Toughest in WWE Contest

Before the contest even starts I see issues.

I don’t understand why you choose to run FF on Christmas weekend. It would be so much nicer for the player base to have a chilled, at your own pace showdown.

The days and times for these feuds for European players is unbelievable. Not sure when we’re meant to feud? You’ve got 2 feuds at 1am and 2am and the other 2 smack bang in the middle of working days right before Christmas.

Scopely, the gift that keeps giving!

I honestly think you need to keep the bottom row in FF more flexible/open for regular players to have a chance. Your requirements for the top two rows are already extremely specific and obviously favoring the higher rosters.

Give everyone a chance to enjoy the game.

I think you should make things easier for normal players.Since we are in Christmas.

As I've said before I spend a ton of time on this game I don't have the money that I would like to boost all of my characters but I do as much as I can

I would like for the time of flash faction feuds to me a little longer

Over time with gameplay this game has gotten tremendously better to be honest with you I play it more than I actually watch wrestling nowadays

Gameplay is stellar I don't have any real complaints at this point just continue to keep putting up this great product

100% would suggest this game to anyone who loves wrestling

Why make people use characters that firstly hardly anyone can get in limited time tours?

Even if we do manage to get these characters it’s either some of us need spend money which doesn’t garantee much and with the free character loot bags in the limited tours, I think the balance of shards versus getting the characters needs to be more balanced, like giving more shards or a higher chance of getting the person.

I think this contest was one of the best you have ever done for flash feuds.

I ranked in very low due to no time and even with my low ranking I was able to max the event and get Bianca. The spend? The 7 loot coins + Shard bag and a single FF coin.

But being able to max the CS event (what imo other then Veer) was quite fair since many of the cards ain't that rare or was available this month(Shayna and Zalina for quite low prices if you light spend) or have been out for quite some time, was a very welcome change vs ghostbusters last month what was depressing to remember.

The prize wall was very light though other then Bianca shards it was pretty barren, IMO make the belt up top something special not a 10% gem dmg chance, needs to be at least 40% min for def or dmg.

The tours was very nice too with a good number of available cards to be used(Most players have the cards chosen to be used like DX HHH, Edge and Stephanie)

Please keep the middle and bottom line bonus as some +MP and Gem Dmg it was really cool to dust off the cobwebs of my old cards and have fun with the MP bonus/Gem dmg making them semi viable again.

overall I would say one of the best flash feuds, Really fun middle and bottom line bonus, Good choice of CS for that mini event, great number of solo points for light spenders and grinders to get the card and I really did enjoy the tours and Req's (More NWO please My Bischoff needs more wins!).

Would give the event a solid 9/10 my only negatives are the prize wall is meh and the steps being paid off again. But other then those minor things PLEASE keep the flash feuds like this.

Another riveting weekend in the books, let's have a look at it.

Pros:

Above all else, I know it's hard to find a schedule that works for everyone given the holiday occuring this weekend. Not that Christmas is a big deal for most people, nor celebrated by everyone, but yeah. I think for feuds to be scheduled in a way that actually feuds are over by 2 pm Christmas Eve (Well, for me at least) is a really, really nice look. I know it was still messy for some people who are still working/doing other things leading up to the 25th, but I think the timing was more or less best case scenario while still running a flash feud.

I feel like stuff like tours and whatever never really need much detail, but I feel like they continue to be pretty accessible with CSS requirements with very solid rewards for the weekend contests.

Blog transparency (and most important, accuracy) continues to be a huge plus for weekends like this. I feel like the Lou event was just kind of a mess from top to bottom, but being able to see that the tours, superstar event, and one of each pull loot could get you pretty close to 9m alone can really help motivate some players to be enthused at the upcoming event.

Related to that, and scoring for events, I feel like often people don't give enough credit to the free claims on portal plus stamps. For a 10m point event, 130k free claims every day plus stamps is MASSIVE in my opinion.

I think the superstar contest was also pretty accessible to people who had the time. I was lucky to only be missing Tech Dawkins from the list of 250k people, but I know at least one person in my faction who was able to farm 400 matches to bridge the gap that he needed to max. I think the amount you need to farm is a little more reasonable during a flash feud which helps a lot.

I think this weekend's feud line bonuses were also SUPER fun and good. Plus MP on something other than top line? Heck yeah! I feel like too often some feuds are just top line only for the good juice, but I think this weekend offered some fun boosts. Especially the last two feuds offering a +2 mp boost in the mid line offered many people a nice boost for feud.

Cons:

So...uh...what exactly happened to steps? I guess this was the one glaring Classic Blog Error for the weekend. Admittedly, I keep foolishly buying the $5 weekend packs so it wasn't a massive deal to me but I think most people kind of got accustomed to the way steps had be offered/available for free. Sure, that system can change at any moment but the way it was bungled I know left a chunk of players frustrated.

