I can't play matches in faction boss it says kicked out due to connection timeout

Have you tried playing the game through the portal client? Do you still have the same error?

I go to level 4, have selected Global Lobby to matchmake, and a couple of times now when the shield is applied for the opponent the first time, he wipes out all our energy, and I am using a 5 star gold star with 4 million points. Is this by design or a bug, because Level 4 wasn't normally this hard.

It's just happened on a level 7 game - we took off 3 million of our opponent's points and in one boss attack, wiped us all out. That seems impossible to beat him in one attack.

It is possible this is due to one of the four players in the lobby having Black MP at the end of a turn, For this Boss any remaining black MP by any player results in 50 MILLION damage to everyone.
