Constant connection issues make the Feud boss activity very frustrating.
I believe the Faction towards were poorly calculated. Despite being a top 100 faction we will not even come close to reward number three.

This weekend's event was different. While the Faction Boss was pretty much standard issue the faction event was almost completely a spend event, not a fan of those types of events. I get a spending aspect to all events, but making progress basically dependent on breaking out the wallet. For the second or third weekend in a row now the tours are getting to be strangely specific with the character requirements. Make the tours class or era specific, and then use the CSS for the specific character and bonus points. It's a shame such a good character had such a weird event. 5/10 overall

Well overall the concept was alright but execution was terrible. Making it basically impossible to max unless you're willing to break the bank. My faction usually does very well in events. Typically in top 20 at least. There wasn't anyway we were even coming close to the last milestone. Hopefully we can have better opportunity next time.

Tours were a bit restricted, so if you did not have a Jimmy Uso you can't play an entire tour. I can take that the contest superstar is rare but that you need a semi rare character to even play the tour is horrendous.
I got lucky and my faction could carry me through 20s and even had some premium required ones and I didn't feel well rewarded for that with all the milestones that I missed.
The rest was the same as always, at least this faction boss wasn't as difficult as the last ones.

This Out of Uce faction boss event is just about a total miss for me.
The faction contest was extremely paywalled that I couldn’t help my faction the way I usually do. Not sure how to exactly fix a paywalled faction contest, maybe make it a little grindable with some points in the tours or solo event.
The tours are actually a bit decent this time, still needing a Jimmy or Jey in the first tour and level one up to do the tour was a little bit of a bummer, but the 5 dollar pack helped.
The superstar contest from within the event was absolutely skewed way beyond impossible. I know some people have the determination to max doing hundreds or thousands of matches, but the fact is, the grindable part of the event was horrible. Taking in account we have to see that damn long intro of Sami Zayn over and over again without a skip was like a slap in the face to the player each time, wasting at least 2 minutes of our precious faction boss time.
The response and resolution to the milestones from Scopely is wildly inconsistent with previous responses of giving those milestones to the players as a show of faith. Maybe this might be in response to the pie in the face pack that it might be too much given away, but saying to put that in a contest in the near future and if you have all the characters is not what I wanted to hear. Scopely has the ability to change stuff on a dime, they could be more consistent with resolving issues like these, such as adding more contest superstars and such.
I have not had a lot of issues besides the long Zayn introduction and was great I could help my faction mates this time with my 6s Rocker. The matches themselves were the main positive for this event to me.
Overall, the events, contests, and response to the impossible max of the superstar contest was a major let down and needs to be corrected. If not, I foresee more people leaving this game, and drive down the profits from this game.

This person here has said most of what I've consistently found wrong with Boss Battles.
The pay wall element quickly turns off the majority of players right away.
Not only because of the money needed to progress but due to the continued connection issues making the experience more than cumbersome and clunky.
No one enjoys playing a game we know we have little to no chance of getting higher tier rewards based on effort and skill alone.
Being forced to pay for "rewards" really doesn't make them rewards anymore now does it?
The game mode itself is great when it works smoothly. Working with friends to accomplish a goal is what gaming is all about these days, so please figure out the connection issues ASAP.
Rewards need to be worth our time and effort. If we see people just paying for better rewards or equal rewards and then buying more leaving the majority of us behind just causes the mode to be unappealing in the end.

Tours was good with good rewards and not much rare bonus characters, the only one i though was hard was the tour with Sami Zayn, most of us only have his acrobat character and he is pretty bad and couldnt beat decent opponents.
Boss battle was easier to get more points than the other times, despite i still think that we should have 3 bonus for the boss battle instead of 2, with this bonus only some characters were really good, while if you put another bonus would help to use another characters.
The bonus characters for boss battle was more of the same, some rare while other were not myuch rare like Jimmy Uso or Roman tec and the free ones.
But for me one of the worst events i see in ages was this one for the faction, we had to spend real money and not by playing, my faction is top 60 - 30 and in this event we end up in top +110 for the first time in 3 years because most of our members live in the same country that is not much rich and this event dont help anyone with this problems, we only got a few points for getting sami shards.
Because of how bad was the faction event i will give a 4/10, but still for me boss was one of the best in months, tours good and solo events was decent

Well it was a typical boss event. Connection issues and generally blah. The tour part I wasn't able to do half of due to lack of specific superstars. Rewards were ok that you could get without paying but the Faction event was $$$$$. I would like to see more balance of f2p and the spending.

