Token Overlap

You guys did a good job eliminating token overlap in lower levels but now with 6ss the token overlaps should be looked at again. For instance emerald tokens must be used to go from 5ss to 5sg then to 6sb and to 6ss.

It kind of makes it hard to take characters up especially when it has become a requirement to gather points in contests, not to mention if you have to take a character up that we never intended to take up to cover a certain tour requirement.
