Loot coins/preserving fairness.
As someone who missed out on the offer at reset I’m happy to see them giving everyone a chance to purchase the offer.
To put the words “preserving fairness” and “limit of 1” in the same message is a little insulting seeing that most were able to purchase the pack 3 times. To preserve the fairness you need to allow a limit of 3 others again, another weekend contest is unbalanced and I should just give up now.
For some reason the ability to message support has also been removed?

The Double standards is insane how it can be "fair" when people bought it 3x and now others can buy it only once ?

Not to mention the shards count as faction points.
The only way to make this fair is to make the offer available to everyone who didn't get the chance and not make the offer available to everyone who already got it.
Again, these mistakes and exploits sour entire events.

Anyone who bought the 3 packs on the portal were able to buy a 4th from the game store. It’s becoming a monthly occurrence now and nothing ever gets done to rectify the issues.

I completely agree with the other commenters.
How can it be “preserving fairness” so those that didn’t see it right away only get the 1 while those that were able to get 3. If you want fairness preserved, then you need to allow EVERYONE that didn’t get the deal fast enough ALL 3 of the packs for 24hrs.
THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO PRESERVE FAIRNESS!!!!

It feels like 90%of the Players got cody through this glitch, but not everyone. I didnt get him, a compensation like they did after the piper niven event would be fair

This was feedback to the team when it happened and at this time there is no plans to change the resolution.

The resolution is not fair on the players that didn’t get to buy all 3 packs.
Why was there a need to take the offer down at all? You made the mistake allow everyone to get the same or roll it back. There are only 2 reasons I can think of to remove the pack temporarily.
1) To reduce the purchasable limit.
2) To allow time to reduce the loot odds after you realised you’re going to have to make up for it!

This fairness is a slap in the face. It is not only about the missing 2 x 40 loot coins, it is also about the points in the tour. This is not fair when others in the tour are progressing and have had many opportunities to get more champions from the loot. These two advantages cannot be compensated with an offer of 40 loot coins.

like someone else has already said. It’s not about the loot coins although another 80 would be nice. It’s about the 500k extra contest points that people have been able to earn which myself and others haven’t been able to without spending 5x as much money. Hardly fair is it?
I would understand them not wanting to sell anymore loot coins cheaper than they have to but they need to compensate players they only offered 1 to the extra points.

Totally agree on the points above. Why is there no „ real solution“ to the problem rather than pretending to preserve fairness with 1 offer?
I really hope they do something about it because this stinks and should be balanced!

Tell the lazy staff to remove the word fair as these favours those who bought it 3 times and some even got 4 chance to buy it again, it will create another unbalance in the game or just admit it you are being biased towards others

the players that could take advantage of the 3 packs is celebrating. The rest was given a ”fair” 1 pack. Yes, that sounds fair to me.
rollback everything or make the 3 packs available for all players that couldnt take the offer, Thats fair!

You need to start to change you're wording . (In order of fairness) . The In game message yesterday is absolutely bollocks again as usual . For some to take advantage of a glitch x 3 and then scopley offering x1 times to all that did not ,where is the equality in that . The event from start to now has been flawed and again you try and cover up you're incompetence. People should be refunded for whatever they have spent on this event or you have to even things up .

That is completely bogus. So “preserving fairness” is just a joke. They don’t actually care about the main player base. They need to allow all 3 or give correct compensation…. Without doing so, then they’re skewing the leaderboards and everything too. They NEED to allow everyone the option to get all 3 packs like they did everyone else that got it right away.

Everyone on here is making very good points. If people have been able to purchase the pack multiple times before the mistake was noticed, other players are right to be frustrated with the decision not to look into it.
I understand it would be time consuming and somewhat difficult to track back through every account that made multiple purchases for the same pack and revoked whatever they received after the first 40 pull. So I wouldn't necessarily suggest that, but then limiting the amount that other players could purchase whilst in different time zones is also a little insulting. The 80 pulls can make a huge difference to contest points as well as roster so they are right to feel aggrieved against those that managed to get 120 pulls for example, at a much discounted rate, so you must see their point.
Nobody is expecting you to start handing out the new Cody at 6 stars for all those unable to take advantage, but a reasonable compensation package should be looked at being put together for the inconvenience of another event having a 'fairness' issue. Ultimately those that benefited initially would also received the compensation as that would be the quickest and cleanest way to resolve the frustrations and players will have to accept that if that was the case.
At the end of the day, it's not the players fault that an issue occured and was able to be exploited, so in turn you can punish the players that never got the same package prior to the mistake being made.
You should have notified players and just left it available until the event ended if you wanted to preserve fairness. Who knows, you may have even had additional spending that normally wouldn't so in turn it would have benefited the business aspect of the game.

Bought the 40 pack. Not worth it. Mostly trash pulls. My decision though. Main issue again is that people bought multiples and others could not as it was impossible. Would be nice for a do good since last month was a huge PR disaster and ended up relying on multiple do goods. Was promised as well last month that measures would be put in place to prevent issues but still same story. Disappointed but not surprised.

No i said this was feedback given prior to the resolution. The expectation is that despite this happening in the past with no complaints there would be complaints this time.

it’s an absolute joke that they aren’t going to even out this contest.
Previously they have done well at levelling the playing field. This glitch has given hundreds of people an unfair advantage which they haven’t evened out.
The biggest problem is that this keeps happening. The more it happens the more players start to get pissed off with it. It should not be hard to check store offers and make sure they’re correct.

The reaction as stagger mentioned earlier was to provide the one time offer. We will pass along the feedback of everyone here but that was the decision made

However, the decision is not fair. if you consider that a large part of the players had the chance to get a lot of new champs and progressed faster in the event, so they could buy better prizes from the prizewall, etc.... you can make a decision, but if you just read here how unfair it is for us, then you should think about it and give a fair compensation.
