Very difficult event. So many css, level 30 boss, to complete in just over a day. Especially with the actually royal rumble being on during the event for over 5 hours. Unreasonable ask for your players. However the compensation given due to the poor performance did make up for it. Would just say to be aware of and considerate of your customers time when changing things up on such a big way.

Boss battle is a fun game play that makes a faction plan and execute strategies. With that said, I think if you guys decide to do the many players to get extra points, you should make it be Friday through Sunday. It made it difficult for members to get all the needed characters wins.
Secondly, I’d like to see something with a boss breaker currency exchange. A lot of people wasted currency on boss breakers that are not even relevant in some cases now. You guys do have something with plates which is something I’d like to see with boss breaker currency. Such as possibly half the currency back to remove currency from a character.

I echo Razor Ramon’s sentiments above however I feel unbelievably cheated of my time with what was this weekends contest. Besides all the errors and restarts, the fact that this was highly unplayable by even top factions who spend unbelievable amounts of money show that you have truly reached the ultimate greed level to this game. It’s become real unfun for people like myself who spend in this game. Playing for 11 hours to not even coming close to finishing or maxing out with that terrible compensation package shows clearly your lack of attention to your player base. It feels like you push and push to find ways to get people to spend and while you do, you are ruining it for the ones who do indeed spend. Granted i’ve cut way down due to terrible pull odds, but this boss event for the first time has made me want to quit the game as someone is who’s in a top faction with a whale roster i’ve become completely put off by this weekend’s events, the constant endless showdowns, and terrible pull odds. Three different issues i know. You clearly aren’t listening to the people who pay you which is us….you will lose us….one by one….it will happen if you continue down this terrible path.

This worst boss battle yet! All this nonsense just to try and stop the top faction in the game.
You made an event that is nearly impossible to max for non top 3 factions then from your mistakes you gave so many people the opportunity to get the "rare" moments from the milestones.

Where to start. Most of the sentiment has already been said by numerous of players. This game mode is my least favorite and i dread every faction boss event. I'm not a ftp player, every time i see one i dread which character I will need that i dont have or whatnot. This being a faction event, there should be more options to do the game mode even at the higher levels than there are rather than hope that there are a few that have the characters and then they have the time and will to carry the rest of the faction.
The faction contest for the first 24 hours felt like a slap in the face to the lower leagued players and lower ranked factions. The points for reg talent up were abysmal , and only emerald tokens or 6s level ups netted lots of points. The CSS were okish....but again lower league players could not help contribute a lot of points to help out. It would have been better if there had been a less rare superstar for friday's tour so that even lower league players could feel like they helped out, or made the faction contest continue the rest of the weekend so that more shards could have been obtained for points.
The faction boss didn't feel like it was easy enough from what was mentioned in the blog post. (yes i know subject to change.) With the added 10 levels anything below a 20 should have been easier to do rather than in practice (even with boss breakers taken into account.) If we were to have another event like this there should be more time for it. I liked the idea another player suggested about a guantlet blitz for a rumblelike css bonus characters to grind.
I liked the idea of lower levels for players to grind for less points. Not every player is at 'end game' of 6s. some of those mid level milestones would help out lower players, but otherwise be unatainable as their accounts are not old enough to obtain all the css or whatnot. The milestone rewards had a great deal of tokens and other resources a lower league player could use.
with all the bugs that occur with faction boss, I wish that it would be replaced until the bugs can be smoothed out. Even after all the showdowns this week, I'd have rather play another showdown than suffer through a faction boss like this.

