I have been banned from my account. I've tried to message someone via Web portal app with no response.
Can someone message me directly to discuss this please.

Hi, I've tried this however I get one response ans then they don't reply to discuss it.

well it depends what's the response you are getting, more often then not Bans are final and not something to be discussed. If they close the discussion on it it's usually because that's all there is to it. as far as contacts they are all on the www.scopely.com website but are all handled the same.

My portal account appears to have been banned, apparently because they suspect someone else has illegal access to my account. I haven't seen any evidence of that, I've never done a chargeback or anything like that, so I'm not sure what's going on. I've also been told that they will NOT discuss the issue with me.
My best guess is that when I made two identical purchases, my bank automatically flagged the second one as a duplicate, which XSolla misinterpreted as a chargeback. However, there's been no path or way to resolving this issue, so I'm missing out on Portal purchase benefits that other players enjoy.

that doesn't sound like it makes any sense, is your gaming account banned from playing or is it that you cant make purchases on the portal cause xsolla banned your transactions ?
If it's your gaming account and you can't play on the portal or any other device then it's the Scopely support you need to contact.
If it's your ability to do transactions with Xsolla then it is Xsolla support you need to contact as Scopely has nothing to do with it

I had something similar where I could not make any purchases for months. I disputed a charge when I never received the items I purchased. I was finally able to make contact with Xsolla and after a week of explaining what happened they finally opened it back up again.

I'm referring to transactions. I haven't tried playing the game on the portal because I haven't had the need to.
XSolla support refuses to discuss the issue with me further and tells me to take it up with Scopely, despite Scopely indeed having nothing to do with this. So, I'm in a constant loop at this point.
