Whats the point of having events that are always imply having one of, at most, three characters in your team?
At least in Feud and Showdown you can use whatever fighter you want and still be able to win.
And I-m not talking about maxing the event. In this case basically anything above level 10 without a 5 star gold acro Warrior in your team was very hard to win.

I thought that the allowing multiple characters at multiple levels made the mode better than just trying to get as high as you can. Made it more interesting this time.
The boss was challenging but beatable. I don’t like that the faction event ended after a day.
I thought that the event roads should have included an any Shawn Michaels bonus.
The community portal event is always a plus.

Wanna say how bad this event was but everything I've read through most the comments basically saying it. Boss Battle was so fun when introduced. Now it's horrible. So slow. Needs at least 1.25 speed.
Been playing this game since it first came out years ago. Like 2016 or something. Last few months have been so difficult to still be interested and have any urge to continue playing.
Would just like it to be fun again. Not nearly everything pay walled.

Boss battles are near impossible to beat as I don't really have the required stars at the required levels in order to beat and even the LTs are Also characters that I can't even get through loots or free giveaways please do have LTs that actually help people like us to beat with stars that majority have rather than not having the required stars which also makes us difficult to actually achieve the milestones. I hope scopely can do something that actually helps the majority that doesn't have the required stars at the required levels or stars to get the milestones

Pros: Got a lot of coins from this weekends event which a small amount of will help towards next months talent up event.
Cons: Got a big headache from spending hours trying to get a working match, with the right CSS character, with the right faction mates, and then being lucky that if our squad won sometimes got the points that matched the win. This was simply awful decision making after a weeklong SD grind.
With so many technical glitches recently, awful responses from customer support that share zero empathy to another human, increasing pointless grinding events, endless paid for shards I wont ever use, as much as I love the simple smashing gem element of the game that remains fun, the lack of quality and fresh ideas is making the game stinky.
Keep it simple....let us players beat each other up without limiting our creations. Im sure you can tell press auto for 500 key grind wins for the upteenth month in a row is boring.

I feel like the faction boss balancing is all over the place. This one especially. The multiplier bonus was useless, the boss had way too much health.
Also the lag problems make it extremely frustrating. The individual levels for each superstar were extremely time consuming. It should count for any level higher if you beat it.
I really want to love boss battles but they are so hit or miss.

I understand that one of the requirements to leave feedback is to have played the events however I was unable to play the boss battle due to so many technical issues. I reported them but was told it was being looked into.
I was able to play the tour which was ok. The requirements weren't people I had so I didn't get the contest bonus items but that's ok.
The compensation package I also did not feel was anything compared to the loss of gameplay. I couldn't even get into a game to fight the boss because it showed I was already in the battle yet wasn't or wouldn't let me click in.
This was by far one of the worst weekends with the boss battle and I'm very disappointed with that. This could have been much better and I'd have a better rating but this was more of a disaster than anything fun. Those in my faction that could play seemed to do ok but many of us couldn't.

The introduction of more CSS cards for more levels is a great idea. It means that many more in the faction can feel like they are actively participating in the event. It reduces the burden on the handful of players who need to carry, and has the potential to make the whole experience a lot better for everyone. That's the theory, but unfortunately the execution was really lacking.
- There's no need to have such a difficult faction boss. Having all the moves frozen meant that there was precisely 1 boss breaker that could help the team out. That's far too limiting when you're needing to do 800 million damage.
- Make more lobbies available. 20 lobbies for 30 levels = recipe for disaster.
- Sort out the dead lobbies - it's madness that lobbies just hang around after the the matches are long over. Fix it - it's gone on for too long like this.
- Still too many technical issues, glitches, freezing, wi-fi errors, synching etc. for this game to be really enjoyable. It's unpleasant and has never been properly addressed.
The rest of the contest was fine. Making the faction event run outside the faction boss was actually fine. Tours were ok too, and the compensation for all the issues was a nice bonus. That said, it's a case of one step forward and two steps back with this event. Not a great experience for everyone, I'm sure we can do better.