So for this one I am conflicted. So I feel like some events are pay to win and some are not. Of course this one seemed very much that. Now this one I did put money on it and still felt empty at the end. I felt that I didn't have ad many connection issues on this one but the boss felt harder. I feel some of the levels you want us to beat the boss with and how they take damage is a disadvantage. Now I know it's a team effort but if one guy can't do damage then it's basically three guys with one guy just doing basic moves. The faction event was different and it felt more of pay faction event. I know you have to switch it up but not every faction of members of a faction are pay to play. Just casual. Any way I still played my ass off and put down way more money then I should of but I wanted to try and get Sami. I ended up like 500 shards off but I tried my best. Thanks for taking my input. Overall Event Rating – 8/10
Tours –
Tours were okay, felt more could have been added just to add some extra points as the tokens from the Sami tour were not obtainable only if you got Sami this weekend, which meant you missed out on the prizewall altogether. So those extra points would have been nice to get some extra coin and TP from milestones 10+.
The required characters were understandable, maybe KO tour. One suggestion is to start to include a VIP tour as the revamp now makes HHH KOK more useable, doing this gives the VIP subscription more value I think, just like the backstage pass gives extra points at the start of the event.
A nod to the Bloodline heritage would have been good also for a tour, using any that have the Anoa’i/Maivia Legacy link. Just a thought.
Loot –
Loot was STACKED! For me the chance of getting (even though very slim) Brock, Cody, KO, both Sami’s & Umaga was worth a go.
Only 1 out of the 100 in my faction got Sami from a pull, so goes to show the odds.
Faction Boss –
The number of bonus characters was decent, not too much not too low. Levels I felt were obtainable. As mentioned above, I think swapping Cody, Lashley for lower levels for others in the Anoa’i/Maivia could have been better. Chances of others having a Rock character are more than Cody.
That would feel more of a balance regarding not having a chance to get anything from the Prizewall using the tokens, to accessing more of the milestones.
I was fortunate enough to have Rocker Shawn at 6 star, so it made it fun for me to play and enjoyed the challenge. Also being able to help others in the faction with carries was also feel good.
One massive improvement I think you should think about including is Faction Boss revival tokens. These could be obtained from the boss store or from the faction store. Instead of using in-game cash to revive during a boss battle, you could use a token, if no tokens, no revivals, you could also set a limit of 1, 2 or 3.
I feel going forward this would help the ones with the lower characters who simply don’t spend to get the “best” characters more of a chance to finish certain levels. Many times people claim they haven’t got the rewards or points due to “taking too long”, waiting on the you’ve been KO’d screen, by implementing a better revival system, some of the frustration or lack of enjoyment of the mode could be cut down / out.
Milestone / Tour Rewards
I’m a huge fan of the loot boxes, getting 2-3 out of the gold premium felt worthwhile of the chase. Felt there was a decent amount of shards available, the 100 and 120 towards 10th milestone was a good touch.
The prizewall was basically a paywall, am sure a lot of money was spent on the loots, myself purchased x2 daily 19.99 and 1 of the 99.99 loots, I grinded Boss all weekend and cleared every tour. Not one token to spend. At least give one token for reaching the last milestone before the bonus ones!
The new free Moment was a nice addition, although only a maxed-out Sami would benefit as I don’t think many will be using majority of those characters for Boss Battle level 20!
674 shards away from getting Sami, that’s hell a lot better than previous events, where I have got all milestones, spent hundreds, and ended up with 500 shards.
After watching the Blog reveal with Davey and Mherex, I was feeling Ucey about this event for sure.

