In game faction trading

Would be unreal if you could trade or send/give gifts to members of your faction. The amount of times as a team there is a faction member short of a few shards,tokens, health packs,keys,t-shirts. I look at my inventory and the amount of things that have gone to waste that could have been used. If we could trade,these things would not go to waste.
