Someone please help me.

I've had an issue with my faction boss shop for 8 months. I've not been able to access the shop at all during this period. Support refuses to manually add items from the shop and take coins from my balance, I have nearly 1m coins.

I have put in a couple of tickets on the forum which have got me no where. When I contact the in game support they just tell me the shop currently isn't open yet again when it is or we have sent a ticket but have no update. I also feel like they don't play the game so don't understand the importance of not having access to the boss shop for the past 8 months.

Can one of the moderators please help me and either contact me or put me in contact with someone who might be able to directly help me. Nothing this important should take 8 months to fix!
