I liked how there were different contest superstars to use to beat certain levels. The boss was very strong, but this allowed players to still play and compete without having to have a crazy high roster and top superstars.

Pros: I really liked that each level had a different superstar bonus. It allowed everyone to chip in and help faction mates.
Multiple boss breaker combos was a nice feature. Added to the strategy involved instead of just a few guys carrying.
Suggestions would like to see total damage dealt throughout the boss battle.
Cons: gameplay was glitchy throughout the battle. Spend 5 to 10 minutes playing and get disconnected for no reason.
Contest tour required super rare guys throughout.

Boss battle is going backwards. If you expect us to have maxed boss breakers, and to beat the boss we have to use different characters each event, the boss battle currency needs to be revamped. It is way to hard / expensive to get currency and be expected to get the breakers up to a useable level. For the daily shop there isn’t enough to buy breaker currency and strap parts. We aren’t given enough currency to keep up with the demands of the game.

i can take some good and bad points from the BB this weekend.
the way the bonus was this BB was far better, lower levels giving same amount of points and a high number of superstars we all had.
the boss wasn’t over powerful and his health wasn’t crazy so it was possible to defeat him until a certain level
being able to break any colour gem to remove shield was way better then before.
the bad parts for me, long periods of the clock counting down and not being able to swipe or use breakers/moves
gem bonuses way lower then before
boss uses to many moves, I understand laying gems end of each turn so KO and others are less effect. Then you got the shield plus freezing moves makes it almost impossible at times to do anything.
i like the whole concept of BB and playing it most of the time but let’s be realistic unless your in a top team that spends money has very superstar it’s a struggle for the common player. You read it all over the forums, in servers and Facebook. Players are carrying a team, let’s turn back the clock a little and make it fun again for everyone

In my opinion the extra bonus guys was a good idea as others could do them as some were people most had. The connection issue was annoying but the worst was nerfing everyone damage that made it nearly impossible to do high levels. The premise is good idea overall but worrying that we had over year of boss battle and it's virtually gets worse each boss event instead of better. There is so much this event could be but nerfing everyone damage and adding ten levels isn't the best way forward.

I liked having a lot of bonus characters that were generally easy to obtain but there needs to be a contest tab when trying to put them in your lineup.
The boss breaker currency system needs to be reimagined. We have leveled up certain characters with the limited amount of currency to only have the breakers be unavailable. This would be better if you could increase a character’s total breaker level and freely switch between the available ones for that class.

To be honest, I personally just didn’t have fun with this boss battle. Once too few superstars were able to be used to succeed. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind grinding in the game, but after going through 1-20 for myself and helping faction mates, working on 21-30 felt like a waste of time. And then you put this huge grind during the Rumble. It is what it is, and that’s why we play

The event wasn't bad until the Boss Battle for me. The first few hours where find and I was excited because I actually had players that would do well. After those first few hours I got stuck in lane and it would not let me exit. Being stuck in a lane basically caused all my fights to be null and void. The colors would not fill and the my life was already low when I started the match. That happened on day one so I basically could not play the game or participate for the rest of the event. This is causing me to also miss out on prizes and rewards for events. I think I am going to stop spending money on the game. The more I spend the worse it gets. Really looking for improvements to make the game more technically sound and events/purchases worth the money.

It was hard faction boss yes. Level 30 you said would be tiebreaker not grind to get the points you need to max event. People saying that points were missing don’t understand and just want to complain. If you beat a 30 players points this amount because you get 1-30, but let’s say you use chaotic character for CSS points then beat 30 players don’t understand you already received those points. I think it was a grind and only criticism is that you couldn’t beat boss past level 27 without boss breaker. You were selling the wrong tokens and we couldn’t buy them. So, we only had a few people in our faction that had enough to get to 10 to unfreeze moves. Also we had to use a ton of props to get people past 30 which I’m sure wasn’t intended. People will bitch and complain because they free & easy. It was a cool idea that just needed those boss breaker tokens for sale and there would be no complaining. Because it would’ve been doable.

