Why do all customer support tickets get ignored with zero response these days?

I have been submitting tickets for two weeks about the same issue and haven't gotten a word of a response from anyone, what does a paying customer have to do to get a response from this company??

  Typically if they're auto closed you're putting something in them that is flagged as an existing issue. Unfortunately the forum team can't assist with support issues though.
