Boss Shop

Is anyone else having issues with accessing the boss shop? I’ve not been able to get into it for 4 weeks now and support just keep telling me they’re working on it.

Kind of unfair that it hasn’t been acknowledged seeing the valuable resources that are available from the shop.

    Try accessing it through playing on the portal, If it still does not work support will need to fix the issue,

    This is just a joke now. 2 months without access to the boss shop. I’ve been sending daily support tickets but just get the same response that it’s being looked at.


    The problem I have with it is that asking in the faction it only seems to be effecting me and no one else. How hard are they trying to fix an issue that’s effecting a small minority of the player base but is such a big part of the game for the individual players.


    I’ve missed out on countless number of shards towards upgrading superstars to 6star along with being able to buy contest superstar shards. Without access to the boss shop it’s extremely hard to progress and the same generic responses just frustrate me!
