How can your Feedback be constructive and more valuable?

  1. It's all about why you had that experience in the game!
  2. Tell us what you liked and what could be improved.
  3. If you have any suggestions or mitigations, let us know!
  4. Try to split your Feedback into several parts if needed.
  5. Example: A contest consists of many elements, such as the overall idea, milestones, rewards, loot, difficulty, timings, Superstars, etc. 
  6. The more info you provide, the more valuable it is for us.

***Update 2/23*

we added another "Earn Showdown Coin" Task for 75 Coins per win and capped the attempts at 23,000. we also added CSS to earn 17,200 points per win with Any Bianca Belair, Mankind "Mr. Socko", Shelton Benjamin "The Hurt Business" and Otis "Heavy Machinery", capped at 10 attempts per CSS.

    Yeah glad this has been posted. Think I can answer for the majority:

    Overall thoughts? Waste of time.

    We still don't know the final call on showdown coins and a showdown contest launches. Tone deaf.

    What I liked: it was straightforward with clear objectives + I'm always a fan of faction events

    What I did not like:

    • The SD coin component is odd because of the amount required to max + the fact we're supposed to be spending a rather large amount of these coins. I feel like this contest should have happened after the SD store has been revamped.
    • The prize wall is extremely lackluster and outdated. We're in an Ultimate Strap world right now.
    • The solo and faction milestones/leaderboard rewards are also lackluster.
    • The loot felt stale, as well

    Suggestions:

    • better rewards (gears, ultimate straps, rare shard crates, rare plates)
    • logical SD "grinding"
    • better loot to encourage spending

    Seriously you Make a Show Down Event for Coins when we are forced to spend them ... With Limited about of Days to do so.. Last thing we need is more of them.

    Can you address where the rest of the coins are supposed to come from?

    You list a max of 131,000 yet each day is 10k max, that is 30k, plus the normal show down of 1680 for a total of 35,040, where are the rest of the coins coming from? Or was this an error like the previous event when no one looked at the math and maxes and had to give us a last minute challenge with Kane?

    So you guys had the bright idea to run a showdown event 3 days before you are reseting everyone's showdown coins to zero, 🤔

    I like the idea of the showdown event and the f/m arrangement but I think rewards of tp/gold coins would've been more useful.

    It's been a blast for the contest but to spice things up we should be able to recycle the major old tokens in the loot box and get in exchange tickets for the contests for the free to play players and maybe shards for the keys or old players of that superstar.

    Like most showdown events and even more so midweek showdown events, this sucks. It's not fun. It's not rewarding. It's anti-game. It's a boring grind of facing the same people and the same 2 or 3 cards over and over and over and over and over and over. Adding more crappy css that have to face the 2 best characters on your opponents roster doesn't make it any better.

    And the stupid bucket thing again, I know people that have gotten more defensive wins today than I've gotten defensive matches in the past 6 showdowns.

    You could have given this version of showdown a mercy flush and shut it down early rather putting us through this crap show again for meager rewards.


    The 2 week absence of showdown is the best thing ever done to this mode. Y'all have a lot of work if you're going to make it anything better than just miserable in the future.
