For the last 6 months I’ve not been able to access the faction boss shop. I keep getting an error message. I’ve contacted support and left tickets on here with no luck. I just keep being told it’s being looked at. Nothing should take 6 months to fix!


it’s just a constant kick in the teeth that they keep releasing new features and updates within the game without fixing something that’s a huge issue for a player.


Support refuse to manually add the boss shop contents saying they can’t even though they have done before. 1m boss coins I can’t spend and just keep being told the same thing. We’ve raised a ticket but there is no update. That’s no longer a good enough answer after 6 months. The ticket is clearly being ignored and I very much doubt it will ever get fixed for me.


the whole game is run by a bunch of absolute jokers!

    Releasing an update has nothing to do with fixing anything and the thought process that gets you there is more than a little disturbing. Would you throw a fit because the fry cook continues to make fries while the ice cream machine is broken? The people who do the updates aren't the people who fix things and that's ignoring it's not a widespread issue which means it's not an easy fix. but hey they're the jokers not you...


    For fun I looked at your post history where you had exactly 1 post about this and were told to make a bug post and fill out the form in said post. You didn't do that but hey they're jokers and not the guy who can't follow simple instructions and doesn't understand how business works... lol