The rewards were ok. There is one major problem with boss battle. You always make it to short. Most factions have only a few people with the characters to help the rest of the faction. Then it takes a few hours to figure out the best set up which only leaves a little time to get people the help they need. Boss battle should be a week long event to give everyone a chance to get the most out of it. Shawn Michaels is my favorite wrestler of all time and not being able to get him because he amount of time is very limited is heartbreaking. No pun intended

Well going 30 times was ok , the level changer you had to click each way weather to 1 or to 30, maybe in prove this by making a pull down list we can pic from.
Connection lag is unreal, hard enough time trying get all moves off in 60 seconds.
Tours where good. overall cool event just those items for a change.

What else can you say about it? At the moment it's all about spending money again. the prerequisites are getting wilder then all the bugs during the fights against the boss that nothing is going properly really sad. the events can only be maxed out if you have all the cash stars of the weekend events. i.e. no more free to play. It's frightening that you can't even begin to reach the free milestone on your own before the bonus starts. Please improve that.

On the surface, this contest looked to be good. The prizes in milestones were very nice compared to previous. Looking at them and knowing what my faction usually does, they all looked attainable. I think some more thought needed to go into this though. We had double the css to get through and some of them were just in add places like the hof Nash at lvl 29. He was not help except to blow up the board so he (like most of the css needed a carry from the faction). There were also 10 more rounds to go through that only the best of the best in the faction could attain. I can see 10 more rounds, but the lvl 20 boss is what we usually face and to keep bumping that up further so that only the big boys could hit that was not a good idea. We had a total of 7 people get all 400 skulls and we are a top 5 faction. It should also tell you something when there is not one faction that was able to max the skulls. Doubling the amount of play and only giving us the same 24 hours was not well thought out. To put things in perspective, I was running a team of folks to help others and we got about 10 to 12 folks through their css from 1-25. That took us 13 hours of straight playing to get 1/10 of the faction to lvl 25 without losing a round (and I am not talking starting on Sunday, that was from the kickoff of faction boss until the morning hours). And that is not saying that we got 4 25’s for everyone. That was just using what we had to carry 25’s. This should have been a 2 day event (48 hours). The boss should have been scaled better (lvl 30 maybe 100 million mor life from the normal lvl 20 and scale all others down from there). The perks for the characters should have been better to scale with what the game was asking, but those were scaled back as well compared to what we have been used to. The multi boost did nothing to help. Overall, the concept was good (30 levels and a css for every level making it like a royal rumble, but execution was not properly thought out for the amount of things that needed to get done).

Having played this game for 5 and a half years, it never fails to amaze me that the restrictions are still so hard that I cannot compete or complete milestones because I haven’t spent a small fortune on the game. I still enjoy the game, but boss battles are one of the worst parts of it. Clearly the servers can’t cope with 4 people in a game at once. I played a game and had to wait 4 minutes for the data to sync up, it’s just a painful experience. The stability is bad, and customer service when something goes wrong is now non-existent. From a gameplay perspective, there’s a lot that could be improved on, eg stability, requirements and customer service.
on a positive note, I have enjoyed the 2 month long event as it has felt possible to go so far in without having to feel like this is a second full time job.
id also love to know what the odds are on the briefcases. However long they’ve been live, I’ve never pulled anything better than a 3*s, so maybe consider changing the odds a little to help people get fuses etc rather than just a million shards.

Bonus superstars at every level was an interesting change and gave lower roster people a means of getting points.
As you said nobody got any bonus characters done after 21.
More variety of characters needed for this mode. It was basically warrior and somone with the unfreeze breaker and that was it. We have hundreds of people on our rosters and warrior is the only good one for this boss? Common.

During the Boss tournament, on almost every turn, pauses in the game where you couldn't make a move cause by your connectivity. Timer would move but we couldn't. Disadvantage was always against us. Way to tough to try and complete and saw a lot of players refuse to play. You can do better and you know it.

