I think it's a decent revamp to plate picker shop if scopely makes the current plates there(if not all of them at least 1 picker cost ones) to be available with in game cash buy and you can add newer plates in picker shop.

The existing plate shop just needs to be expanded. Price things in differing amounts of tokens to preserve "rarity" if you must, but the same stale inventory is pretty boring.
