Hanger Recycle in Gear Loot

Wouldn't it be nice to add a recycle spot in the gear loot to use the old hangers to get loot coins to do more gear loot pulls? Something like this would make it more worth doing these pulls.

The gear system has needed a revamp for years. Even the Gear Loot pulls are so far behind it's laughable. Last I brought it up I was told there were no plans to do anything with the hangers yet they just threw more of them at us in the 12 Days loot.
