event, where I get nowhere unless I pay.

  • I will say that I appreciate the fact you invite comments and seems you do take them seriously. I prefer the feud scoring you put back in place, as did most of my faction. So thank you!

I think overall the event was very good! I enjoyed it, the tours were challenging but fun. I like that you can feud to 50 million but also can push harder to earn the extra blitz tickets. As a player it's always nice to have options to do more! Sometimes we have time to grind and sometimes the weekend is packed and so we just hit what we can hit.

i feel the prize walls can be a little sweeter maybe? Unless you spend typically all that is available are coin and maybe some token resources. Surely there's a way to throw some incentive to players who do everything in game but don't spend? A plate or something? Just a thought.

    Thabks for listening!

Truth be told this event was pretty good I can't hate or anything I just didn't get the poster that's all I didn't see anything wrong with it no errors no red rings huge plus keep up the amazing work 💯💯💯💯💯 the blitz is a nice gesture also for people who missing posters required in feud another huge plus something people just want to complain to complain but as a guy who been playing a game for over 6 years I see a lot of good and hopefully it will continue in the right direction..... Peace and love

  • It was great to have the old feud scoring back after the extremely concerning changes from the last Flash Feuds, so thanks for that.

The tours had well balanced rewards and weren't too difficult, so they were accessible for newer players.

It was an interesting move putting The Most Electrifying Man Rock as the final opponent in the blitz, especially considering the new difficulty, but it was good in that we needed to think a bit more about who we used

All in all, it was a good event. And the new SCSA looks pretty amazing!

Better than the last feuds, for sure. The CSS requirements were a lot more reasonable this time, and honestly they should be like this more often; allows everyone to get SOMETHING out of the event.

I'm sure Steve is a nice card but just appreciated not having to give up my life to progress on an event. Maybe I'll see how he plays when I get the shards for him in 2027.

Enjoyed this last weekends feud. I thought the variety of contest superstars was a nice addition. It had specific toons to gain points but also era bonus and class bonus. I feel this helps those players with a newer or smaller roster still benefit from rewards within that contest. Overall I think this feud structure ran better than a few in the past.

Glad you went back to original feud formula, it was great overall B+

    2 changes

    1) easier to get that 5th warscore token

    2) make it possible to grind points on solo seud points.

  • VEO262501

Feud went smoothly with little glitches or hiccups, love the new Stone cold and hope to get him in the future

I see that due to last feuds horrible feedback, you reverted the point system back to how it was before, which was great, the idea for using the same points to earn warscore and solo points was nice but horribly executed, if it ain't broke don't fix it

Like what you did with the gauntlet blitzes, gives everyone an equal chance of getting points and medallions without locking the points to bonus ss, hope to see it in more feuds

Feud matchmaking definitely needs some kind of re work, sometimes it works well and gives you opponents relative to your roster size but most times, my teammate and I could be running and rosters and be matched with people that are in 170k, it's annoying when that happens and a waste of time

Overall the tours and points needed were fairly accessible to players and Feud wasn't too bad and needs so.e re work sometimes, it's not that bad I guess

    7/10

Love the new Steve Austin. He looks amazing.

I hate the challenges because they are impossible to complete. You would have to spend hundreds of dollars and play the game for years to get a character to the level (over 30500) to be able to beat just the normal level, let alone hard ir hell..

As for the blitzes, this last two were impossible to defeat fully. Normally even if you can't defeat your opponents on the first try or two you wear them down but that didn't happen this time.

It's great that you give all these advantages to people who can afford to pay to get them but give us free players who have limited funds to spare a chance to complete as well.

    The Good -

*Basic contest milestones were achievable, and that the most reasonable expectation going into a weekend.

*Tour difficulty was not bad, and I appreciated being able to bang those out quickly without too much stress.

*Appreciated scoring returning to the older style

    The Not So Good

*Middle line bonus being locked behind a super rare character. I get it - I really do, but its such a kick in the teeth to see that happen time and time again. I get that a bunch of folks love spending time to feud, but if you have any kind of plans, having those little % bonus helps knock it out faster. (Even with promoters, if you are stuck in the camp of not having tokens to take them up to their intended bonus, its double pain).

*Loading/Red Rings - I saw this happen on my end a lot more often this weekend, after it not being present for some time.

*CSS contest - locking Solo points behind rare CSS with feuds just feels bad (with no real other way to make them up).

    The Indifferent

*Blitz - while this is a mode I really enjoy, its not the first thing I just want to crack into at the end of a long feud weekend. And the bonus shards being locked behind recent characters that were pretty hard to get never feels great.