Overall this event was a positive one in my opinion.
Solo
I managed to max the solo event with only one mega pull. Yes i had to spend to max but thats how it should be to get "bonus" milestones
Faction
While the rewards were awesome the amount the faction had to spend was way too high. If this figure was less then this would have been amazing. The braid been in this competition over a leaderboards competition was a massive positive for me.
Prizewall
Really good prizewall if you managed to get sami which i will at the end of the faction event, LOVED the strap parts in the prizewall more of them in all competitions please!
Tours
CCS was a challenge but who doesn't love a good challenge? had to take an uso up to 5ss but it challenges us to make different roster choices and use characters who would normally just sit and do nothing. I don't mind this option as long as there are a few different choices and not a forced 1 character.
Boss battle
Very few connection issues this time which was amazing to see. I would love to see a KICK function added to those who ready up so we can kick que jumpers and those who don't communicate. I am aware we have a kick feature but its not able to be used when someone ready's up.
Boss battle competition
Grind aspect was at level 20. This is amazing and really helps those who are helping others. CCS was very easy and not too many.
The final milestone as you acknowledged was way to difficult and almost impossible for most to achieve, I would liked to have see you implement something into this weekend to make up for this rather then shifting the rewards to a later date. You must take greater care when planning these events, simple math would have told the devs that the milestone was close to impossible.
One major grumble from me is the fact the faction event ends 30 minutes before the reset giving those who will recruit only a 30 minute window to recruit, enhance and finish the tours. Yes its do able but for those not able to get on this is an issue. Simply finishing the faction even 2-4 hours before the solo would have given ample time to do what we needed to do.
Overal a really good weekend which can be built upon

same issues as the past few Boss Battles
constant lag and disconnects, takes the fun out of the event
Turned the event into a Paywall event for faction where you have to spend to even make Tier 2, not friendly to Factions that do not want to spend lots of money
Bonus characters are still very rare and the more common ones can not compete in the final nodes and not necessary characters to upgrade due to poor trainer abilities and lack of firepower.
Very disappointing event for those who enjoy the game

The character is ok. But the Main problema of the contesta is the factiom Boss.
The chances for reaching max milestones are poor if Your faction is small, only a few hace the top character to defeat the BOSS in the higher levels.

Overall this event sucked, the more every event becomes P2P, I lose interest in the game. It has become impossible to earn cards by actually playing the game. I understand you cater to ppl that spend thousands of dollars every weekend and keep your business running which considering how many glitches occur with boss battle it is a joke. The constant delays to swipe gems or get a move off is ridiculous. Fix this stuff instead of making the bosses animations so god damn long!!! Can we please get an event you can actually max by playing and not spend. I understand you guys want to make the game challenging but the fact that it has become impossible to get the shards for the monthly css card without spending to unlock at 5s has really pissed a lot of players off. The loots with 5 shard pulls need to stop, it is a joke and a rip off to players!!!

I didn't particular have too many obstacles with the boss battles themselves. The usual connection issues that can plague at times but we power through it.
One thing I badly want to see in Faction Boss is the SPEED UP. Is there a particular purpose or reasoning as to why the SPEED UP is not in Faction Boss? If there's a reason why that can be told to us then okay I will understand. If not then why leave us in the dark?
One thing I have enjoyed is the similar structure this boss and the previous one had. Multiply boost and a color gem boost. This is a pretty fair and easy mechanic to work with and I have no complaints.
The faction contest was a bit rough though. It was essentially a pure full fledged pay to win contest and that makes me feel a bit down because not everyone can benefit from that.
I am a firm believer that EVERY event can be adjusted so that BOTH free to play players and pay players can benefit. So how? If you want your pay players to get something then let them be able to pay to speed up their progress in the event BUT FOR THE FREE PLAYERS...MAKE THE EVENT GRINDABLE SO THEY CAN COMPLETE WITHOUT SPENDING. I remember this was done for Showboat BullDog, which I recall they made a grindable Showdown Event and if you grinded you got the superstar. I like that because everyone benefits from something that isn't strictly pay to TRULY get the chase.

