RollBack ERROR! Support now fixed

Hello,

Looking for a little help. This weekend on the pipers pride solo contest i should have maxed the event with just over 900k solo points. I didnt participate in the stamp mess up as i wasnt on at reset and the math of my account confirms this.

I spent atleast 170 loot coins including the first time bonus. 1,080,000

I recruited piper within day one 750,000

My faction maxed the event 1,300,000

I maxed the showdown contest 5,000,000

I leaderboarded the showdown contest for around 200,000

I did all the tours with CCS 400,000

i got all the stamp cards from the portal once 150,000

piper pride free portal claim 50,000

As you can see give or take i should be at the 9m mark however i got ROLLED BACK and am sitting on 8.3m points. This is very unfair when i spent alot of money to max the event for the medallions to get rolled back even though i didnt do anything wrong! Please help as support dont want to listen