I can tell we are trying to make changes in a meaningful way to help engage the player base, but sometimes it wouldn't hurt to just make that middle something that is a bit easier to fill. As a person who typically will buy steps because I value my time on weekend, it would be nice to see some QOL changes happen (filling middle lane slightly easier, making the CSS contest a little less "hope you arent missing any people or else you have no chance", etc. The people who still love to feud and love to put up big numbers are still going to do it, you just lift up the other folks with the smaller rosters, or maybe are in a position where they dont have all the time in the world.

Let's look at the downsides of this feud:

Another Powerhouse. It seems like we only get Powerhouses, Techs, and Strikers for feuds, they should be diversified for tokens.

Let's look at the good sides:

A new Austin, that's actually good, the only good Austin that's obtainable in the game now since Ghostbusters are gone.

The Warscore Competition reverted back from what was the disaster of the Flash Feuds.

  • The CSS requirements for last feud were pretty solid so kudos there. One thing I have noticed too is that it seems like when it comes to feud perks, IMO you would think the perks would benefit the debut superstar for that feud but that has not been the case for the past few feuds. I personally haven't gotten a new superstar since Waller in January, but that's neither here nor there.

Faction rewards continue to be disappointing as well, for both feud rewards and faction competition rewards. Receiving faction points towards the faction competition is pretty old. For all the time and dedication people and factions put into the feud, definitely deserved better rewards. Ultimate belts, more coins, strap parts, medal bits, maybe even a random skill plate bag are just some examples. But definitely somethin more or different from the faction points.

I think we as a WWE Champions universe, are really tired and over seeing the same model superstars that are released, as well as the same moves basically getting recycled between different superstars as well. Why doesn't any Bianca's have K.O.D as a finisher? Four Bianca's, three of them have the spear as a finisher. This SCSA looks EXACTLY like the Showboat and Striker version. Not only are we getting lazy with the reward system but we can get she don't deserve a different model superstar either?

Lastly, for now, prize wall. Selection was pretty bad in my opinion. That is all

  • A great weekend fued for a great card of a great wrestler. I enjoyed chasing Austin this weekend because I know at the end I would be getting a great card! I’m glad Fued scoring was reverted back from the previous flash fued I believe it made scoring a lot easier for everyone.

An interesting mix of CSS characters needed this weekend however some very very hard ones to get which made some tours and points difficult to complete.

    pros:

    Great Card

    Old scoring system

    interesting mix of CSS

    Cons:

Needing MEM Rock (hard to pull)

blitz contest superstars for the extra shards (should have one superstar who is easy to get)

Sami Zayn as the 5 fued coin purchase (rather have the 7 coin pulls)

Hopefully I get chosen for the card would be amazing to have!

I will not complain much. First of all very good character was no doubt. Faction feud was good.

One thing I would like to improve is glitch and have reported several times moves get freeze and that is the only annoying part.

Putting down certain TP points was good move and have made it more interesting.

One thing I would love is certain feud partner just join feud but don't play, will be great if they get thrown out of feud so his partner time will be saved. Second thing number of shards you give should be increased.

  • Overall much better than that terrible feud we had a few weeks ago, but would love if the new superstar wasn't a powerhouse, as it feels the feud rewards are powerhouse tokens every single feud. Loot wasnt good as usual, but all in all pretty decent event.

Great event, happy with the points awarded for the feuds.

Not a fan of the blitz at the end of the event. Would much prefer more tours.

  • this was the most engaaged i had been since returning to the game about a month ago, I appreciate the general openness of the event but the ending blitz was where I had the most problems.. trickster rock is a pain and a half and I have no one who could help.. i don't think the blitzs should be 6 star unless its a premium blitz.

First of all it was great to have a new Stone Cold on 3/16 weekend! Well done!

One thing I noticed right away this feud was that we once again had the green gems and starting mp reduced. I would prefer to see the gem colors fully cycled through before repeating.

I was also looking forward to using a couple purple gem damage people in this feud including one that I took to 6ss when I first saw that on the blog it would be purple gem damage. It then came out that it was changed to Purple move damage. I know that everything on the blog is subject to change, but this was REALLY disappointing. I would prefer to not know ahead of time at all rather than have this happen.

I am a fan of the Sunday blitz instead of the usual tours. I also like that you can get extra tickets by increasing your ear score. I hope this remains. The tours were good and I think the Kari tour was right at the difficulty it should be for people like myself who only get her for free, then work on building her.