WWE Champions is a mobile GAME, something that people play to have a good time or de-stress themselves. Boss battle, while being a competitive mode, sent players down the darkest path possible for a gem matching theme mobile game.
Compared to the previous bosses (before this month), the latest 2 boss battles, this one included, are more "possible". Still that would be the case only if you're in a comparatively decent faction with more than a few people have Shawn Michaels "Rocker" (or Shinsuke Nakamura showboat for the previous one) and they are okay to doing the same matches multiple times throughout the day to carry their faction members. Pretty much indirectly forcing a handful or players of each faction to do the labor work.
This is coming from a person who loves boss battle. It has been a love hate relationship lately but still I can see potential. This boss, while requires elusive cards to win, still in the manageable level, much better than some boss than can self heal.
Some of the boss requires nothing but high level boss breakers, which is wild because boss breaker currency can be obtained through faction shop. The problem is that faction coin CAN NOT be farmed, they can be obtained in finite amount each week and the amount of boss breaker currency available to be bought are also random. Moreover, either you can't buy enough breaker currency for the card to fight the boss. or the card you have been upgrading the breaker is useless for that boss. Making that boss battle a frustrating weekend experience for everyone.
Apart from that it seems to me that designing boss battle is not to create challenging or fun event, but whatever it takes to stop the players from achieving it. Blatant debuff against King Macho after the very first boss, then multiple times that the stipulations were there just to make Kevin Owens "Relentless" unusable during the battle.
My suggestion, make the boss possible to be fought against with more selection of cards than 1 or 2 paywalls cards. Yes, you can select any card but realistically you would never deal 1000 million damage before dying without Shawn Michaels in the team.
For other part of the contest, tours and rewards are pretty great. CSS contest milestones was clearly miscalculated (which alarmingly occurred often lately).
For the chase card of Sami Zayn, it's crazy how you decided that he should be another DEFENSIVE TECH, making him pretty much impossible to be evolved to 6s with shards requirement. Defeat the purpose of having him using only 1 token (also the banner says NO TOKEN, false advertisement?)

The faction part of the event was terrible. The rewards for it were great for the top 9 factions that have managed to max it so far. There should always be a portion if points available either through talent up or tours. All this sort of event does is widen the gap between the top 10 and the rest of the community.

I think it is completely unfair that the faction event is either get lucky and get Sami Zayn shards or spend, spend, spend to get progress. Wouldn’t it make sense to… I don’t know… give us more options by playing the game
Honestly, I will keep saying this with every boss battle event: BOSS BATTLES ARE THE MOST BORING MODE EVER!!!
My reasonings:
1) The boss health is insanely high and takes forever to drain
2) It only counts gems that are swiped and not which are created then destroyed
3) When a boss has a heal move, it’s Very Overpowered and makes all our work mean NOTHING!
4) The boss battle speed is very very slow. We should have the option to be able to speed up the fight. Connection issues okay a big factor, but the speed needs to be quicker.

Whenit comes to faction feud the draw back is if you don't invest you are stuck barely making it at lv 10 for smaller factions. I'm not even that strong but I would help out lower level members and there is no reward for that. I also feel restricting tour to c class wrestlers u never use is a big slap.

Overall, this was a pretty solid Boss Battle Event. Great new character, and the rewards were pretty great. I generally dislike events where a portion is predominantly spend, such as this faction event. BUT, it was nice that you included a fairly rare card in Tech Jimmy, at least made spending feel worth it.
another positive is the rewards that include 5 star posters. Even if the characters aren’t great anymore in this meta, it’s nice to have them at 5 star just to be able to attempt to use their full potential, and not waste tokens on a character you’ll only use a few times.
overall I was happy with the event, and hope the game continues to improve moving forward.

The bad...
1: The grind was too much for the people that wanted to max it. I was missing 2 of the css so i was never going to max it myself but some in my faction had all of them and said it was still over 500 matches, thats too many.
2: Making the faction event spend only was just done out of greed from your compnay and nothing you can say will change that. It wasn't for a new character or a solo choice but a forced purchase on your part and felt like a middle finger to anyone that doesn't spend $200 or more every weekend. Keep that up and watch your player base disappear
The good..
1: Boss battle is a great game mode and when all the niggles are worked out will only get better
2: Being able to get a bit further in milestones with css is great even though i don't have all of them.
One more thing.. We need more ways to get boss breaker currency. When the game mode started we had to learn while playing and many of us (myself included) invested coin into the wrong stuff, i for example made all YCSM Cena breakers level 5 thinking we needed to level them all up.. Not asking a lot but maybe you could help a brother out?

