Blitz tickets mess up

Ok so when event started people could get 20 exchanges for blitz tickets per reset this happened twice and some didn't get nothing but 1 exchange lol seriously if u mess something up don't take it down after some have got them very unfair advantage the tickets help in all events so keep the stuff fair u messed up and now I lost points and positions in events based off ur mess up...worse and worse every month
