I'll try and be as nice as I can about this. When you guys ask for feedback to make the game better, however a lot of ideas that are given and supported by a lot are completely ignored.

If you are a big spender then you guys listen, but the little guys you totally ignore and show no respect to us.

I am completely insulted by these actions. Your customer support team responses are like robots and show zero compassion and I know I'm not the only one to feel this way.

I'm sure you guys are going to respond to this then close the discussion because that is just what you guys do.

I've played this game for years have been a f2p and spent money in the game too sometimes, but now you guys are close to losing a loyal player.

    this Boss Battle was a huge step backward, most mid players could not get past lvl 9/10 range.

    Feels like Animations were slower so number of moves was reduced for the time frame, Boss regenerating health was ridiculous. Then add the same lagging issues, connection issues, and other stuff and was a major step back for Boss Battle.

    This is one of the worst boss battle till date and by doing things like this you are making people to frustrate and leave the game

    By the end of this month you can see the difference .

    By making only pay to play you are letting most of the people down . We have spent out time on this and after that we feel cheated

    First you said there will be 7m total points and then suddenly that changed to 2m man this is ridiculous 7m to 2m what are you people doing.and I m sure the new player will be of 2000 shards not 1200 as always you do

    Hello midnight. There are multiple instances when player feedback was taken into account and changes made based on the feedback. The most recent ones being the TP slider inclusion and the speed up capability. Not all feedback will be taken into consideration for changes because it needs to fit within the capabilities of the dev team and be balanced with what is planned. The forum team has no affiliation with support so we can’t be of much assistance with that issue.

    Definitely dude. Truly said They ignore everytime

    I have never spend any money to game because I am f2p but they always ignore people like me and you.I am playing this game since March 2018 .I lost my 1st account in August 2019 and I restarted the game in November 2020 with new account as my 1st account lost. Since then I am playing continuously but I never get any superstar either from milestones or from bags or from pulls reason is I am f2p .I can understand your pain.I always in a hope that I get something better but I won't get even after reaching almost top milestones in solo event neither I get anything from superstar bags . You have I think noticed one thing , people who spend money get everything.This is a discrimination.This game is not loyal to f2p.

    Spending does not increase your odds for the bags or other free items received from playing for milestones. Spenders receive more because they spend for it. Ask any spenders how they feel about free bag odds
