I think it is necessary to modify the maximum number of members of a faction.

The current maximum number of faction members is 100. 100 people are considered too many people for this game. As you can see from the weekly and monthly repeated events and faction performance results, there is no big change, and only faction rankings that are not interesting come out. For a thrilling and interesting competition between factions, I think the faction member composition limit should be reduced to about 30 people. It induces more fierce competition between factions. In addition, it would be nice to have new events and rewards based on the concept of 'nationality' as a higher concept than faction activities.

Interesting suggestion. I think at this point it would cause a lot of problems especially with the traditionally higher performing factions and would likely be a net negative. Maybe an olympic style competition where factions choose representatives for various "events" such as feud might be interesting as a one off though
