Keep the tp Nope my boss says he's taking it back!!!!

Taking the tp away from players is the worst decision you’ve ever made. It costs you nothing and made the community happy when we were told we could keep it. Now you just look like greedy jerks and everybody is angry. Games are supposed to be fun. What was the harm in letting people keep it? I’m done spending for the year. This is ridiculous.

Don’t p*ss on my back and tell me it’s raining… This is my first time commenting on here, because this TP “faux pa” BS is absurd. This was YOUR mistake. Own up to it. That’s like me saying, “Oh wait, I did not mean to spend money on your game - I demand a refund.” This is the last time. I will never spend another dime on this sh*t. You have a fun game, I’ve enjoyed playing way more than I thought I ever would. But at the end of the day, this situation shows Complete Incompetence. I have no trust in your company or your product. Unbelievable.

Company needs to change their name to Ringling Brothers Circus because it's an absolute clown show there. This is beyond absurd. How the hell does a screw up like that go live, and then we get told "Oh, you can keep it", and then you go "lol JK". Can you guys go more than a goddamn week without screwing something up?

Why are you taking it back? Do you know how much work that is Scopely? What if someone used all the TP on superstars? You going to go through it each account 1 by 1 to see who did use it and who didn't? Let's say they ranked up a superstar. Are you going to un-rank it and make sure all the resources are returned? How exactly do you say we get to keep 25k in total from it? 25,000 ÷ 6 (classes) is 4,166.6666666667. How do you give players .67 in TP? Is it the same amount in all 6 classes or each class is individual? What happens if players had additional TP bags and opened it all at the same time? Do they lose those also? What happens if you go to roll it back and it doesn't take the right amount or it takes more? It's a lot of things to factor in with a roll back like this. A lot can go wrong because each player is so different from what classes they got out the bag, to did they spend it already, to how much TP they already had. You honestly should stick to your first response we get to keep it. If players didn't get the additional bags they could receive them in game mail to keep with the fairness. You can literally make new and old players happy right now. It's TP after all. It's not rank up resources, loot coins, in game cash or anything else that isn't farm-able in game. A player can farm TP. Not the end of the world if you let players keep it.

how is punishing the players a good decision? like anyone knew it was a mistake….this is utter bs and people like myself who’ve played this game daily for 6 years is getting tired of you making so called mistakes and punishing the players for it

Ok thats it after scopely had stolen 225k of TP i wont invest in this game anymore. They did the Mistake and the community have to pay the price for it..... typical scopely

I’m not happy about losing my posters that I got from the Dusty event. You took it back after you all sent message in game stating that “ in fairness those who received the TP bags will keep it and those who did not will receive it.” If that were the case then why was my posters taken back after I received it?

I did the event early and got the extremely high number of TP. I decided not to spend them at all, waiting to see if it was a mistake. Then I saw the message that the initial poster refers to saying that they were OK to keep, so I used a giant chunk of them to upgrade some of my 6sb guys so that they'd be ready to go to 6ss when I get enough tokens.

Here is where it goes sideways. I left myself with around 5-10k of each type so that I'd have enough to do some talent ups when I needed them for my lower level guys.

Then I got a second message saying what DKMANGLER said which is that each person would be allowed to keep only 25k. I assumed that they would refund all of the TP that I used to upgrade people, and then give me the 50x500 bags.

This is not what happened. Instead they left all of my 6sb guys upgraded, and zeroed out all of my remaining TP. I personally think that's a horrible way to resolve this, as now for any future contests, I have no TP to upgrade contest specific superstars.

I'm currently working with a few people to determine if this constitutes a breach of contract, so that I can process a refund through my credit card for all monies paid to Scopley. That's the level of distaste I have for this solution. If this means shutting down my account, so be it.

Like some others this is my first post here. COMPLETE BULLSHIT.. This screwup on your part has completely turned me off from ever spending another dime on this game, not that I can anyway since I cant log in thru the portal after 3 weeks....

Mas que nada por que en mi caso no gaste nada para dejarlos para algun evento especifico y nada quede con muy poco tp y ustedes ahora solo se lavan las manos diciendo que es oara equilibrar el juego y esas cosas , pero pensaron en los que si gastaron los tp en subir a sus personajes ? Eso le quita lo parejo a este juego y nos deja en gran desventaja e insisto quiero mis 25k que ustedes mismos dijeron

I quit spending money on this game months ago but it has now TWICE charged me for the vip pass without my approval while it was cancelled the first time they refused to give me a refund and the second I did get one but only because I had screenshots showing how the purchase literally was hidden in my purchase history saying it was a purchase from last month but it was just made at the beginning of November like on the 2nd so google said they'd refund it cause the whole thing was messed up
