Faction expansion

there are 2 course of actions for a faction expansion

1. factions expanded out to 150 members per faction. This would reduce the need to have anything above top 100. I’m not sure how hard this would be to code though. This I believe is the better choice. All rewards could stay the same. The only difference is 150 members in 1 faction. This reduces the much need of faction families. And then I. Turn factions become more independent of each other. Other wise the bottom faction will lose much rank with players sorted out.
2. top and resort a top 200 factions. The only downside is that the factions may never adapt and see top 200 as the community is stuck in the top 100 factions.

in turn with 23,000 active plays in the game I think we should expand factions to 150 members