I think the idea and concept behind this event was great, however the execution of it was completely lacking. The 30 Superstar 'Royal Rumble' should have been either a contest in the Blitz or in a Tour. Having these characters be restricted to only a Boss Battle, which was amplified in difficulty to begin with made this nearly impossible. Technical difficulty with the entire event aside, it needed to be adjusted
Boss Battle Weekend Pro:
- Tours were good, two Challenge modes were very much needed
- Assortment of new superstars were good and welcomed additions
- Community event
Boss Battle Cons:
- Needed more new HOF Tokens available to balance the amount of new superstars needing them
- Prizewall and overall loot was okay at best
- Solo contest and required superstars (30 of them!) was impossible to manage and work around
- If using a Gem Modifier of X Break Gems, the opposite Gem needed to be something more available or at a higher level. A 5X multiply gem did nothing to the overall damage and needed to be amped up higher
- With the new 6* meta, shards are constantly pushed as being more important. Now we get a Loot Pull which is marketed as Posters Only. When trying to recruit the new HOF Shawn, shards are obviously key unless youre lucky enough to pull that card. These Loot Pulls cant be both ways. A Poster Only Pull should have been limited to the previous HOF superstars released and complimented by a Loot Pull with Shards + Posters
It feels like the last few months its been one step forward, and two steps back. Loot pulls are loaded with low end superstars that a listed as rare and have been in the game for years. Events are copy/paste however are littered with technical problems or pay wall restrictions. We can find a happy balance between FTP players and those who look to spend money to increase their rosters. Im hopeful for the 6 year event, but I fear more of the same.

I really liked that the shield wasn't a specific color. The boss consistently froze my most crucial move every time. I even moved it around.

Used to really like the new Boss Battle mode. It was new and fresh. Gave lots of opportunity for Free to play players to get some decent to top level prizes.
Now it's just as bad as the other parts of the game. This thing has been in beta mode for a year or so. Most bugs should be worked out by now.
The connection errors and game freezes should be minimal, at worst, not common like they are now.
Just be better FFS.

The worst boss battle to date!
It feels like your well and truly trying to kill what was the best mode of the game!
CCS
- Way too many
- different levels were confusing
- Tracking was difficult
- Contest tab in character selection didn't show who was the CCS
Difficulty
This time it seemed it was way to difficult to beat at higher levels add this to the amount of CCS we had to do, the time restraint and the fact it was royal rumble weekend made it next to impossible unless we played for 28 hours!
Gameplay issues
- Too many connection issues
- Boss animations way too long
- Player animations way too long and lagged the game
- Random Removals from battle
- Silly time outs when something goes wrong
- not been able to use a move/swipe gem bugs still persistent.
Boss breaker currency.
This needs a rethink we don't have enough of it to complete boss battles on a 2 weekly basis. Give us a way to move breakers, give more in prize walls/milestones or increase the amount in the faction shop.
I was one of the pro boss mode players but recently you have been making it totally unplayable please make boss battle great!
Tours.
Nice amount of tours with fairly easy CCS requirements which wasnt too difficult.
Decent rewards
Faction contest
Decent rewards, easy points methods and nice addition to boss battle weekend massive plus.
Solo contest
Again good prizes and very easy to climb high enough to make a dent which is nice, Once its in the spend zone its way too expensive to try and max for most.
CCS contest
While i feel there were too many CCS characters at different levels the rewards were good! I really wish the dx moment wasn't the final milestone or i wish there was an easyer way to grind points to make it achievable for those missing 4 or more ccs. Beat a level 10 with any star for 5k points or something silly. The compensation was sent way to late in the contest as i was only 1.2m away from maxing it, if it was sent sooner our faction could have got some of us higher boss wins.
The devs really need to listen to what the community wants and honestly expects of them. We want honest contest which are SMART!

