Bring back Nation of Domination month-long prizewall

To start, let it be noted that it's been noticed that last MLC's prize wall was pulled early (should be up until tomorrow at reset) and that the weekend wall is the one that was extended. It's quite unfair to your players when you continuously use this "subject to change" tag line to misconstrue information and disadvantage us by taking away valuable resources and points that we require to continue playing this game. If Scopely is good for their word, fix the issue and put up the wall again for the last 12 hours it should be available, otherwise show how you really are
