Need some great superstars

but I want to share my experience about getting CSS shards or CSS

i always try to get CSS from contest rewards Bags or in Paid Pulls but always getting shards or another outdated Superstar shards or him if I achieve higher rewards of contest rewards bag I will not getting CSS this will not sufficient for getting CSS

if possible please give CSS at least who give his best efforts in contest