I can't understand the wisdom to put an event like this, with increased levels of engagement needed by the player base, up against one of the WWE Big 4 events. I don't watch WWE much, but I watch all the Big 4.
I'm not going to lie and say this event was much worse than other faction boss to me because I hate all of them. I don't understand the appeal of this game mode at all, and all of my friends really love it so I want it to get better so my friend will have as much fun as possible.
The added complexity and event timing just made it easy for me to choose not to play.

I liked that the boss is hbk! Such an awesome wrestler.
I wish the requirements for boss were tweaked a little more. Only a few guys worked and would be hard for lower factions.
overall I think it was a great event. Scopley stepped up and gave us 5 million points. The rewards were pretty good. Just a little tweak of requirements and connection errors and it would have been the best ever, that hbk deserves

we need more women hof. and please stop launching new shawn or hhh. we already have many version of those 2 superstar.
and please dont make 2 month long mlc again. it cost us all our resources but we cant max the solo mlc.
for boss battle. please make it possible for all players. there is not many superstar that can generate x break gem.
i hope we will see female boss battle in near future

I personally enjoy BB. One positive I liked about this one is that the CSS were level 1-30. I'm a fan of that format so that more people are using more superstars. As opposed to just say 5 CSS for levels 15-20. Gets more people in lobbies instead of waiting around to be carried but faction mates.
One non BB related comment is that there needs to be victory tours for HOF Kevin Nash and HOF Shawn Michaels.

I’m in the pool of liking FB! I feel like it offers a way to really bring a Fraction together or tear it apart. I think experience and strategic planning are needed with a sometime out of the box thinking.
This being said, this past FB was a grind! I don’t mind a grind but this one definitely felt like you needed to not sleep to get though it all. If you’re gonna add a lengthy list of CSS then we should have more time.
Im in a top fraction and it was not easy for any of us. More then half didn’t max the FB and finding the balance between try to max or help fraction mates to complete the css added another difficulty. At times it felt impossible to gain any headway and I can only imagine how frustrating it may have been for a lower or new fractions. Why would they even want to compete in this?
I also believe that the milestones should match the grind and while some were nice feel like rewards did not match time investment.
Overall not bad FB but time issues, rewards and difficulty may have been a bit much at this stage of the game

This boss battle is fun and I do like the stages with various characters however the battles seem to only have 1 or 2 characters that you can use to win the higher levels. In this case, it was Acro Warrior and Rocker Shawn. Without these limited access characters and high boss battle actions, such as the unfreeze and time add, this boss battle was impossible.
To add to the limited characters, it also created friction in my faction because it required so much coordination and people were frustrated because only a handful of people had the combination of character and boss battle setup. In this battle, winning above 22 required 2 6sb warriors with a braid plate and 1 rocker with a level 10 unfreeze. This had people adding lobbies waiting for others and put significant pressure on the people with these characters to the point that they spent hours supporting others and not enjoying the game or improve their score.
My recommendation is that the boss battle should have at least 5 characters that can be incredibly successful and lower the boss to make people with good, not great rosters have a chance. This will also create a more collaborative faction strategy and reduce frustration and friction. Thanks.