Very disappointed with this boss battle. Near impossible to max due to server issues, the amount of time the event ran for (during the actual Royal Rumble event at that) and the number of superstars needed to complete milestones. One positive I will say is the low level completions needed were for superstars that most players have so easy rewards there. Oh, and the compensation for the terrible server issues was nice too 😁

Overall thoughts - Outside of just insane spend events, this is probably the most asinine design of an event in recent memory and for scopely that's saying something.
Not sure if the event team is ignorant, apathetic, sadistic, or just openly disdainful of the player base. I guess it could be some combination thereof.
Timing - This particular boss battle starting 2 hours before the 2nd or 3rd biggest event on WWE's calendar was straight up disrespectful to the WWE and to your players. The volume of matches
added without adding time was a horrible idea.
Tours - Pretty crazy requirements, but whatever.
Faction Event - I really don't understand why the faction event was 24hours of a 72 hour event. Also, the copy/paste talent up/spend emerald tokens every faction event is getting painful resource wise and character wise. There's not enough characters in my roster to keep spending emerald tokens every weekend. My roster/resources are above average. I have noidea how lower roster or ftp players are able to handle this.
Name - Majority of fans hear "Coast to Coast", they immediately think of Shane McMahon. Google "Shawn Michaels coast to coast" and the first result is a freaking tax firm. Google "Shawn Michaels coast to coast royal rumble" and the first result is scopely page for this event. Minor in the grand scheme things, but it does make it appear you don't know the product your game is based on.
Boss - Boss was insanely difficult with an extremely limited number of viable characters which still needed rare items to be good plus level 10 boss breakers. We've asked for boss breakers to be more important, however, we also asked that you do something about the boss breaker currency. The fact that you ignored the second item and took the first one to the extreme is the type of thing that is extra frustrating and made this boss even more painful. A level 10 boss breaker is extremely difficult to get. This boss was not fun.

Annoying design element #27 - (No, I'm not going to list them all.)
We get 4 cards in our lineups, one for each type. Thoughtful design, if we going through the css in order we would have been able to do 1 match for each type, and then all rotate our lineups. But no, we had to change lineups after every match because of the layout. Our team could have handled it other ways, butit was complicated enough trying to work that many people through those matches with those cards. If you look at the css from 1-30 by type it went -

The lobby problem with the limit of 20 was just stupid. Another careless decision or ignoring an issue with the horrible event design. Also, maybe fix the ghost lobby issue?
Rewards - Seemed okay when looking at them, but in reality the rewards earned for time spent was just awful. Having the needed CSS but not the time to finish just added more frustration. Bonus points towards the end of a miserable event don't make the time spent on the event less miserable.
Loot - Whatever. Mostly standard. Pretty blah. Although I do hate the offers that vanish during the middle of an event and not knowing what will replace them. If offers seem confusing in anyway, I tend to spend less.
Suggestions - This should be a template of how not to design an event.
Postitives - Although a pure spend event, the Community event was kind of nice even though I didn't get anything from it. Also, I didn't get anything from this myself either, but many faction mates enjoyed the changes to the ruby market. Much better than it was previously.
To summarize, in wrestling slang, this event was the "drizzling poops".

Tours: Tours need less improvement. Rewards need to be improved.
Milestones: The milestone rewards are very good but to improve them you have to add more bags. I was able to collect 800 shards without spending which is less than 50%. More shard bags should be added in milestones so that it can be greater than 60%. Newly released DX hof Moment reward was the best reward from the milestones.Coins to upgrade BB was present in the faction milestone before the start of Boss battle.Very few factions were able to claim those.Increase the duration of such faction contest so the coins can be achievable to at the most 40 factions.
Boss: Bonus points at every level is a good idea to get points.2000% increase damage was less as this time boss level 20+ was introduced.Next time try to increase damage if the boss level is greater than 20.
Perks for boss battles should be introduced instead of gauntlet blitz perks
Boss Lobby: It can be improved by having the option of whoever believes the room can remove people from his faction that he wants from the room, since there are times when low players put their characters at high levels and it is tedious to tell them all the time that they cannot play those levels .

the difficulty of the boss was good you could win high levels and that's good finally a few final suggestions

