Regarding four star reward

I have a superstar sheamus four star, it is on silver medal. Now in reward sheamus four star is there. So, when i reach the claim, my silver medal turn into gold medal.

  If you're asking if you get two 4 star silver of the same card will it become gold the answer is no you would need to evolve it to 4sg.