On the tour (trial) I was unable to beat the first match due it requiring a move set up and move fill at start trainer just to survive round 1 and if u did u lost in rd 2. For the boss fight there were glitches and connection issues that seem to be on going. Over all this was a fun event but I didn’t like how so many was character locked were certain tour event required you have characters that some or most may not have.

Boss battle had connectivity issues (but the BB for past few months has been this way). I found shards much harder to come by and it did seem a bit paywalled, but again, that is the devs decision.

faction contest: it’s a business so spend to win is understandable.
solo contest: love!!! I liked being able to get more coins to get more boss breakers! Nice! Keep with the 5 star boxes too! Got some nice fuses
Heck tours: decent requirements. Doable and totally fine!
keep at this! Maybe have a 100 dollar bundle next time with the last Sami trickster or a 10 dollar for acro Sami 5sg to encourage playing

The F up that you did with the 55 pulls earlier this is what we get is you nerf a whole faction event but but butt you make is nearly impossible to max untill you spend like 100k dollars as a whole faction that means nothing for good guys who grind

Solo and BB were ok. Getting 4 20s was easy if you had a couple of helpful 6s Rockers in your faction, but otherwise it would have been tough. Shame the BB formula is pretty much just hope a few in your faction have a certain character at 6s and can spend their weekend carrying people. Doesn't give much reason to bring people up for the event otherwise, just ride the coat tails.
Tours were good, little bit of a challenge, but doable. Faction event was disappointing, just spend spend spend to get any meaningful milestones.
Sami looks good, enjoyed the trial. His best build arguably needs the Sheik plate, so was surprised not to see that on the prizewall.

I loved the premium bags with 5* bronzes in them. That was a genius idea. I’m sure that you meant for the playing the 20 was supposed to be 50000 instead of 5. Also, the animation took to long to start the match which was also frustrating since I had all CSS Characters and Maxed Boss still had to do 400 plus matches.

One of the best Faction Bosses yet!!! MORE MORE MORE!!! Solo was very attainable even if you were missing 1 of the CSS. Faction Event was more pay walled then in the past but not horrible. It was still attainable.
I like someone's suggestion to make all the levels Global for those in weaker factions to be able to have a chance at Solo rewards even if their in a weaker Faction.

Well, it wasn't bad enough that I started thinking about the state of my life, but it's still faction boss. For transparency, I pulled Sami at 5SB (this may have impacted my mood for the weekend), so don't put me in the running.
- Tours were actually more even-keel than I expected (compared to what we've faced in the last month) - none of the characters were super min-maxed and the requirements weren't too bad (though that Usos tour was pushing it, and the boss of the Sami tour was saved by it being a 6SB freebie instead of slapping Cody or someone equally 'not okay' on there). Pretty typical rewards but we gasp have shards outside the CSS bosses, and even some interesting prizes in the challenge tour - I like getting a potentially good strap for a character as a reward, doubly so if it's usable with a few other posters like the Sami one we got.
- As a guy who pulled Sami, this prize walll was was a real blueballer - even if you do the impossible and pull him, you're still locked out of the really nice stuff as the only way to get more are the one from the faction contest (you know, the one people have pointed out every faction member needed to spend 200 bucks to complete) or by hitting an even smaller chance in the premium chests. Still, what you could get was pretty alright but it was very much limited to people who pulled Sami. Genuinely no idea how people were supposed to scrape together five of these medallions.
- I still don't like combining the weekend poster bags and the miscellaneous shard bags into one (just adds to the whole 'all or nothing' aspect of the contest) and the shard counts for the latter characters are still piss weak at '10 shards a bag, take it or leave it', but I'll at least give credit for including a handful of characters people might give a damn about this time. I saw one person get a striker Lashley poster but as far as I'm concerned the poster bags are still just there to give you shards for evolution, which I guess is still better than 10 Tech Roman shards.
- Faction boss is still horrifically buggy (I think I had the bug where the game just gave up and softlocked on the moves screen for a full turn at least once a run this weekend), requires far too much investment to properly get into (some of it completely irrelevant outside the mode), and almost entirely dependent on your faction's abilities as opposed to your own. Still hate it as a mode.