"Disconnections from Coast to Coast" feedback
What a way to end the 1st and hopefully only 2 month long MLC! It feels like we've been trapped inside of the Winter Wonderland or Winter Hellscape is more like it.
Pros:
- Tour difficulty was pretty easy for the most part. There weren't any haha surprise 6S bosses.
- The Moment was attainable if you were lucky to be able to complete 4 level 30s and have 20 of the CSS requirements. The free 5mil "please forgive us for the super glitchy Boss Battle event" pushed me well over and I was able to max Faction Boss contest to get the moment and silver Taker gear. Cool!
- I will note that the devs must have pushed out more lobbies with 10-ish hours left in the contest since there were so many ghost lobbies. I really wish we would have gotten an in game message about it because it seems like very few people even realize that happened. So thank you dev team for pushing those out!
Cons:
- I commend the novelty of the 30 different CSS for all 30 levels in the spirit of the Royal Rumble! I think this went about as poorly as it could have. Please can we add a contest tab or at least when you click Contest in the select screen it brings up ALL of the CSS?
- I don't know if the choices of who was what level requirement was drawn like they do in the Rumble, but horrible horrible horrible.
- Level clicker needs to be a level slider or something. Manually clicking this thing down from 20 or up to 30 just tedious and time consuming.
- Overall lag and glitchiness of the weekend was frustrating. When you need to play as close to perfect as possible and you suddenly lose 10 seconds because your "data is inconsistent" means you just wasted 3 other peoples time and probably got put in time out for 5 minutes.
- Doing this on Rumble weekend was a poor choice. The Rumble is probably the most exciting event of the year for most wrestling fans and many of us spent upwards of 18 hours of it trying to get through ALL of the stuff.
- Ghost lobbies filling up and basically locking multiple people out of being able to create lobbies was terrible. At one point my faction could only make 2 lobbies because there was 18 ghost lobbies stuck in purgatory.
- The CSS for the tours was rougher than normal. I get that the Boss Battle character is pretty protected, but I guess the lenient CSS requirements ran out.
Closing thoughts:
Here's hoping that level 30 Boss Battle is a one time novelty and not a permanent feature. This was arguably one of the worst events in the time I've played. One step forward, comical fall off a cliff and hit every rock on the way down backwards. They say the true success in making a game is making it hard to put down. I've never wanted to put this game down harder and faster than after this past weekend.

it was the worst boss event i can remember, really absurd....i'm speechless. little time and too many things to do, if you add up to this the various errors of the game then here is that a weekend of fun turns into a weekend of stress. the boost on X gems and multy gems was too slight compared to the size and characteristics of the boss... like fighting against a tank using paper arrows.... really bad idea. I hope we never get a boss event like this again!!

