Santa Hogan Evo tokens

When are going to get the opportunity to earn Santa hogan Evo tokens? We only get the opportunity July & Dec & its DECEMBER 15 already!!

You need like 2k of them to get to 5* silver & I have like 100.

Why are we not being showered with Santa Evi tokens? It's December!! Everyone wants to evolve their Santa hogan, so what's up?

Am I alone here?
