Never got the free 6 ss tokens
@DKMangler so I am totally confused why I didnt get the free tokens today. I sent a ticket and was told my name wasn’t on the list for players to get the free tokens? I never exploited any portal issue I wouldnt know how to do that with directions on how. I just want to know why I didnt get them? Can I get a reason? Would be nice to get the tokens. Thanks in advance

The bug could be done accidentally but if it was done over an undisclosed threshold you didn't receive the compensation.

I didn’t receive 6ss tokens, reached out to support to get a generic message that I didn’t participate fairly. I only claimed the in game message once, didn’t get to the last free milestone in the event so not sure where I could have benefitted from the glitch and as a f2p player those rewards are massive.
Every time I send a message to in game support to ask them to check my logs the tickets auto close so not sure where else to go

Yep I'm having the same issue. The tickets auto close and I have no ody to ACTUALLY talk to. Looking at my account you can see I did not go over some imaginary threshold. This is a joke and puts an incredibly sour taste in my mouth.
The in game message specifically says they took things from people who abused it, so clearly you can see that didn't happen in my account. Now I'm WAY behind people because of this and catching up on TWENTY free 6ss tokens will take MONTHS. It really makes me. Ot want to play anymore.

Taking things away from people who abused it doesn't imply that you had to have extra things to be outside the threshold of what the team considered abuse. You didn't even need to hit an extra milestone to fall in that category. that said support is the only option.

The lack of communication is the key issue.
So someone like myself who didn't even realize it was a glitch and thought that there was something wrong with the collecting part of things in my inbox is unfairly punished? It's not like the game isn't already super glitchy half the time anyway.
There's a clear difference between someone who used it go get the next milestone in...what exactly? They haven't even said what the glitch gave us.
Was it the money in the bank UK prize wall tokens? Was it ladders? I have no idea what it was.

Many people have reported not receiving the tokens despite not exploiting anything and the same crap happened to me. Is there really nothing to do? I submitted a ticket, they lied and accused me of exploiting the issue I still don’t even fully understand.
They supposedly looked into my account, which just confirms that they lied seeing as I never grabbed anything crazy from any prizewall like some people were doing. Is it something I could’ve done on accident? And if so, wouldn’t they be able to tell and give me the rewards despite that? This is all so frustrating, these tokens are extremely valuable

Support is a complete waste of time, sent in 3 tickets now asking them to look into my game logs only to get the same generic reply

How is possible to not get the free 6ss tokens since I did not take advantage of nothing...how this is correct due to customer...why I want to know why I am not eligible for the reward...I want that 6ss tokens this is unfair since I did not take advantage or exploit something on the MITB EVENTS...SO WHY IS THE REASON I DIDN'T GET....I AM F2F PLAYER THAT 6SS TOKENS WILL BE VERY HARD TO GET...WHY I DIDN'T GET THEM SINCE I DID NOT CLAIM NOTHING. Same as you ...3 times send tickets and close ...and sent me 300 health ...like how compare to 20 6SsTokens...how it this fair...how since I did not exploit or take some advantage ...I did not even get to 3 mil points since I dont have the 6s that was required