Feedback for Coast to Coast Faction Boss
Positives
- You could have given this month's HOF theme titled "Kliq", as it was pretty evident with the release of most of the rosters except for Macho and Perfect. Upon first look at the character itself he seemed pretty sub par and nothing exciting to me with standard moves. Another one that felt obvious the character isn't going to be great unless you had both set of gears.
- I really liked the boss battle this time around only because I was able to identify early on that the one character that could do well is Acro Warrior and I had him sitting at 5SS so took the resources to take him 6SB and was pleased with my decision.
- I guess some experimentation took place for this Boss Battle to tune it up a notch and going to Level 30 but obviously this means it's ridiculously harder to max out the Boss Battle score for everyone. I do applaud the immediate action of granting us points to make up for when it was identified the Boss was overly tuned and I'm sure the data said a number of us weren't able to even reach the "free" milestones. Back to the drawing board?
- I think this boss should have still only been increased to Level 25. To beat a 30 you're asking players to have maxed out boss breakers on the needed characters to take down this boss. Considering the current way of progressing boss breakers is in dire need of change as the way it stands it's just not feasible when every time a boss is introduced you use different sets of requirements thus rendering a character that has maxed out boss breaker quite useless as the only thing it can do is help with boss breakers but not do anything else. Boss Breakers NEED re-working!
- I preferred the Boss Battle CSS to just be 1 match, having 2 matches is such a pain when compared to the previous boss battle so keeping it to just 1 match from Level 1 to 30 was a better move in my opinion.
Negatives
- These days I've sort of lost desire to watch any preview videos as I feel like there's no point if you're never getting those characters anyway so I may as well only watch them when I do recruit them which on most occasion is atleast 6-7 months later.
- Maybe it's me but I don't get the coast to coast relevance title with HBK considering coast to coast is more associated to Shane McMahon just something I thought I'd point out.
- As good as boss battle was, this time again the boss was overly tuned to the point that any attempt above 25 was suicide. It's obvious again only those heavy spending faction can reach the top of the milestones but even they were unable to max out the event so it seems as though something was wrong... Low and behold earlier today we get the message in our inbox that something was incorrect and we get compensated with extra points.
- The solo tours CSS this time felt restrictive especially the last day, I mean why even make it a M/F when all 4 CSS options were all Males and most of them were paywalled heavy CSS. What didn't make sense was having Zombie Shawn as an option??? I am pretty sure this was an error on your part and should have been any Shawn. I mean you don't even offer an option to pull this character so why even list it as an option. MAKES NO SENSE!
- The 24 hour Faction event wasn't great in my books as this puts a lot of pressure to get us to pull our 1% considering when there's nothing to double dip but I understand it's to give out the needed shards so we can recruit the event character before it ends which sorta makes sense but if that's going to be the case then you should include coins and TP as an option to gain points and put no limit on it - in my opinion.
- Boss Battles still continue to have issues with either disconnects or game freezing and not being able to do anything. So when you're attempting a higher level and one of us freeze we're guaranteed not going to be able to progress as the whole team needs to be able to pull their weight to take the boss down but when this happens, it just wastes 5 mins of your time waiting for the game to finish and if you decide to restart the app you get thrown in jail due to leaving the game. PLEASE consider removing this jail time as I feel this serves no purpose unless you're able to sort out the disconnect or game freeze issue.
Overall, I thought this could have been a good Boss Battle event but over tuning of the boss made it a decision most people already made which was stopping early and not giving a crap about doing anything other than what's obtainable.

The lobby situation is terrible and the fact you were able to quickly change it from 20 to 100 means you want us to fail.
The css was horrific 1 per level no easy way to see which level needed which css.
Rewards were minimal for the effort that was actually required
the connection issues and freezing and lagging that happens while boss is live ten vanishes soon as it ends needs to be fixxed.

Playing boss battles with faction mates makes us communicate universally.It's also a gate for the good companionship.
We face Hall of fame Shawn Michaels in our upcoming faction boss event. I think we can use some unique superstars who have the abilities of making x break gems and multiple gems .
In that way King Nakamura , Hall of fame Eddie Guerrero , Ultimate warrior ; Always believe , 6 star powerhouse Drew McIntyre , Veer the lion , Triple h Hall of fame are some of the superstars to bring the faction to the top of the mountain.
I congratulate all the champions to get victory in their goal.
And I want to win that free Shawn Michaels Hall of fame in the forum giveaway and be that lucky winner.

Only good thing with this event was the tours.
The faction boss event was a nightmare with mediocre boosts which got to a point of being that difficult that barely anyone maxed the event and no factions finished this boss. Event as a whole was a 2/10. One of the worst in a long time and slowly ruining boss battles is this is the route it is going with 30 levels etc

I honestly enjoyed this boss battle, even though it was very difficult.
i did enjoy the allotment of bonus superstars that was needed it seemed to give, atleast our faction, something that they could do by themselves while the higher part of the faction were running theirs and trying to figure out the best way to go as far as you can.
with that being said I do think after level 21 that the bonus superstars needed were almost impossible (again Atleast for our faction) to do. And I would like to see it possible for us to complete those superstars if we have them.