I wish the prizewall had lesser amounts of shards for more people so you can work away at unrecruited superstars.

The feud itself was ok. I could only fill the bottom line, but I was ok with that. I like the rewards you get from the milestones for the warscore. Always great to get those resources, especially the tokens.

I was happy to see the scoring back to normal. The css weren’t too restrictive and the tours were fine. He seemed accessible enough, even though I didn’t get him. Pretty good feud event. The gauntlet blitz was good, I just wish there was a quicker way to go between blitzes instead of going back to the main screen, going into blitz and then starting again.

** Dont Pick Me I think I am late anyway**

Liked Superstar release tied into 3-16.

Didn't like a St Patricks Day (Weekend) Feud having Green Nerfed.

It's all about why you had that experience in the game! My was experience in the game was not so great i did not unlock the new steve austin I was bit late in unlocking the steve austin like in the solo contest leaderboard and also my second experience in WWE: Champions was great because it is a unique mobile game that combines Match 3 puzzles with the excitement of wrestling. There are some tips and insights to enhance the gameplay: Special Pieces Work Differently: Unlike typical Match 3 games, you won’t create special pieces by matching more than three gems of the same kind. Matching four of a kind clears an entire row or column, while matching five results in a Wild Card, granting an extra turn for your wrestler. Special pieces are mainly created by unleashing signature moves during matches. These can provide buffs or debuffs related to gem matching. Take Your Time: There’s no time limit for making moves. Study the board carefully and aim for the best match possible. Ignore the game’s suggested matches; often, there’s a better move waiting for you. Tap on colored gems to see the damage they can inflict, which varies based on the wrestler. Strategic Choices and RPG Mechanics: WWE: Champions offers more advanced strategic choices, level-ups, buffs, and debuffs. Explore various game modes and unlock WWE Superstars from different eras. It’s not just another casual puzzle game; it’s a sophisticated experience for wrestling fans and puzzle enthusiasts alike. Remember, being a champion in WWE: Champions involves more than just puzzle-solving—it’s about strategy, skill, and unleashing powerful moves in the ring! And it is puzzle game i love playing puzzle games. And also I get to Explore Different Game Modes: WWE: Champions offers more various game modes based on live tv NXT, Raw, Smackdown, and more. you also get to Participate in contests, events, and showdowns to earn rewards and unlock new Superstars Health Points and Class Abilities: Each wrestler class (e.g., Showboats, Technicians) has unique abilities. Showboats have higher health points and can heal using signature moves, while Technicians excel at submission moves. All-New Moments: The recent R57 update brings historical WWE moments to life. Unlock additional effects for your Superstars and participate in fan votings for future benefits and improvements.

Tell us what you liked and what could be improved. I like there is a new steve austin in All of the steve Austin's you made this is the best one the Powerhouse version what can be improved In-App Purchases: Some players feel that the game’s microtransactions can be quite aggressive. Balancing the monetization model to ensure fairness and enjoyment for free-to-play users is essential. Matchmaking and Difficulty: Occasionally, matchmaking can lead to uneven battles, especially in events. Ensuring fair matchups and adjusting difficulty levels could enhance the overall experience. Visual Clarity: The gem board can sometimes be cluttered, making it challenging to strategize effectively. Improving visual clarity and responsiveness would benefit players. Tutorial and Onboarding: While WWE fans may grasp the mechanics quickly, new players might appreciate a more comprehensive tutorial to understand the game’s intricacies. And also I would like you to add beer because that's what steve austin does he drinks lots of beer. WWE Champions, is the most exciting mobile game that combines action RPG and puzzle battles in the world of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). What I Liked: Diverse Superstars: WWE Champions features over 250 Superstars and Legends, including iconic names like The Rock, Ronda Rousey, and Becky Lynch. Contests and Events: The game offers contests based on NXT, Raw, Smackdown, and more. Competing in these events adds an extra layer of excitement and engagement. Collectible Gameplay: Assemble your dream team by collecting and customizing WWE Superstars. The match 3 battles, faction competitions, and exclusive VIP membership benefits keep players engaged. Areas for Improvement: Balancing Challenges: While the game is challenging, ensuring a balanced difficulty curve can enhance the overall experience. User Interface: Streamlining the user interface and making it more intuitive can improve navigation and accessibility. Community Interaction: Regular communication with players through in-game announcements or forums can foster a stronger community. Overall, WWE Champions provides an immersive experience for wrestling fans, and with continuous updates and improvements, it has the potential to become even more captivating!.