This event had some really great elements but had a couple of major issues which will probably be the lasting memory of this weekend's event rather than the positives.
PROS
- ACHIEVABLE BONUS MILESTONES: I love when we have the opportunity to actually play to earn rewards by grinding, even when the challenge is difficult. I was able to make a lot of progress in the solo event as a result of reaching the top milestones. Given the difficulty of Level 30, 25,000 points was probably too low to realistically grind for most but good to see nonetheless.
- FACTION BOSS CONTEST: This contest felt really meaningful this time. Not only for this weekend's event and release, but also for having the new moment as a target. Better yet, we could actually max this contest by playing. Great stuff.
- MORE TEAMWORK AND STRATEGY: Others will disagree, but I enjoy Faction Boss when it requires a team of 4 working together rather than just 1 guy destroying the boss alone and 'carrying' their faction mates.
- TOUR DIFFICULTY: Nothing outrageous, even using characters that weren't at very high levels.
- ROYAL RUMBLE CONCEPT: I like the idea of changing our standard copy-and-paste events and putting a new spin on them. Admittedly this one had flaws in its design but some of the lower-level CSS stuff was fun until it got ugly.
CONS
- EVENT TIMING - 28 hours was just nowhere near enough time for the faction boss, particularly with 30(!) CSS. This feedback has been consistent for this mode, so it would be great if we could open some discussion on why Faction Boss has to be so short.
- UI ISSUES - Having 30 CSS created a number of issues. 1) scrolling all the way through the lobbies was horribly slow and laggy 2) having to change your lineup a crazy amount of times 3) no CSS list or filter (the blog was also incorrect which didn't help).
- CSS - While we all get the Royal Rumble concept, simply having the requirement of beating all 30 levels 1 by 1 OR having 30 CSS was enough. Having specific levels for every single one of the 30 was overkill.
- TOUR CSS - Some of the tours had rare requirements. While this is fine for tokens, coins, etc. it skews the 'Free' part of the event for players who couldn't recruit those characters.
- FB DIFFICULTY - I have no issue with faction boss being difficult. In fact, I think it's a lot of fun to strategize and work as a team rather than just steamroll through in seconds. My issue here is combining 30 separate levels of CSS with the difficulty of Levels 20 and above. Way too much and way too little time.
- BREAKER CURRENCY: Was the faction event supposed to have aggressive currency and not focused? The cost to actually buy breaker currency is too expensive to seriously consider, so we will need new ways to earn this if the difficulty requires every breaker at level 10.
- TECHNICAL ISSUES - Faction Boss simply needs to run better. It takes too long to assemble teams and communicate only for the game to freeze, crash, etc during the match and then be locked out before trying to set everything up again.
SUGGESTIONS
- CSS - Remove CSS Level restrictions. Allow CSS to be played at any level. Don't lock shards or event points behind Tour CSS.
- TIMING - Start Faction Boss a day earlier and have it last 48 Hours.
- BREAKER CURRENCY - Give us new ways to earn currency or reasonable offers. Let us 'cash out' our boss breaker currency from specific characters for a percentage cost.
One final note I'd just like to add is that while the compensation was very generous, most players don't just want to be gifted stuff for no reason. We want to enjoy the game and earn our rewards. Also for me personally, I had spent around 16 hours of my weekend to max the event before the compensation. Having 5m extra points meant that I effectively wasted most of my weekend and also cost me a higher leaderboard finish in the solo contest. I don't begrudge any players getting additional rewards, but 99% of us just want a functioning game.

As much as I can appreciate trying to make content harder. This didn’t hit that mark. This felt like a slap to the face of the whole community. Not to mention the crazy addition of 10 more levels but also the total of 30css in 30 hours. And instead of making one of the best ppv better and allowing the community enjoy it you wanted to take everyone away from that.

After the weekend I'm not sure how constructive I can be ill try.
Stop with the beyond rare guys if I can't hit most of the guys with my roster consistently then that's messed up.
Why would you make this mode harder and harder you clearly don't listen to our feedback or you clearly lack the skills required to test what yall run a lol one amd go oh they got this it was unbeatable without a beyond specific team built a excat way how we doing css guys when we can't beat a 23 cmon.
The mid event compensation was pathetic.
The amount of matches required was insane.
I don't know what else to say you capped a 2 month absolute slog contest with the worse event in champions history as far as I'm concerned a failure on every level. You should be giving everyone Shawn just for this beyond alarming contest. I'm not one for advocating that everyone should get every guy but yall messes this one up and are making a lot of us reprooritize what we think of this game.

All events seem to be very paywall.
players that spend little or nothing literally have no chance. Contest characters are normally premium superstars. I know you guys have a business model, but giving players more chance to win surely increases the chance of them playing longer and spending more long term?!
the faction event needs to run alongside the solo event and not finish two days before the other.
events should be grindable. I’d much rather spend hours chasing a character, like with Bulldog and ZPaige. Stop making the game Pay to win.
boss battle isn’t fun and the faction have to rely on members with paywall characters to help them get through. Make the game more playable for more of the players.

I actually enjoyed part of this event. I like the new characters being introduced. I also did not like the blitz being only for paid characters. It seems like these faction events as a whole are only making the rich richer in rewards. It's always to same factions towards the top. Their were too many glitches in the boss faction this weekend. Seems like their are always coding issues, but I understand some of it. The event was fun, but could have been alot better. Also wished the Royal Rumble cases would have been for the winner of the Men's and women's instead of just the men's. Should have gave away the character who won.