Honestly? I'm trying to think of more negatives or just honest critiques but I'm kind of at a loss. No event is perfect, but this was a really, REALLY solid weekend, IMO. For me personally, about $50 in spending, 1st place in war score, I ended up about 400k over max for event. So to get a new card, a nice strap for her, and some extra econ off the prizewall.....I've certainly wasted a lot more on this game to get less.

I think this weekend all things considered was an absolute home run. Plus aside from wrapping up the weekend tour, there's also just about nothing going on in the game today, which is great for people who are spending time with their family and such.

I really enjoyed this event.

the tours/contest superstars were in between f2p/p2w so with a little time and grinding you could get decently far.

feuds were not restrictive so players could use their favorites.

I was able to feud as much as I please and was able to spend time with the family because feud was over during the important holiday times. Granted this might not have been the case for everyone but with each time zone being different I felt that everyone was at least considered.

the contest was not spend heavy and was grind based which I like. If you played the babe you had the chance to walk away with the new character without breaking the bank.

positive step in the right direction and looking forward to 2023 champions.

One of the best feud events in a long time.

The cost of recruiting the new poster and maxing the event was very reasonable if you had most of the CSS and completed the tours and feud events.

I thought the superstar competition was great this time around. The balance of common and ultra rare required characters seemed a lot better than past events. While I couldn’t quite find the time for the 600 matches I needed, it was great to have the option to grind wins towards the final milestone. This in turn allowed players to hit bonus milestones in the solo event. Those who had almost all the CSS could save themselves hundreds of matches. Great stuff.

The only real negatives of the event were a lackluster prizewall and the confusion about the Warscore steps. The Warscore event itself needs some stretch milestones beyond 40m. Shards of the CSS (past feud release posters) would be a great fit for additional milestones.

Disclaimer

I barely cleared 40 million in warscore this weekend as all the flash feuds were at very awkward times between having to make Christmas preparations and dealing with a severe winter storm and no snowblower. So all of my feedback should be taken with that in mind.

Superstar Competition Tuning Much Improved

I have been very critical in recent months about how the superstar competition went from one extreme to the other in terms of being relatively easy to max versus the one directly after that was nearly impossible to max. This weekend's superstar competition, from what I've heard, was much more manageable with superstar requirements.

While I didn't come close to maxing it because of time constraints, looking at the blog I would've needed 600 matches to max if I had had the free time. That's more reasonable than past competitions, certainly, but I'm not sure if that's still a reasonable expectation from players. I will defer to feedback from those that did max the event (or come close to it) as only they can know how difficult it was.

More +MP/DMG Line Bonuses, Please!

The last feud with the +2 MP middle line provided for a lot of interesting builds and was by far my favorite feud of the weekend. The damage line bonuses were definitely helpful as well, and I'd say if the trend is going to be to really restrict a lot more of these feud lines, having more enticing line bonuses would definitely be a big plus for getting me to fill them.

Prizewall Blues

This weekend's prizewall was underwhelming aside from a nice potential for econ opportunities with TP/coin. Unfortunately, even those big econ bonuses came with a downside of needing to click to acquire one 500 TP bag at a time.

What if there were separate options in the prizewall to buy the TP bags/coin amounts at maybe 5 or 10 at a time, in addition to the one-hitters? It would certainly speed the process along and I know in previous events that has been done for other claims with great success.

Also what was up with those 24-hour-only gift boxes? Had no interest in spending medallions on those as the odds of getting anything in there were very, very low. High chance of coal in those stockings.

Not Very Ultimate

I will mention this every warscore competition until the cows come home - the ultimate strap bonuses in the warscore competition (and the Bianca strap on the prizewall) are not very enticing as an award and 99% of the time end up as fodder for strap parts. I am hopeful that in 2023 we will see ultimate straps that have better bonus pools. If that means going from three ultimate straps back to one in the warscore competition, I think that's an acceptable compromise. Food for thought!

Tours

I thought the CSS that was required for each tour was more than reasonable and prefer this style of tour requirements where it's three relatively rare requirements that most probably have at least one of, rather than one terrible card and two "mega rare" cards.

First thing regarding this event, it was tough on a lot of players that were spending time with there families over the Christmas weekend which made it very difficult for me personally to do what I usually do during feuds.

The amount of things on offer from what I could see to earn were great, but lacked the time to really do anything.

Very solid character too which is a nice addition to the game, but would of rather someone we don't have in game already

The feud was good. You guys did a great job timing it right. Just ending it on Christmas eve. On the whole a decent event.

The new acro Bianca is really good. Don't have her though. The feud went on smoothly no glitches. On the whole a good job prior to Christmas.

The prize wall was also decent with good amount of TP and coins.

Feud rewards seems dismal compared to how much time and effort is put into it. Maybe put back the free character back.

This fued was like any other fued I thought this fued was good not too special it was the original.
