Inappropriate behaviour of support team staff
I’m hoping a moderator could point me in the right direction for how to report inappropriate behaviour of support team staff.

Typically you would need to go through support as well. What was inappropriate?

I encountered a bug and asked for help with it. They responded with a short answer that didn’t address what I was talking about and closed the ticket. I then submitted another ticket explaining the situation more thoroughly and specifically asked them to not immediately close the ticket so I could respond to their response if necessary. Support didn’t even respond to this ticket they just immediately closed the ticket.

I confirmed this has to go through support there's nothing we're able to assist with for this unfortunately.
