Faction contest rewards consistently not recieved

Hi all,

Anyone else having this problem? After literally every faction contest the pop up comes up with the rewards, this time round MLC points and faction feud chest, I click claim. When I go into my inventory the rewards are not there. I must have raised this about 5 times with support (no response given) as it's happening every time. Anyone else experiencing this?

    The chest auto opened, unless you got enough shards (or the card, lol), you would have to open a ticket and ask them what you received.
