At this point I'm convinced your just winging it with no plan or roadmap..

Pointless having a faction event with garbage rewards.. you want players to spend on other things.. i.e coins and TP leave the plate alone let factions scrap over it.

Noone is gonna go mad for 5K medallions that doesn't even get you close to getting the card.

And I certainly won't be dropping 4 megas to get her

  • I love all the new programs that y'all are doing. I took about a year off from the game and came back and it's much better! Other than it's really really difficult to play without paying. Only thing I will buy is the vip and certain things out of the store for 1.99. wish we could've got a heads up about the 24 hr showdown I pulled someone else out of the free bag so cant play the showdown

  • I really like Chelsea Green. She is definitely the bleed queen! I am honestly not a fan of extreme rules style of match.

i have been playing for the last few months after almost a 3 year break. I really like all the different events and the way you can skip the daily tours with the press of a button.

Please play the event before leaving constructive feedback

    • The plate was removed from leaderboards based on community feedback
    • I would reevaluate this prizewall, Those prizewall tokens are essential to getting that plate you might not be getting from the faction leaderboards

Ridiculous to hide behind paywalls. I understand that you’re in it to make money, but grinding it out is supposed to be done without spending. There’s no way to max anything or get her without spending a lot of money, or a rabbits foot stuck somewhere uncomfortable. Just when I think it can’t get worse, you’re there to overachieve. And why can’t we have an all female loot? That would be better than getting a 4 star crappy player that no one uses anymore. Especially when you’re in a higher league.

Really considering quitting this game. I spend more than I should yet can never get any of the premium characters. The showdown is a joke because you have to have the aforementioned premium characters or spend more money just to max the contest. Pulling the character in a bag is a joke too. I think the only time I’ve done that is when scopely messed up the odds and everyone got the character.

  • This content has been removed.
  • I was not a fan of the showdown mode when I first started playing again but I enjoy it. I didn’t like how this women one was such a slow climb after I used the characters we had. You didn’t even give us the rewards as a way to climb the leaderboard.

Can't believe I'm saying this - but maybe the best SD event in months?

I'll admit I went in super pessimistic based on last month which felt wildly paywalled in a month of steep costs, and in general it feels like SD has gotten a but pricier with the (objectively bad) changes to things like the CSS competition where you are massively punished for not having the card.

While it's not the cheapest by any stretch of the imagination, I've seen a handful of people in my faction who are looking pretty solid to be able to get her after faction rewards pay out, all for less than a mega. Sure, spending is involved, but it feels like many more people were able to get the card this weekend for a fraction of the spending that has been required in many recent events.

I feel like there was a solid stretch where the SD card was gettable if you had all the CSS for like 20-40 bucks, and I'm really hoping we might be venturing back more into that realm.

I can understand the gripe of some of the top dogs in not having the plate as a guarantee, but I still personally think the medallion payout is still pretty generous for being able to acquire the card for minimal spending.

Everything else was kind of par for the course, I thought the tours were pretty straightforward, I thought the SD event itself was fine, even if it was mostly the neverending wall of Zombie Biancas after a while.

But yeah, this was a pretty nice one! I'll personally say the morale has been low after last month being so pricey and this 12 Days event being a total and absolute dud, but this showdown was nice to get reeled back in a little bit and get back engaged with the game. Hope to see more like this!

Ok maybe I should have played before leaving feedback.. however my point still stands that things need to improve

Showdown event was decent... Nice to see unlimited tech wins.. capped at 9999 that's a good move it may not be achieved but atleast if you wanted to buy endless energy you get points for it.

    Loot

3 featured even though it was only shards this wasn't a bad thing either another step in the right direction

    Faction rewards

These aren't the worst however we all assuming we're gonna get the minimum 1K per bag so that's a TBD still. Ultimate straps are nice especially female.

    Prizewall

Prizewall was slightly better even though medallions are still a drop in the bucket for what you need to be able to buy more that 1 or 2 items

Ok, on my train, having finished everything as best I can.

    here’s the feedback:

    pros:

Solo contest: you could get the Chelsea Christmas card with work. This makes things immediately better, after a few SD weekends where you this was nigh-impossible. I had to level up some characters and use some props, and the faction needed to max the (poor) faction event.

Tour CSS: I think you guys have this down now. One ‘common’ superstar pretty much each tour. Open to pretty much everyone. If you don’t have tech beck, or tech Rhea then it would’ve still been an issue.

Showdown: The main event was attainable (free milestones) without all the characters. It was probably a bit easier as it was a straight modern/modern requirement but this also meant that lots of people had 6SS characters. But yea, I think it was good.

Prizewall: did have something for everyone. No real complaints here.

    CONS:

Premium showdown: Still doesn’t sit right with me. I know you need premium content, but this seems so beneficial for the spenders. I just don’t think you need it.

Faction contest: I still don’t think you have faction contests right on any weekend. I like the idea of a break gems task, BUT overall this was a talent up. Again. Just before a talent up. Again. At least there were solo contest points in the milestones, but the contest and prizes were lacking. Seriously.

