Prolonged Faction Boss Shop Issue

I’ve had the same boss shop issue for nearly 12 months now. whenever I try and access it I just get an error. I have 1m boss shop coins I can’t spend.


I’ve contacted support and raised tickets on the portal but just keep getting the same responses. A ticket has been raised and the team will look into it. Support on the forum pretty much said as it’s not a widespread issue it’s not going to be looked at anytime soon. For an area of the game that supplies players with a decent amount of resources, shards and they add in the CSS shards in there which I can’t get.


12 months of this is a bit too much. I’m struggling to upgrade superstars because I can’t get the weekly shard packs from the store along with boss battle IoW superstars.


it’s never going to be looked at so I think it’s time to contact the payment companies and start refund requests for all purchases I’ve made in the last 12 months but been unable to fully play the game!

    Of course they dont why else would they make it cost $100 just to be able to use the showdown event medallions on something useful this is the perfect example of them showing they only care about the people that spend hundreds of dollars and the heck with everyone else i mean even the event keys are totally bull i have done the 55 pulls plenty and i havent even got the shards from an S tier once also its like its impossible almost to get a new poster out of them even if its a c and b tier i literally get the same 6 or 7 Superstars this game is beyond broken
