What happens if event ends before customer support fixes mistake

So

I saw the in-game message about the mistake with the loot. And that it would stay up as an offer for all league 7+ players.

I went ahead and bought it. 55 pulls for $10 ain't bad.

However I only received 5 and I also think I only got 1 5s emerald case as well.

I have opened a ticket with support. It has been almost 36hrs and no response. It's approx 2 ½ hrs till the loot pull window ends.

So my question is what happens if it doesn't turn up before the loot window closes

Is it lost forever?, Do they give 55 pulls for the next available one?

Yeah it was only $10 for something should never have gotten in the 1st place.

But that's not the point the in-game msg said that offer open to all players for a certain time.

I bought it in good faith that's what I would receive and the lack of acknowledgement from customer support, although is unsurprising is still disappointing.