But… overall that was it. Not a bad weekend for F2P.

    7/10

    I’ll start with the good.

id say that this was one of the best showdown events in the past few months. The gold chest was obtainable without having all of the super rare css. There had been a trend where that wasn’t true and it was very demoralizing. I hope this becomes the new standard. The gold chest should always be obtainable for hard working F2P players.

The tours were also decent. I was able to make a good dent in them with tech Rhea and Becky.

the card herself, Chelsea is one of my favourite wrestlers, it’s good good to have her in the game. She looks very good as well.

Things to work on: overlapping events cause unneeded stress when there are short time limits to complete them. There was a lot going on this weekend. SD, Chelsea tours, 12 days 24hr events and extreme rules matches. I love having the content, I just wish we were given more time to complete them . Like if you could have had the SD start a day early on Friday.

thats probably the only concern that comes to mind. Thanks for making improvements to the SD point structure

  • Hello, my first opinion is that whatever B or C tier css is required in the weekend, it needs to be moved or gem boost. 2. It is very difficult to add prizewall medals, thus without spending, we will never be able to complete the shard. 3, More coins will be given after 6ss above 5sg lot of coin needed 4, there is a need to change stuff in faction event 5, and there should be ways to get more shard loot coin

  • I'm convinced near enough every event needs either Raquel and/or Liv. How can one progress when people don't have her. Always a kick in the teeth and very disappointing. Alright for the people who spent to get them, but for the free to play players not even a chance.

Showdown wasn't as fun as people were saying. Always 5* golds matching up with mostly 6* silver. That still need a bit of work. Premium showdon is beyond a joke and limiting your playbase - how little it is with people quitting.

Solo event wasn't too bad and was achievable though all the work for the rewards in the end of the day. Nothing like the old days for clubber, rocky or ali. Should have more events like that.

  • The only complain I have with this event is the showdown. but as long as am able to reach the Chelsea green top Free Solo milestones. Then all good.

    Tour is good

all the reward in this event suck.

  • Chelsea bleed move is something is else.. we need less medallions to achieve milestone in events.

In Vs played almost 60 matches but it is worthless until you've all of the bonus superstar is shit...

Extreme rules is alright but it won't work everytime.

The SD weekend event was good for the most part. I did not even try the loot this weekend because I have so many tricksters to work on that Chelsea could get lost in the shuffle.

I have did well in the solo and maxed the superstar event with a grand total of just under 1300 shards. I do miss the days of getting a SD character for under $100 with the medallions. Believe last time that happened was Cody Rhodes, finish the story.

The faction event to me was really terrible with the rewards offered. Probably among the minority, but I’m happy there’s isn’t a plate in the leaderboard of this event, especially for the top 1. I would have loved to see a couple of premium bags, gold chests from the superstar bonus milestones or bags from the leaderboard of plate or medallions included in the top faction milestone to make it more worth my time.

The prizewall again was too expensive and prizewall coins are difficult to come by. I was maybe thinking about spending to get the 3ss Chelsea Green poster, but not at the astronomical $200+ to get her. I’ll just take my first Ronda jacket plate and some strap parts and call it a day.

The SD tournament itself was great and having the speed up perk available was much appreciated. I am not even worried about characters like zBianca with a Veer Plate or Asuka with a Judgement plate anymore. It goes to planning and strategy to beat any of the ladies. I have been dealt some lumps, but I dealt more damage and wins than losses.

The tours were good with the CSS requirements, but the extreme rule matches seriously is a hinderance and is unnecessary as it can be skipped. If you really want us to play into at least one cycle of extreme rules by breaking gems, it’s simple. Just make a good reward if you were successful in completing the extreme rule task. Whether it’s solo, faction points or extra premium shard bag, it would entice me to do extreme rules, but not doing it for free.

Overall this SD weekend is good, just need to stop being stingy with the rewards, prizewall coins and prizes themselves, especially when one maxes the superstar event.

The usual showdown contest which is fine but this time I would say not a lot of people had the contest superstars. From the list I would say majority of the player base only had Piper Niven.

The tour was fine but you never leave any actual chance for a free player to ever come anywhere near clearing the milestones even if they have the correct chase superstars. It's very discouraging when an event is clearly only achievable by spending money. It comes across and cheating and unfair.

I can see if maybe there was a 1 star Chelsea as a milestone or cheaper loot wall prize that lesser leveled players can attain and then a 3 or 5 or 6 star fuse up in the much higher milestones or loot wall. I think that would make it more fair Ave enjoyable for everyone who doesn't have the luxury of spending real money on a mobile game.

    1) No issues with the Showdown. I enjoy trying older characters out and having others being forced to do the same.

    2) Tours were manageable but it would be nice if there were some sort of MP or gem bonus for older characters that are required for bonuses.

    3) Prize wall was not worth the grind for a F2P. Not enough tokens given out for what was required to be spent. Not even being greedy expecting the new character or a plate...it would just be nice to have more shard choices instead of only getting to choose between TP/coins.

