Not able to play

When ever i open the app they show me your account is banned i wanna remove that account but there is no option of that only one option is there to tap on ok and then the app got closed automatically what I've do to remove that account and play with new one.

In this process i lost my another account also i was playing from last 3 weeks or more and now i don't know that id and I'm in a big fix please help me
