Blackballed with customer support?

I have brought 12-15 issues up with customer support over the last 3 months and they have not resolved ANY of the issues. They have simply closed my ticket EVERYTIME I open it without any resolution or in most cases even ANY conversation about the issues. I have sent screen shots and video clips over and over about missing inventory items, missing milestone rewards, inability to spend my in-game currency, missing stamp rewards, inability to log in to the web portal, inability to claim web portal rewards, inability to access certain game play areas (showdown), missing items I have purchased, and overall game play issues (freezing, lagging, crashing and injuring superstars). I have asked to speak with a supervisor (preferably Adam since he helped me on a previous issue 6 or 7 months ago) for 3 months now to try and resolve these issues but they just close my ticket every time.


Has anyone else had this issue with customer support not helping and just closing tickets without any response? Does anyone know how to actually get some help from customer support?

    if your ticket is getting closed it's because the bots are seeing something in your text that flag it as a known issue so maybe try to formulate it differently the next time.

  • I have typed up a ton of different responses... Even this weekend I sent screenshots and videos clips of a NEW issue and they just closed it and I missed out on 2 milestones because they would not help me. They just close my tickets EVERY TIME I open one.... Any idea how to get in touch with a supervisor to help? It really has been 3 months of valid issues I have sent screenshots of and they will not help me?

    there is no such thing as asking for a supervisor, everyone would do it is it was. As I said earlier if it gets closed its cause something in your text is about a known issue, try to open a support ticket from their website form maybe instead of in-game, we unfortunately have no control over support nor do we have any information about their procedures

    I actually second this nothing but issues contacting support always close my chat and very rarely do i get support. Really putting me off the game i spend money lose out and nothing is done. This issue needs looking at because it ridiculous that you are shutting off your customers

    While I understand the frustration as mentioned by Ramsay it's getting closed by a bot so try to use different words to convey the issue.

    Unfortunately their procedures suck and have done for a while and need updating badly as there have been plenty of unresolved tickets and it don't matter what you write to them or how most tickets gets closed without a response! The problem lays with how the support deal with matters that obviously players are unhappy about or missing items or rewards or points, even when the game ain't working properly most tickets get closed. Support is few and far between right and wrong and fair play as we have seen from the message we all got Friday as scopely say they are investigating a spooky message that got sent out and weren't meant for everyone and if it weren't meant for all why are people getting 160 free loot coins sent to there account in the first place because the way I read it grant camping got 2 lots of loot coins sent to his account . So he gets 160 for free and when I do a pull and it don't work and freezes I dont get the coins back I get what came out of the pull wrote out for me beens I paid for the pull I'd like to do the pull myself and the tapping the screen is part of why I pay not have it handed out in a written essay as far as I'm concerned fairplay for this game has long gone out the window and all they are worried about is how much is going in there pockets and not about the concerns and problems players are having and how it is affecting players not getting adequate support or help or adequate fairplay and is having a bad effect across most of the playing community !! Scopely and support needs to listen to the players and be more helpful rather than hinder players with non existent support and need to sort out there fairplay rules as its not a good look for the game. As for one I'm glad that message got sent out to everyone because it shows how bad and unfair the game is being run and how things get covered up and brushed under the carpet like a lot of the support messages that people need help with do!! Also if it's done by a bot then obviously it don't work as it's still not helping players as they still have the same problems that don't get the help and resolve that they should have and need!! So I suggest get rid of the bot

  • it can't all be a closed ticket because of certain words at this point. I have even just messaged "Help me"????

  • I have spoken to a supervisor. his name was Adam and he ACTUALLY helped me and resolved teh issues I was having... That was literally like 6-8 months ago...

    If you just said help me then yes the ticket is going to be closed. When a rep gets the ticket they don't necassarily have your history there and a help me doesn't help them do their job. A good one will respond and ask how but most will just close it out because you didn't bother to explain and it helps their job performance. But glad to see you got some help.

    It feels like your just making excuses up for poor support any excuse will do! Plenty of of tickets not been looked at for not any good reasons and any reason that you can make up not to help a player out I seriously think your running out of excuses now lets hit the nail on the head support can't be bothered to help players out, too time consuming, especially when it's these players that pay there wages and keep them in a job! Let's get a bot in and make every players support rubbish and practically unusable waste these players time so they have to keep messaging over and over again to get a ticket looked at by then event has finished and its pointless trying to get anything from the ticket !! Like highlander said he has put it in a message plenty of different ways with the same results it's just like you reading his message flash read and people not being understanding and reasonable just brushed under the carpet like always

  • As I stated I have sent COUNTLESS messages trying to get help. That was jsut one example of trying to not use terminology that would get a bot to close it. I have written plenty that do NOT say anything like that and describe the issues.

    Hello @Highlander4004 @fatsatan as mentioned a few times above, the forum mods are unable to assist with customer service issues. We can provide feedback to the team internally and have done so on multiple occasions and in this case. We can point you in the right direction but we are not support so you will need to continue to work with them on issues

  • I honestly do not think it is a BOT closing my tickets... I think they are not willing to help. As @fatsatan said they just push any issues off over and over and over and IF they ever look at the issues then it is AFTER the event has ended. This is why I have been trying for over 3 months to get help. I have a gear that disappeared (ZHHH ironically right when the zombie event started and of course is now over), I have not been able to play showdown events on multiple occasions due to freezing and crashing, Boss battles have not worked for me multiple times as well, I have had my VIP not work (I Have since canceled it because they don't deserve my money any more and I am a level 12 VIP), I have bought items and not gotten them, I have had inability to log into the web portal, missing rewards, missing web portal items, missing inventory items, missing milestone rewards, etc...

    I'm not making excuses I'm pointing out the facts. These are not scopely employees and they're measured on various things. Helping you is not one of them. If you send something that says help me it will most likely be closed to pad your stats. Clearly you don't have experience in BPO.

    I’m actually experiencing this same issue myself. I’ve resorted to sending a feedback message on scopely.com to support to get a response via email. I would suggest doing the same for you

    Yes ive had the same issue i have a glitch happening in the road that i reported multiple times each time they said they would be able to fix it but they had to contact "the team" and then the always close it and say they havent heard back from me even tho i said the last thing and was supposed to hear from them its literally no help at all %99 of the time that 1% is when it involves spending money

  • I have been flagged and blackballed by scopley as well. Someone hacked my profile and said some nasty things about scopley and now I can’t get any new characters from loot or bags no matter how much I have spent. It’s been well over 6 months since I have pulled anyone new of value while my faction is getting all the new characters left and right. It’s unfair and apparently there is nothing they will do except keep me flagged. Since this is how they are going to be, I am heavily considering closing my account and deleting the game.