  • I feel these events are made for people who have a lot of money to spend on extra abilities to help compete these challenges.

  • This was a really good event. There are two changes I would have liked to seen. The first is the restriction for doing damage with a certain superstar for the showdown contest was tough for me. There is a free Bayley, Rhonda and Becky but they are hard to use and not very good. Even at 0 notoriety, the defensive teams were very strong. I would have preferred to have this be replaced with a specific class as this would have given players a few more options.

The other improvement I would have like would to have more ways to earn faction points. The cap on destroying crossbreak gems could have been removed. This would encourage more engagement as faction members could continue to play showdown to build up the faction score.

I would have liked to see a few more lower costing items on the prize wall, but that is with every event. Like I said, good event and an enjoyable weekend!

my only issue again is prizwall for whats up there , the cost and how many tokens are given. Should be better rewards or higher medallions given out , even for for average spender it wasn't enough. Showdown competition was lackluster if you didnt have sky or green there was no way you could grind for the last " free " milestone , i think this is a lie and should revaluated, got second last milestone even with grinding on energy given out i was not making the last mile stone to collect the holiday card

This weekend was the Call the Manager SD event. The art and design team knocked it out of the park with this one. The poster and in game avatar look amazing! Nice work.

The ShowDown was pretty straight forward. It was a nice change being able to use a womans tag team. The milestones had nice some rewards to work towards as well.

The limited time tours were fine. I did however want to say the Challenge tours rewards were great. Being able to get silver tokens out of a challenge was perfect. Thank you. You also gave us a nice selection of posters to work towards each difficulty, and I appreciate that too.

The faction event was good. No issues there. Good rewards in each milestone. The rewards in the event shop were fine. It's nice to see older plates in here too. I think I will be picking up the Ronda Jacket with the tokens I acquired.

Relaxing weekend event. No issues on my end. I completed what I could and enjoyed the weekend.

Also just want to say I am enjoying the 12 days of Xmas tours and posters updates. I had fun trying out the new moves. Looking forward to the rest!

    Thanks again!

The Showdown in of itself was fine, it would be nice to be able to grind to higher rewards though.

The prizewall feels lackluster in terms of shards for superstars.

The faction events where we have to spend massive amounts of coins on 6-star upgrades are getting repetitive and it's not really a competition of playing but how many coins are you willing to dump.

Another SD event, 2 this week. Let's break it down into good and bad:

    Good:

    1. Strong new character (training ability is also very strong).
    2. Good prizes for the faction event.
    3. Good requirements in SD (only the first slot of the modern era).

    Bad:

    1. Disgusting roads. (strange choice of required characters).
    2. Bad Prizwall (80% of prizes are not reachable at all, the rest are virtually useless).
    3. Once again, the requirement in the faction event is to increase the level of 6star characters (considering that you literally make it necessary to level up the characters in the next event.)

    Let's summarize:

an ordinary mediocre event, the impression is spoiled mainly by the fact that this is another SD event, I remind you that it was already the second one this week. I give it 6/10.

  • Well it looks like the same old showdown event and I was not a very big fan of this one there was a major flaws you guys really need to fix

1 if you land up in the top 500 of The showdown event not in the solo event but the actual showdown event your award should be much much better. What you should do is offer the contest Superstar even at two-star bronze to the top 500 players and you would have a lot more people spending money just to get there and you're more moderate not super huge fenders it's been money to make sure they got it duh

    2) there is not enough tours per event you should add a few more

    3) prize wall was okay but how in the world are you ever supposed to get enough coins to actually get anything on the price wall terrible

    4) I like the setup of The showdown okay but seriously you have got to tweak it

    Overall grade.... D

The PW is whatever. I’ve come to accept you won’t offer anything within reason and I ain’t spending to move up for anything good. You can keep them.

however, the 6s talent up point method that has become consistent with every faction event you do any more is out of hand. This time you even lowered the amount of points for it. I get it’s your way of trying to push people to TU, now along with your pre-feud TU events, but give it a break. It doesn’t need to be every event. Half the events - fine. I know you guys love to copy and paste everything - even your glitches and errors - but how about you come up with some new point methods that actually involve gameplay or strategy.

  • wildcatbonk
    wildcatbonk Member ✭✭

Format of this weekend's Showdown was nice - reasonable requirements (modern era) and it was reasonably possible to max even if a player was missing a Contest Superstar, which was a welcome change from what we've come to expect from a weekend Showdown event. Setting up the bonus tiers also made chasing them more enjoyable/optional and less of a chore.

Your recalibration of the prize wall from last month is...discouraging. Before last month, you had generally created what I and I think many other players had considered a fair arrangement - a 1600-shard poster could be acquired for less than $100 USD.

I urge you to be careful on how you setup the economics of prize walls. It's clear you're trending towards making these more costly...you're daring people to spend more or not to bother at all, and you might not like which way that ball bounces.

  • You now what I participated in many events for a year but now I think if she get her 4 star free I request you to give me this roster