The faction boss weekend, like my other faction mates and other people has said is absolutely horrible, like red scare horrible.
I played a few hours before passing out and felt like that was a waste of time except being with friends from the faction and working together.
While I understood the concept of a Royal Rumble type of faction boss event, the fact is, it should not be in a faction boss weekend as the game mode is full of technical glitches and big restriction on who to use because you made the faction boss nearly unbeatable.
My suggestion if you do this idea next year is to make it like a feud or blitz event. Blitz would be a true 30 man gauntlet that I remember didn’t work well the first time, but will work with the game’s meta now.
The tours were fine, the bonus characters were a bit of a stretch with Hogan being a rare character still and people still working on one.
The faction boss is going down the road of Invasion, a game mode that was cherished and was popular with everyone until it was truly broken to the point where it disappeared forever. I see a lot of similarities with faction boss. Pulling a couple of band aids by increasing the amount of matches in lobby from 20 to 100 with 9 hours and extend the faction boss play by 2 hours does not make up wasting people’s time, birthdays or any lifetime events they have planned. The superstars who can beat the faction boss at higher levels should be expanded.
The superstar event aspect is a good idea, just with the technical issues of faction boss, it failed. It was too time consuming where everybody had to make a choice of working on each superstar to 30 or get your 30s first then do the bonus superstars. Choice might have been helped with the issues during playing the faction boss game mode.
The compensation package, while people might be happy with it, I was one that thought it felt short, which is what I expected from Scopely after 6 years. The compensation does not equate the time lost with ghost lobbies that slowed each and every faction down. 50 shards of HBK and 5m superstar event points felt rushed and had to be put out to avoid getting pitch forked by the community. I was actually expecting a bit more from the package especially given the fact the game has become unstable as of late.
The loot as always is horrible and was not worth the money. The offers from the portal and in game were easily skipped as they provide little value.
The 24 hour faction event needs to have a better scoring method than Talent Ups. The next month’s Talent up is around the corner and felt burning upgrades I rather not have done didn’t improve my roster, but helped by faction place in the top 3. What about doing some tour matches as a point method like kickoff? Or a small blitz with like 100 faction coins, where completing the blitz nets points towards the faction event? A lot of people’s TU plans went completely out the window with two straight Talent Up scoring methods for the midweek and weekend events, not to mention this two month MLC that thankfully will end soon.
I know I said a lot this go around and may sound awfully negative, but this is the absolute WORST event weekend in the game EVER! Losing a big voice for the community was a bad time especially for this event. I believe the compensation would have been a little more if he was around still.

Boss battle was insane. The 30css was not very cool considering it was the royal rumble this weekend and threw was only 20 lobbies available. Should've tested the game before you dropped this on us hopefully you don't do this again with so many css.

This boss battle was not the best idea as making it impossible to beat a lvl 30 boss without maxed level breakers. Honestly you should have stuck with the lvl 20 boss battle system. The rewards were great so that’s a good thing but the overall gameplay of this boss was just a total miss.

How can you ask for constructive feedback when someone was unable to do 1 thing for which a person download a game - wo ho play the game!!!
Do you guys think that giving some points and shards as a compensation helps for the unplayable event than i am really sorry and ask you to take that back as would have got far more of that if was able to play.

good tour (could’ve been better if I could recruit someone from the bag this year) odds in bags are really super low, boss was freezing really a lot and connection issues were insane. Please just make tours more accessible to ftp players, event was 5 out of 10 due to characters requirements and laggy boss battle :(

This Boss Battle boiled down to literally needing 1 character for damage that needed to be 6 Star and having the Hell Freezes Boss Breaker 8 or over. Not having a variety of options is very limiting to many factions. It was impossible to get the points for Bonus characters above Level 20 in my faction due to this. Somewhat frustrating to be restricted like that.

I liked the tie ins to the Rumble. The 1-30 bags, 30 CSS challenge, etc. Next time, let’s make sure the system can actually handle it though. Ridiculous limits on the lobbies and unstable game made the decision to punt very easy for me. Do better.

This is one of the worst competitions. You put competition points in players that not everyone has. This kills the competition, and the competition is usually for everyone, but you choose some rare characters and put competition points on them. We should have been given one of these characters to develop and be able to get points, but you do not think about being honest. competition. competition