Bit of a disappointing event.
I liked the idea of being able to generate points from superstars that are more likely to be owned by all players rather than just pay to play players.
However, I had several technical issues (which have been raised) and the bosses have started to become very difficult to beat in the past couple of events. The superstars I used have boosters, required moves, etc but after roughly level 8 it was incredibly difficult to do any damage unless someone had one of the hard to own superstars.

so this was a fine end to a long 2 month mmlc. The Faction Boss contest was ok, not sure I would be increasing the number of levels while there are still performance issues that have not been addressed like the empty lobbies and server strain the number of people playing provide. It was nice to have 2 challenge tours as well as the daily tours. In my opinion putting the CSS characters on specific levels only increased the number of lobbies that had to be open. It would have been nice to have a little more chances for bags for HBK, as if you didn't have the correct characters then you had no chance to get any bags for a chance to get him. It would have been nice for at least 1 bag.

The Idea was there. The amount of levels to beat making it a challenge even for the ones that had the hard hitting characters this time. HOWEVER, the contest superstars, I have a suggestion, make it to where they have to be used at least at a level, not only at that level. Also when it came time to switch around the lineup this became a massive pain to look through the roster. Maybe we need a Search bar to be able to quickly get through our rosters.
Now lets get to the ghost lobbies and glitches.
the remedy for the ghost lobbies was to increase the amount of lobbies. This sound decent on paper BUT when you actually think about it this increases server load. Just for the sake of making this easy lets look at the top 100. 100 factions of 100 people getting access to 100 lobbies. After this was pushed out in my faction alone we had close to 30 "ghost" lobbies and the number kept increasing. A fix like this is like putting a Band-Aid over a sucking chest wound it just isn't gonna work out like you are planning. so if the rest of the top 100 factions had 30 ghost lobbies like the faction I'm in did that's 3000 ghost lobbies i can only imagine the strain this put on the servers. Gameplay was noticeably affected in other modes as it cause even tours to lag to the point I could barely swipe a gem. Fixing the issue instead of adding to it would be greatly appreciated.
As always with boss battle we have connection issues with the servers. It's not a matter of if a US player tries to enter a Europe lobby, the servers just can't keep up with this game mode period. Something has to change within the servers. Constantly losing connectivity to the server while mid-match is a straight pain in the ass. There's really no other way to describe it. Lets also talk about how you guys are penalizing the other members of the 4 man team by not allowing the full points IF someone disconnects. This isn't always the player's fault. Your server drops them at the beginning of the match and we get penalized???? there has to be a better method.
I'm sure this event looked good on paper but the execution of it was absolutely horrible. Boss Battle could easily be the best mode this game has to offer however, the glitches and ghost lobbies make this nearly unplayable every time it comes around.

Having not 1 team finish this event goes to show that
A: You don't play test anything
B: Not one person running this game plays this game
Unfortunately for you your whole playerbase has just witnessed first hand how much you care about keeping them. You only care about how much money you can rake in on a weekend.
I usually enjoy boss battle but the last 2 have just been an experiment of how far you can push people before they quit the game completely, i suggest you pull it back in because when the big spenders cant finish the events without a massive handout midway through they will find a different game and good luck trying to rake anything in without them

I Don't mind Boss Battle when it works but it has to actually work smoothly. The way the lobby starts out at Boss level 20 and it literally takes about 10 seconds to register a click to change it up or down in any ONE direction each time is beyond frustrating. Not getting rewarded for completing tasks without doing them multiple times is just par for the course.
The idea of working the Royal Rumble gimmick into this BB was a good idea but the implementation was terrible. Along with the fact that the Rumble itself and the NFL championships were both on during this event didn't help. The bags with numbers coinciding with entrants is a awesome idea and a very fair one (unless you guys were made aware of the winner before hand). I can't wait to see what the actual prize for people who pulled the winning number is.
So please fix the damn latency issues and stop making 95% of the stars completely useless. Every player should feel like it's worth their time to contribute and play the event. Instead of being forced to do something at nausea to not be kicked from their faction.