If you have any suggestions or mitigations, let us know! Class Mechanics: Understand the class system: There are six classes in WWE Champions, each with its own strengths and weaknesses. Here’s the elemental hierarchy: Purple beats Green Green beats Red Red beats Blue Blue beats Yellow Yellow beats Black Black beats Purple. Stipulation Tours: For Stipulation Tours, consider the following: 1-MP Moves: Characters with 1-MP moves can be clutch. Look for those who excel in this area. Recycling Abilities: Characters who can recycle moves without causing a pin are valuable. They allow you to get moves off faster. Common Characters: Some common characters perform exceptionally well. For example: Acro Shawn: His low charge on multiple moves makes him ideal for Stipulation Tours, especially green moves. Asuka: Good for green and blue moves in the women’s division Check out community posts and forums for more detailed recommendations Tier Lists and Strategies: Consider creating a tier list for each day/scoring method in Stipulation Tours. This can help you plan better. Seek advice from experienced players. Sometimes, the best choice isn’t the flashiest character but the one that fits your roster and strategy best. Remember that even common characters can shine if they’re well-suited for the job. Example: A contest consists of many elements, such as the overall idea, milestones, rewards, loot, difficulty, timings, Superstars, etc. Contests in WWE: Champions are themed events that challenge players to achieve specific goals. These themes can be related to real-world WWE events, special occasions, or unique storylines.

Milestones: Contests often have milestone objectives. These are incremental achievements that players can reach during the contest. For example, milestones could involve winning a certain number of matches, earning specific points, or completing specific tasks. Rewards: As players progress through milestones, they earn rewards. These rewards can include in-game currency (such as cash), premium currency (like shards or diamonds), TP posters (used for leveling up Superstars), and other valuable items. Loot: During contests, players can earn loot by participating in matches, completing milestones, or achieving specific objectives. Loot can contain Superstar shards, skill plates, medallions, and other useful items. Difficulty: Contests vary in difficulty. Some are accessible to all players, while others may require specific Superstars or strategic planning. Higher difficulty contests often offer better rewards. Timings: Contests have specific start and end times. Players must participate within this window to earn rewards. Some contests last a few days, while others may be shorter or longer. Superstars: Certain contests may feature specific Superstars or classes. Players can strategize by using Superstars with advantageous abilities against opponents. Remember, WWE: Champions offers a dynamic contest experience, blending puzzle-solving, strategy, and wrestling excitement. I like all Steve austin matchs I would love to have and try his broken skull beer ipa the faction feuds was short they only had a men's feud no woman feuds I was hopeing for both I was hopeing for more feuds because I can rise up my league I am in a short league it is league 16 I want to be league 21 so that's why I need more feuds.

don't forget you can also grind out the warscore and get the new poster that way.

Wardrobe for Bionic Redneck is nothing fancy so - 7/10 (but that means future gear(s) can be released for him right?

at first i thought to myself “ah yet another Attitude Powerhouse” because i already have Acolytes Faarooq but boy am i reeling to have Bionic Redneck right now!!

(having him in my roster will solidify this memorable event for me.)

having been in a mostly f2p faction before, and currently in a semi-f2p faction, i am still in access with both discords and have heard many being satisfied with this feud event. - 9/10

Personally, i think the scoring system is fantastic. Owning only 2 feud promoters, i still managed to max out the 100mil feud score on top of spending time with my church and family. Being in Vietnam, reset is 2am daily and feuds are usually on a Sunday for me. Grateful for that scoring system ! - 11/10

i noticed that the high roller loot has been taken away. I take it that it has been removed to better balance the player’s playing field. I also see that as an honor and consideration to the wrestlers who have since passed on - <3

albeit that being the case, i also feel that spending players (needless to say, on top of having better chances at chasing Redneck) still get a “better” premium prize wall and the f2p ones still have a fair chance to grind it out in an achievable scoring event, to access a prize wall that’s full of variety - having included straps and resources, loot coins and even a poster. 10/10

the faction scoring requirement is a huge win in my opinion and shows that scopely hears what their players need. Having different ways to score such as leveling 5 And 6 star posters, fusing, spending in-game cash. And then having the next faction event with yet another variety of ways to score, shows that scopely is being considerate. To give any particular resource the “room to breathe” is what will enable players to have longevity in this awesome game. - 11/10

my only whine, is although clearly stated that the faction pack is only for the first 24 hrs, (and i get it, it’s like the additional silver tokens and solo contest points for chasing and getting New CSS within first day) when someone like myself is three-quarters into sharding the new css on the last day, i don’t feel as much push as the first day to buy the faction token+shard pack. - 8.5/10

lastly, I’ll just bleed into these two days Manager Tour as well. Because more and more, i feel that i am seeing much thought and consideration towards players . to upgrade better and more useful contest superstars, and giving better milestone rewards in doing so. 👏🏼👏🏼

The bonus of +99mp to last and current months posters is 💯 % a huge added incentive to chase them. And having more consistency like in this month for the weekly contests , (straps being more accessible; prizewalls being particularly for Moments or gears) are little details that will go a mighty long way to keep the champs going at the game.

