Where's the Hall of gold pulls?

I purchased the Hall of gold deal for 20 bucks and surprise surprise there's no where to cash in the 7 pulls... I submitted a ticket but I'm afraid I may have to go through with a refund request.

Am I missing something or is this a screw up?

I have the same problem. We must cash in for the rewards before eventv ends

Hello everyone, you can currently still buy the HoF coins in the shop, but you can no longer redeem them in the loot. Please fix the error. I still need points for the milestone!