Overall event wasn't bad. I liked the number of superstars we could use at different levels, since pass level 20 cant do without 4x 6s jacked up warriors. The only down for me is always the server and connection issues during those events. Sometimes you have to restart a boss battle twice in order to get the points in. Really liked the shield this time any color gem is perfect. Overall better then previous Bossbattle , but I believe they could be made a bit easier... they went from being easy to being extreme within 2 events.

Overall, the concept was a good idea on paper. But it didn’t meet expectations because the servers in capability to handle faction boss is highly irritating, instead adding levels and demanding more from players to just earn the reward’s attainable by playing the game. It really is unfair to players to lose turns completely do to the server disconnecting and not allowing the player to use moves or swipe gems and screw the player in the match. Also the CSS obsession needs to be addressed, or at least make it fair and use cards that players actually have, when half the CSS characters are cards very limited ppl even have let alone high enough talent just makes the game no fun to play

Faction boss is always an event that could be the best in the game, but is always plagued by some reoccurring issues.
Besides the technical problems and the errors throughout the event, the actual design of the boss fights have been becoming less and less fun. They’ve become more and more inaccessible to average players while also giving less rewards.
The fact that there were 30 contest superstars to use and 10 more tiers to grind is especially a problem when the actual royal rumble is on and I don’t have the time or the patience to spend hours and hours getting all the bosses done.
I just feel like it needs to be clear that not every boss needs to be harder than the last. There can be easy bosses every once and a while, making it more approachable for most players. Also making it only about 24 hours is a miss for most people I’d say.
The actual character design was nice, Shawn has some cool movesets. The finisher seems like a lot of fun specifically. So good on that.
I did spin the loot and got nothing unfortunately, which is just the way it is. But I did see some faction mates and others getting some god stuff. Loot odds are still pretty awful though for the most part.
Overall it wasn’t great, I just wish we’d see some positive changes to events like these for once. Make them easier, make them shorter, or at least offer more rewards.

The past couple boss battles I have been dealing with "There is an error with our server, you will be removed from the battle". With that being said, it makes is extremely difficult to not only complete matches for myself but most important very difficult to help fellow faction members. I am not sure where else to post this, but feedback on how to deal with this would be greatly appreciated.
The concept of needing 30 different wrestlers for 30 different bonuses is pretty cool. It will just make for a looooong boss battle event in coordinating with faction mates. (in helping everyone get the bonus they need) I think I only had like maybe 10 bonus wrestlers and once I complete them, I just did my best to help out faction mates, when I was not getting kicked from the game.
With the "server issues" I have been experiencing, the boss battle event has become my least favorite to play. The concept is great, and it can be very challenging. I don't get as excited when it is announced now as when it first debut.
I do appreciate new game modes and hope this issue is with boss battle is resolved soon. I also am looking forward to the new MLC! Thanks.

This whole mlc ha seen a disaster the 2 month play along with there were tours I which I did not have the characters to make any points in the tour... the rising increase of daily coin we have to spend 35 million to try to max mlc.... I spent every ruby and coun in flash market and the next day you make sake and give crazy points was totally unfair how was I to know of the price change after I soent all kine the day before... normal and hard should have characters anyone can have ...make hell mode for the non ftp players.

First of all, I'm a sucker for a great train wreck. So thank you for that.
I was hoping Scopley was going to have the guts to turn against the wallets but completely on brand Scopley chickened out and craved in at the end.
I wish boss battle was more fun, but instead it's frustrating. I'm not expecting boss battle to be enjoyable in the future and that's concerning, especially if Scopley is going to maintain this mode as weekend and midweek events.

December and January is horrible the MLC was not close to be maxed!!! Support (scopely) closes out tickets with no explanation to the loss of shards and TP. I guess that goes to say they know something is wrong. On my bank account I was charged multiple times for my single purchases. Still not enough resources to do anything unless you have money!!!! A lot of freezing in boss battle and not enough time on the clock when some wrestlers moves take forever to complete!!!!