Thank you for taking our feedback into consideration.

    Sincerely,

    Holy775571

even though new Bionic Steve does not have the “best wardrobe” , that just makes room for gear(s) to be possibly added in the future? - 8/10

At first when i saw the Attitude Era powerhouse poster, i thought “nothing special because i already have a good attitude powerhouse”. However, now I’ll say though, i still find it a pity that i do not own him because I Loved the event. (and having him will root what solid memories came out of this)

Whilst I’m not a “whale” I’m not f2p also. having been in a very f2p faction and currently in a semi-f2p one, i am still in access to both discords so i know that many of my mates were satisfied. Even though Bionic Steve Austin was much harder to pull than the previous recent Feud contest superstars, the feud scoring system has allowed everyone to thoroughly enjoy this event and shows a great balance in the game’s quality control. - 10/10

i own only 2 feud promoters (not maxed out) and yet i was able to achieve the 100mil feud score without burning my eyes out. Being in Vietnam, feud is often a Sunday for me and even though i have to get up at 2am for reset timings daily, I’m thankful that because of your awesome scoring system, i was able to also spend time with my family and church besides maxing out on the feud event.

i also find the changes in faction scoring requirements very considerate. Such as including points for leveling 5 & 6 star posters, using in-game cash and fusing posters; also including in-game cash loots, PLUS! having straps on the prizewall that costs in-game cash. The available variety , and then rotating the scoring requirements in the next event, proves to me that Scopely hears their champs and wants everyone to be in for a fun time. By giving players enough space and room for a particular resource ‘to breathe’ , will make sure of a player’s longevity in the game. So thank you :) - 11/10

Players who want to spend for the premium prize wall items , get a better chance at chasing Bionic Steve and those who don’t spend, still get their fair chance of grinding for faction feud tokens to exchange for valuable items that are again in variety! Superbness - to have an option for loot coins, or resources, and/or css strap and affiliate strap is a catering move to All Players. - 10/10

I read someone else’s comment.. and i want to say: Fyi, i disagree that the NWO plate isn’t of use for Bionic Steve. I think it’s very useful, in the same way it has been useful for the Legends era Powerhouse Roman Reigns that I’ve managed to own and use, to own my opponents ;)

On that note, i would like to add that your addition of the +99mp to the current and previous month’s Superstars in all current events is a definite solid additional reason for players to chase their posters down. - 10/10

i realise that the Higher Roller loot has been removed. I’m not sure what the reason(s) is/are. But i will salute it as an honor for all players to have a more balanced playing field. This And the messages inbox with claimable “missing items” also says to me that scopely is brave enough, and honest in admitting to mistakes. To me, this is the only way that trust can be built. To remove the ‘higher roller loot’ also speaks of an integrity for the wrestler’s who have passed on.. - 10/10

it’s impressive that Blitz has been made fun again by being challenging. And how it has been blended into the end of a feud event. I’m sure this took much careful thought. Because after a fun but tiring 20hr feud, one can still have activity with the next day’s Blitz but in a less competitive pace.

i can see such positive changes being implemented , also in today’s Master Manager Competition, and i am a huge fan of these - Players get an added value to upgrade specific superstars on our roster and it makes the game meaningful. Heck, it even makes the event(s) memorable. <3

my only whine is (even though clearly stated) that the 24hr-only faction feud pack on the portal, lasts for the first 24 hours only. Hehe i understand, that it’s exactly like the extra rewards in the CSS contest on the first 24 hours, which gives players more incentive to chase. But for those who manage to come closer to sharding the new superstar, feels less incentive to push for it. - 9/10

lastly I’d also like to say that i am happy for the “newer” players that Xavier Woods has been changed to Modern Era, as modern era straps are more accessible to getting an affiliation one. I just wish there was a message sent to all players to inform of such a significant change. - 9/10

seeing how you guys are considerably making all era straps and women straps more accessible, is one of the little details that will go a long way in keeping loyal Champs.

    sincerely,

    Holy775571
